Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

The hotel is located on beach with just a few minutes walking distance to the city centre and harbour. It was very good for swimming. The staff was friendly. Nearby are many restaurants. I only missed a hairdryer, important to ladies... |

Very good room with balcony facing the beautiful beach and ocean. Service was friendly, beach was wonderful, many restaurants along the beach - very convenient . Short walk to Old Town - scenic, shopping, restaurants. Excellent value. |

Good location: sandy beach outside the hotel (you just need to cross the street), close to the old harbour (10 minutes walk). Good value for money, however you can still find much cheaper rooms directly in Chania if you are ready to accept a little bit lower standard Poor breakfast |

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is really close to the beach. Breakfast is a joke. The hotel and rooms is not very good and need renovation. our toilet was about 1,5 kvm2 so very small´. |

Just opposite a lovely beach that never seemed to get too crowded. A little walk from the centre of town, not too far, but far away enought to be nice and quiet. |

Location, across the street from the beach. The sewage system was very poor, particularly in the toilette. The rooms were not done on Sundays. An extra 3% was charged when paying with a credit card. |

Was offered a room with a great view of the beach and the sea. The room had everything needed such as balcony, A/C, TV and fridge. Very helpful reception staff. Walking distance (15 minutes) to the centre. Starting to show some signs of age but still good value for money.. |

Very helpfull and friendly staff. Perfect location, near the sea, 10 minutes up to the harbour and business centre with shopping area. We had seaview room so you could hear the waves in the night, it was really great! We really enjoyed our holidays! |

The staff were very helpful, and as I was in a bit of a quandry with lost baggage issues and suchlike, I found their generosity most agreeable. The hotel itself is in a prime location, opposite a popular beach. It is clean and tidy, easy on the eye, like most small hotels in this part of the world. |

Mycket kunnig och hjälpsam personal. Magnifik utsikt över de vågbrytande reven och de blånande öarna i fjärran. Den lilla fiskehamnen varifrån de små fiskebåtarna gick ut på natten. |
