Location and kindless if marina. She is worried about taking you to the airport or from the port and leaving you there.
I didnt had internet in my room, and for taking a bath there was only cold water and not enough water for taking a bath.
Kindness of the owner, nice person.
The owner Ms. Marina is an excellent host. She is sweet and welcoming and helpful. The view is very nice too
Hospitality and friendship of Mrs. Constantina. The hotel is actually her house!
Difficult access, very steep ways if you are on foot. Wifi didn't work well inside the room.
Port pickup, great views over Mykonos town, very clean and tidy, air conditioning, friendly hosts, good location.
The owner is most kind and helpful, the view is magnificent, there are trees in the garden and on the terrace so spending time in front of the rooms and enjoying the view on the bay and the harbor is another option. No need to drive to town in the evening, just a short stroll down and up a relatively steep hill. The rooms are clean and furnished with taste.
Beautifuls panorams - Good position - staff Very Good and airport trasfer incluted !!!
View Staff Room overall
Walk home was up hill, but do able.
This was a cute room in a downstairs area of a home. The room and bathroom had a great view of Mykonos and the sea. The living area I believe was shared with a couple other rooms, but it was always quite quiet. And Marina was a great host, picking us up at the ferry terminal.
It was a steep uphill walk back to the hotel from town (but that's also what makes the view great).
We arranged to be met from the port and as promised or host was waiting with her lovely smile we were taken to or room which was so much better than we had ever thought and the view right across Mykonos was fantastic it made walking the hill worth it all. We were so well looked after always a big smile and welcome from or host and staff we stayed 2 nights and would have loved to have stayed so much longer. On the day we left or host had to go to Athens and the very next day we got a email from her to apologise for not been there when we left and to wish us well on or journey. We hope some day to return for a much longer visit.
I guess the walk up the hill but then when u see the view from the top it's worth it.
Proximity to center, Location, View, Price/night, Quiet, Very Helpful and Friendly Staff,
Small Room, Shared Bathroom, No TV and no Wi-Fi in the Room, Small Fridge, You'll need some kind of vehicle to get up there because is too uphill but not far from the center.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They picked us up from the port. Rooms are ok, although the furniture is old. Location is near the city but the road is very steep. If you have a quad the location is perfect.
Floor tiles are old and LOOK dirty.
Staff very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay!!
My BF and I were traveling through Greece on a budget. Coming to Constantina Zorz Xydakis was like coming home to see friends! Marina and her daughters are just lovely. Our room was the cheaper one downstairs, and while we would have preferred to be in a room upstairs with a private bathroom (very nice!), as it was booked out, we had no luck there. While in the room downstairs we wouldn't have wanted to spend the whole day, it didn't really matter because we were out and about all day exploring beautiful Mykonos. It was perfect for coming back and sleeping in, as it was a short uphill walk from town.
The shared bathroom was a bit more like a basement toilet, with a hose for a shower, but that didn't bother us too much. A bit of intrepid traveling never hurt anyone.
This is a family-run hotel and the people there is really really nice and warm which is very impressive. I really enjoy the stay.
The wifi is not really work, my room can not find the wifi.
The host was absolutely fabulous, so friendly, informative and it was like meeting an old friend. The view is loverly, and she was there to take pick us up and take us to the ferry. We had a bottom floor twin room. The room is very clean and served its purpose. We didn't spend much time in the room so we didn't mind it was nothing like we are use too. But it was affordable, clean and somewhere safe to leave our luggage while we explored the island. I can't comment on the TV because it was never switched on. The shower had good pressure, the bathroom was like a wet room. And did I mention the host was fabulous :-)
It is a long long walk up the hill from the down centre. Especially if your unfit. We took a taxi which must of been strange to the locals because on a car it would take all of 30 seconds
Marina its a great person she picks you and drops you up from the port.. she gives you tips on were to go and what to do.. she is very kind and helpfull. I am a girl i was travelling by myself i felt cery safe location is near everything just a bit uphill.
The owner is vey accomadating & view i nice!
Too windy the day i arrived!
Marina was so sweet! She picked us up and took us to the ferry port and gave us suggestions for things to do in town! Good for the price.
Shower had bad pressure and room was tiny!
Great! The owner and the whole family are nice, and the view from the balcony is awesome! If I come to Mykonos again, I'll choose ur hotel again.
A little bit steep around, but workout is never a bad thing~
Great view of Mikonos and sunset. The owner is very nice and picked us up at the port and took us to the airport.
It needs a little refurbishing and it is high up a hill but worth it for the views
They take you from the port or airport, if you need. But this service will do for you almost every place where are you planning to stay. They are nice -but honestly, they must be nice because the accomodation doesn't worth the price - as everything at this island. This is just a simple house, no hotel. You must count with that. It's located up on the hill, bad for older people. But there is a very nice view.
Poor room (just bed) and bathroom, and no good wifi. Enough for 1 night when all you need is just a bed and a shower,no good for longer stay.
I loved my stay here! Nice rooms, amazing view and close to the city. The staff are lovely, wifi good and buses close by. Highly recommend! This was my favorite motel in Greece.
Bed was a little hard but no problem.
Great views, quiet neighborhood, good size room and comfortable, friendly owner, free pickup and drop off, free Internet wifi in room.
Take some effort to go up the hills.
The room is very cheap in low season (I went in autumn), quiet, with comfortable beds, with quality aluminium door & window. There is a great view from the balconies. The owner picked us up from the port, which was very nice of her and we appreciated.
The only problem, for elder people, is that it is a bit uphill. But the owner maybe can give you a lift with the car.
