This small, family run place was just right for the quite and relaxing break we were after. It's most endearing feature has to be the friendliness of George, his family and the rest of the staff. This coupled with the excellent home cooked food and panoramic views of the sea made it a holiday to remember. It's location, close to Koutouloufari, is also very convenient with the many bars, restaurants and shops the village has to offer. |

Fantastic view, superb traditional Greek bbq on our first night - not to be missed, great pool, friendly staff, close proximity to the lovely Koutouloufari village Best to have a car or scooter if you stay here as it is high on the hill and down a windy narrow lane, the hot and cold taps in our shower were transposed so we thought we were without hot water for part of our stay, there was no soap in our room |

The staff were really friendly, chatty and helpful and would do anything that you asked. The pool area is great with really comfortable sun-loungers. It's great to have a suite with separate lounge. The breakfast was really poor. For a 4 star hotel I would expect a buffet with a variety of breads, croissant/cake, yogurts, fruit, cheeses, cereals etc. Instead food was brought to the table and consisted of white bread with jam, 1 slice of ham and cheese per person, orange juice, coffee and an egg. There were also no soap or shampoo in the rooms |

The grounds were beautiful and the welcome we got from George was delightful. The full breakfast was lovely. The hot water didn't work the first day and took a very long time to reach the room the second day. |

Creta Blue has the perfect location overlooking Chersonisos bay from far above. Its unobstructive view of the bay is seen by the perfectly relaxing pool. The rooms are new, cosy and traditional. However, what makes this hotel really special is the hospitality and service. Moreover, the food was really great, the best food we ate in Crete. We have stayed in many hotels, and without second thinking I give a 10 out of 10 for Creta Blue. |

Le site, les bâtiments de l'hôtel, l'accueil et le service, la propreté, le petit déjeuner. L'équipement des salles de bain n'est pas au niveau des autres équipements. Toutes les chambes avec vues n'ont pas vraiment vue sur la baie. |

Emplacement superbe, loin de la côte un peu endommagée par de nombreuses infrastructures touristiques. Sympa d'aller dîner à pied au vieux village de Koutouloufari (qui commence à virer "vilain tourisme"). Suite spacieuse, bonne idée de mezzanine pour relative séparation. Toutes les chambres ont vue sur la mer ainsi que la piscine à débordement : tranquillité. Accueil charmant, conseils de visites par des connaisseurs, dans un hôtel géré par une famille. Petit déjeuner et diner à éviter, peu organisés, (sauf quand il y a proposition de la mère de George, qui cuisine) : il y a des kitchenettes dans les chambres et la plupart des occupants les utilisent, ou vont jusqu'au village. |

L'accueil est parfait avec Georges et l'hotel est bien situé en retrait du village et du bruit de la cote qui est envahie par le tourisme lowcost. Le personnel est assez peu nombreux : donc le ménage des chambres et le service du petit déjeuner sont réduits au minimum ; dommage car l'ambiance familiale reste très chaleureuse. |

Понравилось очень приветливое отношение персонала, с готовностью всегда помочь в решении любых вопросов. Дизайн номера. Прекрасный бассейн. Очень мало TV каналов и некачественный прием. Не кладутся дополнительно гели для душа взамен использованных. Очень слабый напор воды в душе. Не было телефона в номере. |

De sfeer en de enorme gastvrijheid van de eigenaar en zijn familie / team is helemaal prima! Verder is de ligging van het hotel prachtig, rustig, schitterend uitzicht. De kamers zijn goed in orde, keurige schoonmaak elke dag. De moeder van de eigenaar kookt heerlijk. Ook voor alleenreizigers een prima plek waar je je direct thuis voelt, maar waar je desgewenst ook helemaal ongemoeid gelaten wordt. Enige minpunt indien van toepassing, is dat de accommodatie voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn ongeschikt is. Het hotel ligt op een berg, de route naar de kamer / appartement kan erg steil zijn. Verder is de inrichting van de kookgelegenheid op de kamer eenvoudig. |
