The view The proximity to the town
Very clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Friendly staff. She arranged pickups and dropoffs without even before requesting for them. View from the room is also good. You can see the famous windmills from the sea side rooms. Sunset view is also excellent. Cheap price for such a nice place.
Main issue is the location. Although, it is close to the city center area, it is located on a hill. You will feel tired when you walk back to your room. Not to mention, many of the hotels in mykonos are located at the elevated levels, similar to this one.
Landlady is absolutely lovely and helpful. Pickup from airport and dropoff at the port. Air conditioning was provided, which does make a difference in high summer. A number of other reviewers lamented the steep climb up the hill to get here, but we thought it was pretty manageable.
En suite bathroom had rather poor drainage and ventilation, but not a massive problem if you're only going to be there for a few days and outdoors most of the time... No wifi in the rooms.
Amazing customer service
No Internet on the basement room
Marina is the hotel. She is the spirit of Constantine , friendly and helpful. Clean, without the noise and bustle of Mykonos while next to all the excitement of the nightlife of the city.
Everything...exellent location, great view on the city and the sea , 5 minute walk from city centre. Marina, the owner is simply adorable. She is willing to help you in every moment for everything you need (she lives upstairs). My room very simple but big, with a lot of space and very clean!!! I recommend it to everybody.
Extremely kind staffs Pick up service from the port Nice view
I used the room with the shared bathroom. It was down stairs. I can't use wifi in the room and it was not that clean. And the pressure of shower was not enough.
Location and kindless if marina. She is worried about taking you to the airport or from the port and leaving you there.
I didnt had internet in my room, and for taking a bath there was only cold water and not enough water for taking a bath.
Close to Mykonos town (10 min walk downhill) and Fabrika bus stop (10 minute downhill) which has buses going to all beaches. Marina was very kind and picked us up from the airport even though our flight was over an hour late. She also got us to our early ferry departure when we left Mykonos. Good budget friendly hotel and close to everything of interest!
The shower is over the toilet so it tends to be a bit wet in the bathroom no matter how careful you are. Also a steep walk up a hill to the property - totally fine and doable for young/fit people but maybe a bit of a struggle otherwise.
This family run B&B treats guests like family. The owner is beyond gracious. I was picked up within minutes after calling at the last minute when my plans changed. A trip highlight was meeting the owner and learning about the island and its attractions directly from her. The accommodations are basic but match the pictures displayed on this site.
Kindness of the owner, nice person.
The owner Ms. Marina is an excellent host. She is sweet and welcoming and helpful. The view is very nice too
Very friendly hostess who picked us up from the ferry and took us to airport the next day. Laid back atmosphere and balcony to sit and relax. Beds had very firm mattresses
The walk back up the hill!
Hospitality and friendship of Mrs. Constantina. The hotel is actually her house!
Difficult access, very steep ways if you are on foot. Wifi didn't work well inside the room.
Port pickup, great views over Mykonos town, very clean and tidy, air conditioning, friendly hosts, good location.
The owner is most kind and helpful, the view is magnificent, there are trees in the garden and on the terrace so spending time in front of the rooms and enjoying the view on the bay and the harbor is another option. No need to drive to town in the evening, just a short stroll down and up a relatively steep hill. The rooms are clean and furnished with taste.
We loved Maria! So nice! Picked us up from the ferry, told us a little about Mykonos. The view from her place is breath-taking! We only spent one day and night with her. She recommended a few things and away we went. Very professional and makes you feel right at home! Would definitely recommend to others! She also drove us back to the ferry the next day, which was extremely nice of her!!! Too bad we didn't have more time!
The shower curtain is on you the whole time you shower- so not enough room in there! And beds, were not comfortable (however we found that in most of europe!) They need a foamie! It was the most expensive night of our trip for the room. But I understand Mykonos is more expensive....
Beautifuls panorams - Good position - staff Very Good and airport trasfer incluted !!!
View Staff Room overall
Walk home was up hill, but do able.
This was a cute room in a downstairs area of a home. The room and bathroom had a great view of Mykonos and the sea. The living area I believe was shared with a couple other rooms, but it was always quite quiet. And Marina was a great host, picking us up at the ferry terminal.
It was a steep uphill walk back to the hotel from town (but that's also what makes the view great).
We arranged to be met from the port and as promised or host was waiting with her lovely smile we were taken to or room which was so much better than we had ever thought and the view right across Mykonos was fantastic it made walking the hill worth it all. We were so well looked after always a big smile and welcome from or host and staff we stayed 2 nights and would have loved to have stayed so much longer. On the day we left or host had to go to Athens and the very next day we got a email from her to apologise for not been there when we left and to wish us well on or journey. We hope some day to return for a much longer visit.
I guess the walk up the hill but then when u see the view from the top it's worth it.
Proximity to center, Location, View, Price/night, Quiet, Very Helpful and Friendly Staff,
Small Room, Shared Bathroom, No TV and no Wi-Fi in the Room, Small Fridge, You'll need some kind of vehicle to get up there because is too uphill but not far from the center.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They picked us up from the port. Rooms are ok, although the furniture is old. Location is near the city but the road is very steep. If you have a quad the location is perfect.
Floor tiles are old and LOOK dirty.
Staff very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay!!
My BF and I were traveling through Greece on a budget. Coming to Constantina Zorz Xydakis was like coming home to see friends! Marina and her daughters are just lovely. Our room was the cheaper one downstairs, and while we would have preferred to be in a room upstairs with a private bathroom (very nice!), as it was booked out, we had no luck there. While in the room downstairs we wouldn't have wanted to spend the whole day, it didn't really matter because we were out and about all day exploring beautiful Mykonos. It was perfect for coming back and sleeping in, as it was a short uphill walk from town.
The shared bathroom was a bit more like a basement toilet, with a hose for a shower, but that didn't bother us too much. A bit of intrepid traveling never hurt anyone.
