Hotel Corfu Palace    

I enjoyed the fact that there was plenty of space around the pool and you didn't have the situation where people were rushing down first thing in the morning to reserve a lounger.

The bedrooms were spacious but a little bit tired looking, as were some of the hallways.

Good value for money. Right next to all facilities of Corfu Town Excellent staff.

The people were very friendly and helpful, always pleasant. The breakfast is wonderful, and the location is great if you wanna be near great restaurants and sights.

Lack of air-conditioning, (too early in the season) but warm by our standards which meant leaving the balcony door open, which meant a bit noisy!

Thin walls, hard beds = Greek standard. Not sure how this is rated 5 stars, I'd look elsewhere unless you're getting a discount.

Excellent service

Kids allowed to run riot while parents were in the dinning room. Staff did not challege this. I have stayed here before but this time was a bit dissapointing

The spa need a renovation and should be included for the guest of the hotel.

The hotel has a good location, the rooms are comfortable with great views of the sea.

Room cleaning can be a better level.

I liked the seaside view and the location of the hotel.

The spa/interior swimming pool is very old and doesn't look very clean. Service is very basic with a breakfast stopping at 10.01am and no side option. Rooms are big but fairly old and bathrooms would clearly need a massive refurbishment.

The bartender l we how to make an excellent vodka martini. The sea view towards the mainland was lovely.

The bed were not clean. The AC was really poor. The towels were poor quality The spa was not clean, of poor quality and open to the public. Hotel guests were charged€15.00 to use it. The lobby smelled bad next to the casino. None of the windows were clean, neither in the rooms nor in the breakfast lounge.

The hotel is nearly excellent. The rooms and the hotel as a whole are tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The view from the room balcony and restaurant is spectacular, overseeing the near bays and the mountains of the continent. Professional and helpful staff, quality services. Breakfast with many choices and of large quantities is served, there is a special coffee-room for smokers. Parking is free and possible on side. Location is excellent, very close to main sights and attractions. Bars, tavernas and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The room was too hot, even with the heat off, it never cooled down. Indoor swimming pool and spa (jacuzzi, sauna facility...) were a welcome bonus after a winter's day but it was unpleasant to see too many local people also there. The internet connection service was slow and only one computer was available.

Friendly,helpful staff. Great location with lovely view over the bay and only 5 minute walk into Corfu town. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. An enjoyable 3 day visit.

Some of the paint work in our room needed refreshing. Pity there is no private parking for this size of hotel. We stayed out of the tourist season so we managed to find a parking space in front of the hotel without too much difficuly but can see this would be a problem during the summer months.

Hotel staff were very professional,friendly and helpful.facilities were good and the rooms big and clean ... well equipped. Would definately stay again..

Only set back was that wifi was not available throughout hotel

There was a charge for spa facilities including steam room and sauna normally available to residents within the price of their stay. I have never experienced this type of charge in a 5* establishment previously

The staff were very appropriatley (sp) friendly. I was a solo budget traveller.... and I ended up in the Corfu Palacefor two nights, I was unwell and stayed three. I really enjoyed my luxury stay, and could still enjoy sun on my east facing balcony. Tnanks especially to Juan the helpfull Receptonist( who helped me through my indecision) and my super Cleaning lady in room 411 with the long brown ponytail, and the lady in the spa with the strong hands who did my face, they know who they are, Please pass on my Thanks to them XX

Just the price,being on a budget, but I really enjoyed my stay, worth every Euro.

We had a marvellous time in Corfu Palace. Very friendly and professional staff, perfect services, beautiful renovated room with magnificent view from the balcony. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Delicious restaurant. Very goof location : only 5 min walking to the center. If one day we return to Corfu, we shall not hestitate and go back to this hotel.

The internet connection in our room didn't work on my IPad.

The location, the staff and the architecture of the buildings. The swimming pool the gardens the breakfast the bathrooms the public rooms But above all things the view from the 6th floor!1

Price of drinks( many people sat just outside the cocktail bar to hear the live music but not having an expensive drink from the bar) Menu for evening meals( though have to admit we never tried them!) Tv channels (only news channels for English speakers)

The drinks are SO expensive that we went out every night.

It's a wonderful place to stay in Corfu.

Excellent location; Spectacular views from bedroom balcony; staff very helpful and professional who all had reasonable to very good English; Great swimming pools, both outdoor and indoor; Safe in room (free); Excellent breakfast both in quality and range of food choices;

Shower was dated and had poor water pressure; Courtesy shower gell affixed to wall so could not take for after swim shower; Facilities at pool side were rather basic with no shower gels etc.;
