Easy to find with a car, clean and quiet.
Distant from restaurants or places to eat. Very basic breakfast.
Clean, good standard for the price charged
Staff not easily available, difficult communication, they did not have my reservation via booking.com - however, I got the room - it was not a problem. It was strange to be asked for payment at the arrival.
clean, quiet, comfortable within a walking distance from metro station. Free parking
bed was kind of squeaky, you had to lie still. WiFi only receiving in the lobby.
Really good value for money. Clean and adequately spaced room and bathroom. Free parking.
Bed mattress and pillows somewhat hard due to usage.
The location was perfect for us, since we had to visit a very nearby office.
The personnel was not really helpful neither very kind: when we arrived they gave us a room with a window that couldn't close and they refused to fix it, untill I got nervous and told them to change my room, so they came in and fixed it; the last day we were supposed to check out at 12:00, but when I went back to the hotel at 9:00 in the morning they were already cleaning the room so I had to close my luggage and check out. Fortunately they offered to keep my single small bag at the reception until the afternoon.
parking, quite location
wifi on the groundfloor has weak signal
I like clean hotel and location is good for me as i work in KAT hospital where it is 15 minutes walk
No sound proof rooms .i was hearing the sounds of guests in room next to me Poor English language of reception officers
Comfortable bedroom, nice situation, though 10 minutes walk to the metro was a bit optimistic for me - certainly a pleasant tree-lined walk, though, and Kifissia is always an attractive place to be. Ease of access - no fuss or complication - and very good value for money.
Almost no sign of hotel life. At times it was difficult to find a member of staff, I breakfasted alone each morning - plentiful enough, but not great and no choice (good coffee, though). There was a total absence of the leaflets and information you expect in a hotel.
The price, at first...
In the overall scheme of things, this must be the worst hotel I've ever stayed. First of all, if you fancy sleeping (or try to) in an ashtray, please go ahead and book a room at this place. The room reeked of nicotine, so much so that our throats started burning after some time. The cigarette smell was so strong that it was impossible to sleep. If we opened the windows, there was so much noise outside (a dog barking all night, some guy trying to hose his garden at 3:30am, the cars and lorries passing by seem to be racing!). If we turned the AC on, it would make so much noise as a light aeroplane was about to lift off and it also has some very bright lights that turn the room into a disco! Also, the night receptionist has difficulties speaking Greek and when we requested to change the room, it was declined (too late supposedly). The morning receptionist was kind enough to give us a €5 discount. It's cheap but not all cheap things are value for money and an extremely bad night's sleep (or lack of) is the hidden cost!
The location was very suitable for me. The staff was helpful. Wi-Fi was very good.
First of all the bed, it was really noisy when you move just a little. The walls are thin and you can hear the people from other room talking. The breakfast was poor.
reception did not speak greek ! reception could not even write correct invoice, because of lack of Greek language !?! The beds were too short, kid beds !!
stuff, parking, quite location
