Que es un hotel personalizado; Georgio el gerente del hotel te brinda una atención excelente, soluciona cualquier problema; además tiene suma consideración con el turista, si no puedo brindarte aquello que te ofreció, lo compensa de otroa manera. Asimismo Elena con su cocina..La arquitectura y el diseño como la decoración de los cuartos es sumamente acorde estéticamente con toda la estructura. Además está muy bien ubicado . Posiblemente lo único que completaría es el desayuno, en vez de continetnal podría meejorarse con desayuno buffet.En consecuencia le pondría de califacción 9 puntos.

We had some troubles to find the hotel during night when arriving because the coordinates given at the site of booking.com were not correct. After a phone call to Georges he sent his uncle to guide us with a scooter to the hotel. We appreciated this. The hotel has large duplex rooms arranged in a number of bungalow groups built on a hill. The pool is very nice arranged with a view on the sea. The owner Georges is very helpfull and gives good tips for trips. The special meal that his mother cooked on Sunday night was excellent and dining besides the pool is very pleasant. We could sleep with open window to minimize the use of the airco.

We had a room on the top of the hill, so we had to walk a lot of steep stairs to get to our bungalow. Definitely you need to be fit to do this walking, especially if you arrive with your heavy suitcases.

Warm welcoming family atmosphere but very relaxed as well. Lovely room, and fairly priced. In a beautiful location, nice and quiet but with a charming town nearby. Great pool, and the food is outstanding - the best I've had in Greece

Family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble for George and his team. They have a great approach which is dedicated to their customers.The rooms are tastefully decorated, cleaned every day and spacious. The food at the hotel is excellent and features a lot of home made dishes and special food nights. Koutoulafari village is 5 minutes walk away with a vast array of Taverna's and bars. Hersonnisos 15 minutes down the hill. Highly recommended

It is at the top of a hill and the climb to the rooms can be quite tough, but there are well made steps to help and it's woth it when you get there

Fantastic family run hotel, family and staff make you feel really welcome and relaxed, excellent rooms all decorated to a good standard, fantastic views of the coast, excellent food cooked fresh to order in pool side restaurant. Ideal hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.

Depending on where your room is, it could involve alot of steps to get to your room so would not recomend for anyone who is not very mobile

Those who stay at Creta Blue are an absolute priority for George and his family/team. From pool towels to one-day hire cars, they were always there to help. The location, although on a steep hillside, makes you feel like you are exclusively away from the masses and the nearby village of Koutouloufari has definitely got some of the best restaurants. However, the food at Creta Blue was so delicious no-one would blame you for not leaving (try the mushroom risotto!).

Transfer companies are completely unable to find Creta Blue, let alone physically make it up the tiny roads leading to it. A taxi is the only way to get there (the hotel will kindly be able to arrange this for you in advance which I thoroughly advise as we didn't and we regretted it). The hotel is on a very steep hill so there could be issues if you have any walking difficulties. It was a great workout for leg muscles as we were near the top!

Excellent located small family hotel 30km east from busy Irakleon at the edge of a small village with magnificent view over northern coast and very kind and friendly team. Calm atmosphere 4km away from the crowded beach, very individual, facilities in good taste, pool and very good price- value. We intended to stay only one night after late arrival at the airport, but were sad we had to leave at the fourth day, because it was fully booked for a wedding, brilliant surrounding for a marriage.

En saison creuse, la patronne nous a accueillie à la porte de l'hôtel et nous a attribué le penthouse...magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. Suite très agréable et aménagée avec goût.Problème avec l'électricité réglé dans les 5 minutes et avec le sourire! Endroit très calme, à l'écart de la ville, pas très loin, mais un peu difficile à trouver et à accéder (s'assurer des coordonnées avant le départ car même le gps ne trouve pas!) Ambiance familiale, restaurant très correct à un tarif peu élevé, petit déjeuner servi à la table fastueux! Une excellente étape.

περασαμε πάρα πολύ ωραία, σ ένα παρα πολυ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με καταπληκτική θέα και ζεστούς ανθρώπους!

Consiglio a tutti questo splendido hotel, sia per l'ottima posizione che per il clima familiare ed accogliente che abbiamo trovato fin da subito. I proprietari, Georgios, Vangelis ed Eleni sono stati amichevoli e disponibili. La cucina di Eleni assolutamente da provare, soprattutto se si vuole assaggiare la tipica cucina greca. La nostra camera con vista mare e vista piscina era assolutamente meravigliosa !!!
