This is a good place to stay if you have small children - ours thought it was great. The waterslide was a lot of fun for them, as well as the numerous pools to choose from. We were there the last week before closing, which had its advantages and disadvantages - we pretty much had the whole resort to ourselves - no waiting for pool/beach chairs, food, drinks, etc. But the place was closing down around us as we were there, which was a little disappointing. (Although we most likely received a discounted rate at this time of year.) The animation team is fabulous and some of the nicest, most enthusiastic people, even during their last week. We loved their shows, even though during the week we only saw two b/c of the program winding down. The rooms are definitely not four star, in my opinion. They are worn down and not very clean. One of the beds smelled so much like mildew that it was difficult to sleep. (Having said that, though, we weren't in our room very often.) Having to pay extra for the old safe in the room was a tad annoying. The food is not great, but I somewhat expect this for an all-inclusive. |

Personnel attentif et sympathique, surtout dans les divers restaurants. Cuisine de bonne qualité meme si les buffets sont un peu répétitifs. Piscines. Animations pour les enfants. La plage est un peu petite quand l'hôtel est complet. |

To προσωπικό!! Εξυπηρετικό, φιλικό και πολύ κοινωνικό Την οργάνωση της υπηρεσίας καθαριότητας. Καθώς τα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου βρίσκονται μέσα σε καταπράσινους κήπους τα συνεργεία καθαρισμού πρέπει να ελέγχουν πολλές φορές την ημέρα την καθαριότητα των των κοινόχρηστων χώρων. |
