눉Disappointed. Worked in shipping industry many years ago and familiar with Chandris cruises. WOW their standards have changed! How about sprucing up the place a bit and not being petty. . For the price paid I expected more - although rooms were comfortable, every other detail was lacking. I understand dry cleaning service charges but why not charge laundry wash by the kilo instead of each piece! . . Free WIFI awful (really you must pay for it?). Neglect was evident everywhere except for the landscaping, there was black mold in grout around the pool and few shade umbrellas, hardly any A/C in lobby as doors were kept open all day, drinking water fountain disabled, building exterior paint and hallway carpet out-dated. Buffet breakfast and dinner was tasty but lacking variety. Except for morning coffee and juice, Inclusive still means you'll pay extra for beer, wine, soda, even water! . . Swimming pool, Game Room and Gym close at 6pm??!! Who came up with that rule?!. . BTW small game room already with few options had non-working air hockey entire week even after complaining. There was nothing for my 11 year old to do. Lastly, the hotel lobby has a cute table with water glasses collecting dust all week and no jug of water anywhere in sight - oh yes forgot, I saw 2 unopened champagne? bottles chilling there on Friday morning, thinking "ok" but when I went down to dinner around 8:30, bottles were gone. . . Just all little things added up are annoying for a pricey hotel that can spruce the place up easily. Maybe it was fancy in another era. .
눇Location is excellent if you have a car, with a nice beach and pool. Rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. A/C in the room a bonus when visiting in the summer. Evening entertainment was fair for adults, super for small children. . Staff were friendly and attended to any issue promptly. Free parking a plus.
