Colonides Beach Hotel  

The private beach was great; the kids loved collecting shells and we all loved the sandy entry and clear water.

We had a fantastic stay in the Colonides Beach Hotel, Vasilis and his team made us feel really on holiday. Great pool & view on the seaside, family room is spacious with a good airco. The associated Peroulia Beach restaurant is also very good. Special thanks to Vasiliki for taking care of us.

It is a very nice and confortable hotel, in the middle of olive trees and in front of the sea. The apartments are really big and well equipped, and the view over the sea is fantastic. The swimming pool is also very nice. The staff and owners are really helpful.

Just to mention that a rental car is advisable in order to move to the beach or to the area.

It was very good value for a 3 star hotel it exceeded our expectations. Beautifull pool area and a place we would definitely return to.

The hotel was exceptional bordering on a 4 star. The view from the hotel pool was one that the greek gods had given them. A panoramic view of the beach the Mediterranean and the surrounding islands ( Skype your friends and family from there and they will be jealous as hell).the service and facilities are marvelous .The rooms are 4 star personally along with all the conveniences. It's like a 4 star room with a kitchenette along the side. The hotel is reasonably new and well kept. There is a beach in front of the hotel but we preferred to go 700 meters down the road to the associated beach restaurant and bar along with its beach chairs. Marvelous authentic Greek food. The beach was crystal clear blue and warm. The beach chair drink service was great for a book reader like myself.( be wary of the identical twin waiters it took my wife and I to work it out, Adam and Jim) there is a 10% discount for hotel guests. The breakfast at the hotel was too much the usual Greek orientation you need at least enough food for 10 people which equals the portion for two. Overall Vassili and the Gang welcomed you like family members not clients. Job well done.

As a new hotel there will always be little annoying issue. It's disappointing that you require youre owns beach towels by the pool. Another hindrance was the associated beach restaurant/bar and beach chairs. As a hotel guest who enjoyed all the offerings beach bar the restaurant 2-3 times and hotel drinks by the pool. It was annoying to be charged for the beach chairs as the charge is the same for someone who is not a guest and does not enjoy either the restaurant or the bar. It would be a special feeling for the hotel guest to be offered this free service , the charge is minimal but the guest would feel more welcomed.

Nice location, quiet, beautiful surroundings. Car is necessary to visit the surroundings and beach. Very client friendly staff

This is a wonderful hotel, well located, and very suitable for families. There is a nice beach just next to the hotel, and it is conveniently close from Koroni castle.

Très joli hôtel situé très proche d'une magnifique petite plage (sable fin) au contrebas de l'hôtel et doté d'une très agréable piscine. Chambres simples mais spacieuses (avec petit coin cuisine) et grand balcon. Parfait pour des familles. Pas de restaurant à l'hôtel mais taverne à un km au bord d'une belle plage de sable. (10% de rabais pour les clients de l'hôtel. Koroni est situé à 20 mn en voiture.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de douche sur la petite plage au contrebas de l'hôtel. (PS: un petit nettoyage aux abords de la plage (propre) serait bien venu...

Fantastiskt vackert läge med underbar utsikt. Nära till strand och taverna med mycket trevlig personal. Något hårda sängar, förutom det kan inte bli bättre!

Rento ja mukava hotelli, josta upeat maisemat merelle. Tilat ovat viihtyisät ja siistit ja henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä. Uima- allas on juuri sopivan kokoinen virkistäytymiseen. Hotellin oma uimaranta on pieni mutta ihana, siinä on hieno hiekkapohja ja se syvenee vähitellen sopien erinomaisesti myös lapsille. Ympäristö on kaunis ja rauhallinen. Hotelli sopii mainiosti rentoutumiseen perheen ja ystävien kanssa ja sieltä on helppo tehdä retkiä lähiympäristön kohteisiin. Exellent hotell to stay with family and friends and relax!

Olisi mukavaa, jos hotellista voisi saada kevyttä syötävää esim. Grillistä. It wood be nice to have something light to eat, forexample from a grill.

Studio très spacieux, terrasse et fenetre face à la mer, équipement irreprochable, gérant plus que sympathique. Petit message perso : les olives sont arrivées à bon port et sont effectivement délicieuses. Merci beaucoup.

Colonides Beach Hotel in general lines was a unique place to go and relax and enjoy my holidays. The Best quality of service I have seen so far in Greece,the staff where very friendly and kind,also helpful in everything so that you can feel comfortable and enjoy your time there. It's also situated in a beautiful place where you can enjoy the sea and the sun and relax and enjoy your time there.

