There is no capacity for cots in the room.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the views from the pool area are stunning and you are right in the centre of town, but still away from the hustle and bustle. |

Convenient location if you want to be central to Fira (not the nicest place on the island though!) We were upgraded and treated v well. Fantastic view and pool It's a bit too in the middle of it all to feel really relaxing. It's all very luxurious, but there's something of a soul missing from it (as with many of the 'luxury' hotels in Santorini |

The location and the view of the vulcano from their pool was spectacular.The personal of the hotel was very friendly and tried to do their best for a pleasant stay. First, our reservation overlaped with other reservation so in the last two nights they had to move us to another hotel. The good part was that the second hotel was nicer, at least the room and the service was amazing, just that it was located in Oia. So at the end we were happy after this incident. Another issue that we had was that at Cosmopolitan hotel we reserved a standard room, and it was sooo small that u couldn´t even move ( around 12m 2 all room with bathroom). In the first night I fell that I don´t have enough air in the room, but at the end I got used with it. So if u truly want to enjoy ur stay book a suite. |
