Right next to the beach Very Close to thermal spa Very good Entertainment very polite and helpful staff

Room wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as I would like. Mold was growing inside the Wardrobe. The sliding glass door onto the patio was broken and repaired badly.

beautiful scenery with great private beach. kid's friendly, genuinely nice people, very attentive staff. surprisingly high quality of food at the main dining hall.

no double bed, just 2 narrow beds for the parents, that roll away when you try to get close to each other. low quality of linen, very itchy. shortage of blankets and pillows. no wi-fi, although we saw some optional networks at times, it was so week that we could not connect to any network. not enough sunbeds around the pools, it was a real struggle to get hold of one.

The proximity to Agious Fakos is great, and the staff are all very friendly. These are about the only things we liked about the hotel.

I'm shocked to think this hotel is 4 stars, it's location is about the only thing that is good. The room was ok, however when I went to get into bed the sheets were covered in what looked like red nail polish and were far too small for the bed. When I woke up the entire desk area was covered in Ants, which is strange for a hotel that doesn't allow food or drinks in the rooms. The shower was tiny, causing water to spray everywhere in the bathroom. You have to throw your toilet paper into the bin, and not down the toilet. I understand this is the case for a lot of places in Greece, but for a 4 star hotel - that is so ridiculous! The rooms all need renovating. This hotel might have been 4 star back when it opened, but it's so dated. The location is close to the very popular Agious Fakos beach. But that's about all it's close to. It will cost you 12-14 euros in taxi fair to the town, one way. The food is also very average. Being an all inclusive package, you get fed all day and can service the bar when it's open. The food was like slop and the cocktails were just sugar. If you're looking for a good hotel that's great for families, spend a little extra and stay at Pelagos. It's much better.

The beautiful sea view from my room, and the helpfulness and professionalism of Ioanna and Aggeliki at the front desk, as well as Danielle.

Sometime between the time we checked in (circa noon on the day of our check-in), and when we returned to claim our rooms later that evening, our rooms had been given away. The hotel eventually found rooms for us, but customer service was less than optimum for one of our party, who had no toilet paper and no phone to call to get any. Rude maids and ant infestations rounded out our stay.

Three star hotel but five star service, always helpful and effective. Pebble beach very nice and clean.

"Bungalow" wasn't quite what we expected for. Hotel area clean but a bit old fashioned.
