Spread out in extensive greenery and gardens, this modern and comfortable club hotel is an ideal vacation spot for your family, beautifully situated on the beach of Maleme Bay. Offers an excellent range of facilities in a friendly and casual atmosphere, the hotel is surrounded by extensive and attractive gardens. The nearest shopping area is just 550 yards away, while the center of Chania is 10.5 miles away. Both are covered by daily bus services. During winter 1999 / 2000, the hotel underwent full and extensive modifications to the entire pool area which gave it a brand new look, making it more tropical and idyllic. The whole project included the construction of 3 new freshwater, lagoon-shaped, swimming pools, a new pool bar and a snack bar. Hotel Rooms: 420, Hotel Chain: Louis Hotels.

άνετο δωμάτιο και πολύ καθαρό. το all inclusive ήταν άψογο. τέλειες οι πισίνες, αλλά και το καράβι. ωραίες βραδιές, διαφορετικές σε καθημερινή βάση. για τα παιδιά ειδικά είναι μια όαση. μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από την συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού, άψογοι, εξυπηρετικοί και παντα ευγενικοί, σαν να ηταν οικογενειακή επιχειρηση. πέρυσι κολοσσός στη ρόδο, εφέτος Creta Prince, σίγουρα "louis hotels for ever"!!! σε πολλά ενημερωτικα μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχουν αναφορές σε αρκετές γλώσσες, αλλά όχι σε ελληνικα. κάποιες φορές είχα την αίσθηση ότι δεν απευθύνεται σε έλληνες. να προσεχθεί το θέμα στις ξαπλώστρες γύρω από την πισίνα. βαζουν ολοι πετσέτες από την προηγούμενη κι την επόμενη βλέπεις τα 3/4 της πισινας άδεια, αλλά όλες κατειλημένες. στην αναγκη να μπει μια τυπικη χρέωση για να κοπούν οι εξυπνάδες των "προοδευτικών" ξένων τουριστών της πατρίδας μας.

Jeg likte at det så utrolig fint ut der og at personalet var så hyggelige. Det kunne godt vært gjort flere forandringer på menyen for uka. Det ble mye av den samme maten. I tillegg syns jeg at sengene var utrolig harde.

The pools were really nice. We reserved a family room, but didn't realize how small the rooms were. Our family could not all comfortable fit in the room (2 adults a toddler and a baby). We had to leave early and find bigger accomodations.

Beligghenheten rett på stranden var veldig bra. Ellers var det meste tilgjengelig.Bra service, barna koste seg. Maten var ok. Utrolig harde senger! Mye russere og lite norske. Reservering av solsenger, som egentlig ikke var lov. Blir utrolig slitende for oss som ikke orker stå opp 05 hver morgen......Hadde kanskje vært en ide med en buss til og fra flyplassen, dyrt med taxi, spesielt når vi er for mange til en taxi. Fikk en følelse at hotellet var flottere i beskrivelsen enn det egentlig var. Ingen luksus, helt vanlig standard.

Allasalue, ranta, yleiset tilat, ruokakin oli hyvää. Huone, jossa asuimme, oli pieni ja ankea, ja kylpyhuoneessa haisi epämiellyttävälle. Allasalueella iso miinus siitä, että alalstuolit olivat lähes kaikki varattuja myös yön yli, eli asiakkaat säilöivät allaspyyhkeitään tuoleillaan päiväkausia putkeen, eikä henkilökunta puuttunut asiaan mitenkään. Vapaiden allastuolien löytäminen oli kiven alla! All inclusivesta johtuen allasalue oli myös hieman epäsiisiti, kun ihmiset söivät ja joivat ympäri aluetta eikä roskia liiemmin keräilty!

Det så veldig fint ut der og betjeningen var imøtekommende og hyggelige. Man burde hatt mer forandringer på menyen I løpet av uka. Sengene var utrolig harde.
