The tranquility place, the view from our room spetacular. Friendly staff.
-quiet and relaxing -small private beach -nice staff
-far from town and port -breakfast was OK -only one employee was able to speak english, so when she wasn't there, there was quite a language barrier -couldn't get tv to work
Close to Kalafatis beach, a bit far from city centre, and a decent restaurant "Bandanna" nearby
Nice location with amazing beach only for hosts
There's no restaurant inside but it's close to mini market and there's a very good Greek take away
Its little bit far from down town but the view andnthe beach make you forget everthing. It has kinda a private beach. If you have a car - no think - book now
Breakfast could be richer.
This place is like a hidden gem. It truly is breath taking. The best part about it, other than the INCREDIBLE views, are the peacefulness. If you want to stay somewhere magical and feel like you can really enjoy the sound of the ocean rather than a nearby party/club/bar, this is a magically tucked away village that will not disappoint. The rooms aren't too foo-foo, but have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There is even a private beach from the front of the village, down some steps to crystal blue water and no crowds. Amazing place, family run and so comforting and relaxing.
Possible cons - away from the heart of the town where the stores are. Only a few restaurants nearby to choose from. Family run, so charming little children are sometimes playing around the villas.
We flew in and out of Mykonos while visiting some of the islands in the area...we booked Daktilidis as a one night stopover on the way back and were very pleasantly surprised. ..beautiful location, very pretty little private beach and best of all very quiet. We had stayed in the south of the island before and found it far too noisy. The waters around the beach are pretty good for snorkelling or just swimming, water is very clear. The staff here are friendly and helpful but it is a family business so service is basic. Its set in a lovely little village with 4 or 5 (relatively expensive) restaurants. Rooms are great - the buildings are cyclades-style white and blue - beds, shower and air conditioning are modern and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again...my favourite part of Mykonos.
The village was pretty hard to find. ..quite a walk from the bus stop (15 minutes) and no transport is offered. Best to take a taxi at 35 euros from the airport. Local restaurants seems expensive though very good. Shops are limited...if you're staying longer you need to stock up in town. Mykonos in general is very pretty but more expensive than neighbouring islands.
The view The private beach
Wonderfull private beach Amazing snorkeling (turtle) Point of view extraordinary for the wake up of the sun And the moonlight. Nice breakfast
The reception, nobody to receive us during half hour. Far From everything
nice view,friendly staff
Room was extremely small for three people. No extra bed-just 2 beds and an old sofa.Bathroom tiles were dirty. The refrigerator was not working. Would never suggest this place. Its' such a pity, because the island is so beautiful...
the provite beach is good.
far away from the airport or the port. have to rent a car. very simple stuff in the room. only a small window. we do not get the air conditionner controller. a lot of moustiques.
The view from the terrasse; the fact to be far away from the tourist crowds, the little "private beach";
The room had no window with any view (view on wall); even though the add claimed that there are "sea views", this is NOT TRUE, there isnt !!! The beds are VERY bad, we really had back pbs later on. Breakfast is very limited and the Attention seemed to us more European than the typical warm hearted "Greek way", that we knew from so many other visits to that amazing country.
Beautiful location. Friendly staff and the peaceful atmosphere, do your home'' work be fore you book make sure this is what you want hire a car at the airport and you will not find better
There was nothing not to like
Beautiful quiet private beach, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you, restaurants close by and a bus service to Mykonos town.
The wonderfull view of the sea, the private beach, everything
Its far from chora center but if You haver a car or bike, with You should have in mikonos,no problem
