We went to checkout and nobody was at the desk. Nobody was ever at the desk. We had someone in the hotel call the guy twice-and nobody answered. It was absolutely ridiculous. If we ever needed a towel or anything or had questions there was never anybody to ask. Very frustrating. Location was good. Could walk to Thira easily and the bus stop was close. Restaurants around hotel were not very good. |

Pool and room location was brillaint. Location of Hotel, close to all the necessary amenties such as restaurants, police, internet and close proximity to their captial City Fira if you had hired a motorscooter. TV was too small and placed in far corner of the room and no internet |

The owner is very friendly and gave us lifts from the airport and to the port. The swimming pool is clean and nice. The hotel is located in a lovely village that feels more real that the main tourist resorts. 20 minute walk to Fira on a main road |

the staff is helpful.He is responsible for picking up and sending us to the airport,even it was 6 o'clock in the morning. The restaurant on the left hand side of the hotel is super good,especially the pork-chop. supermaket and car rental is nearby. Fira is only 20 min walk away. the bath room is too small,after taking a shower, the bath-room is covered with water. no internet. |

Peaceful, big room with a balcony. Free airport shuttle. Very kind and helpful staff. Rather poor breakfast. I missed joghurt and fruits. |

του πρέπει συνολική ανακαίνηση, στην υποτιθέμενη κουζίνα κυκλοφορούσαν σκύλοι, ήταν στο υπόγειο δίπλα στα πλυντήρια, εγώ πάντως δεν το ρίσκαρα να φάω εκεί μέσα. |

Nos vino a buscar al puerto para llevarnos al hotel. El día que llegamos estuvimos unas 6 horas esperando a que nos dieran habitación, al final no había lo que habíamos pedido y pasamos cada noche en una habitación distinta. La recepción casi siempre estaba vacía y el último día le tuve que decir las noches que habíamos estado y lo que nos tenía que cobrar. |

La piscina, cerca de fira. A pesar de que avisamos de nuestra llegada no fueron a recogernos al puerto. Nunca hay nadie en recepción, al abandonar el hotel tuve yo que decirle a la chica que estaba en ese momento cuanto debia cobrarme por noche. |
