The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. The balcony was amazing and the entire suite elegantly designed.

It felt like we had to leave the villa complex and go down a large amount of stairs into another part of the hotel for breakfast and the pool. But just divine and worth the walk.

I LOVED this hotel - the view was out of this world and the staff were amazing! Yes, quite a lot of steps, but they make you fit!

Ok, the location is definitely enchanting, as well as the swimming pool, the hydromassage and the view from the rooms.

we stayed in a Junior Suite (number 106: at check in, if the give you this room refuse soon !) which was very small and above all dirty!!! The bathroom was also small, dirty and very old: the shower's box was defective, there was not something to put in the toothbrushes, the wc board was broken and fell everytime... In addition, the private terrace is also small and, to be honest, there is not so much privacy... our room's neighbours were extremely noisy: how can you relax and enjoy the sunset if your neighbours are making noise? certainly not the ones you expect from a 4* hotel.

Everything is good, except the poor reception staff, wasted much time on check in/out.

the view from the hotel room is really stunning. The balcony of our room is great with deal chairs and table. It is at a location for a total experiance of santorini with the quaint cascading steps to the hotel and the stunning view of santorini colourful buildings and the deep blue colour of the aegean seas.

it would be great if the hotel can provide a hot water kettle to the room.

no hot water at 23h (for this category, I think it's not acceptable), take a credit card copy for insurance (in case of what ??? : first hotel to do it during my stay in 4 hotels), breakfast not the best I had.

The staff are very helpful & informative. They share knowledge of the local area and are extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast is really good and hearty. I should mention that we were given a free room upgrade, and the view is magnificent. I certainly recommend Dana Villas as a very pleasant place to stay. It's location is also strategic to the Santorini alleys and great views. Room is cleaned everyday and it was in good shape too when we got there on the 1st day.

The location is not the closest to the city of Fira (the downtown, if you will), but it's not very far either. My wife & I managed to walk back and forth everyday for 3 days. There's always a bus if you prefer. A heater would be nice for the winter times. Advice: like many other places here, be advised to pack lightly as the place is packed with steps and more steps.

It is exactly in an excellent part. It's no so far from the center and has few restaurants closer, but they are realy good!

The shower is a little small in the Studio Room, like for just one person.

Incantevole vista sulla caldera anche dalla camera, arredata sobriamente, ma accogliente. Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la riservatezza dello staff nonché i molti servizi offerti: piscina, idromassaggio ecc. La colazione a buffet e il ristorante potrebbero essere migliorati. Non è certamente economico, ma conforme agli standard del luogo. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Veramente tanti i gradini per raggiungere la via principale, però si sa a Santorini è il prezzo da pagare per poter godere il panorama in assoluta privacy.

Le personnel fait tous les efforts pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréables. Les déjeuners offrent une bonne variété et en quantité suffisante.Les chambres sont bien entretenues et le site aussi. Nous avons loué une voiture pour une journée et le personnel de la réception on communiqué pour nous avec la compagnie de location qui sont venus à l'hotel même nous porter la voiture et nous enregistrer, ils sont même revenus la chercher le lendemain. Un excellent service

Il est absolument nécessaire de savoir que pour accéder à la terrasse ou se trouve la piscine et le restaurant, vous devez descendre près de 200 marches... Les lits sont confortables mais courts, pour une personne meusrant 6', les pieds appuient sur le pied du lit.

Superbe hotel, très bien placé. Chambre avec vue imprenable. Personnel très accueillant. Je le recommande vivement