My wife and I stayed at hotel Colonides at the end of August 2012. That was an amazing experience, perhaps the best hotel experience I have ever had. The location of this hotel is astounding, as it is built on a hill next to the sea. The rooms with sea-view are incredible as they all face the beautiful ancient town of Koroni, which is just 10’ drive away. The view is so breathtaking that I could have spent my entire stay relaxing on the balcony adoring the magic of the Greek sea. Within a 2-3 min’ walk through a path surrounded by olive trees you can reach a small sandy beach with crystal clear water, it’s like this hotel’s own private beach, you will love it. If you need something more fancy after a 10-15’ walk you have reached a big sandy beach, where you can find a beach bar and a restaurant. You can also rent sunbeds. Still a very beautiful, super clean strand. Back to the hotel…The rooms are large and clean, equipped with a/c, tv, free Wi-Fi, small kitchen. They look brand new. But I think the best attribute of this hotel is the staff. You really feel so welcome, as if you belong to the family. They are so nice and polite, especially the young lady at the front desk with the huge smile, which I regret not asking her name so that I can mention it here. I strongly suggest you include breakfast in you booking, it is exceptional!!! I still recall the young lady coming over and over with more to eat, and they all tasted great. Such a rich breakfast, that you can easily pass on lunch and go straight to dinner. The poolside area is also beautiful and quiet. Overall this is quite a relaxing place, it’s like an escape to paradise, and all that very reasonably priced ($80- $90/night, high season). If you are a party animal, please try something else. Having this hotel as your basis you could definitely explore the entire Messinia, it is perfectly located. I promised to myself that I will be coming back for sure.

отличное место, отличный маленький и уютный отель, большие полностью укомплектованные всем необходимым номера, великолепный очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал, классный "дикий" пляж рядом с отелем - периодически были там только вдвоём, номера прекрасно проветриваются и охлаждаются без кондиционера - который мы вообще ни разу не включали (от него простуда) - так как окна и двери выходят на все 4 стороны света. есть "цивилизованный" с лежаками, зонтиками и с подачей напитков к ним в 700м от отеля - пешком прогуляться туда можно - обратно идти лень. мы не ходим на завтрака, но по отзывам соседей- соотечественников кормили нормально - стандартным европейским ассортиментом и даже выполняли личные просьбы - готовили что-то для детей - бесплатно. машина для проживания, покупок и объезда интересных окрестностей обязательна - хотя народ вызывал такси - недорого - но оно чуть ли не одно на весь соседний поселок - и им приходилось его ждать.

проблема конкретно нашего номера - осы в соседнем с номером декоративном зеленом заборчике - чем им эта туя так нравится не понятно - но они периодически залетали от туда к нам на террасу проверить стол "на сладкое". меня не напрягало - я их не боюсь - а вот жена периодически нервничала.

Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage, zwischen Hauptstrasse und Strand,aber weit genug von der Hauptstrasse entfernt, also absolut ruhig. Ein Traumstrand mit Sonnenschirmen, Liegestuehlen und einem Restaurant ist 700 m entfernt. Die Hotelanlage ist wundervoll gestaltet und aeusserst gepflegt. Unser Studio hatte ueber 40 qm und einen grossen Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Fruehstueck wurde an der Poolbar serviert. Es gab Eier, Toasts mit Schinken und Kaese, Croissants, Kuchen, Joghurt, Obst etc.

- очень уютный отель в оливковых рощах!! - чистая и уютная кухня с большим холодильником. приятный бонус - кухонное полотенце :)) - красивая и большая для такого маленького отеля территория - удобныe и красивые лежаки - красивый бассейн с глубокой зоной - отзывчивый персонал - тишина, покой, приятная музыка у бассейна - полный релакс!! - завтрак не соответствует цене (9 евро): небольшой набор продуктов, состоящий примущественно из мучных, не разнообразно - сотрудникам, непосредственно обслуживающим клиентов, советую совершенствовать знание английского

Accueil par le propriétaire très agréable, service parfait, aide à de nombreuses démarches locales, chambres spacieuses avec balcons, cadre merveilleux sur méditerranée; situation proche d'une belle plage de sable, mer chaude, jolie piscine surplombant la mer. Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, même pour des couples avec enfants, établissement très adapté.

Nous avons passé 10 jours fantastiques dans ce lieu. L'accueil chaleureux, la beauté du site, la sérénité du lieu, la propreté. Nous étions en famille (3 enfants) et nous avons adoré ce séjour.

Hôtel situé dans un cadre magnifique donnant sur la mer, avec superbe piscine bien entretenue et petite plage (quasi) privée de sable fin à proximité. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné du personnel, chambres propres. Un véritable havre de paix !
