nice central location and rooms cleaned daily with clean towels breakfast basic but sufficient
no pool and walls were thin we could hear the people in the next room thankfully no late nights
friendly staff as everywhere in Greece, location - close to ferry, city center, shops and restaurants
noisy air condition, thin walls. no internet in the room, not so good connection in public areas either.poor breakfast. for this price - you could find much better hotel in Kos Town.....would't come back there
Location and very kind people running the hotel
breakfast, small rooms, bathroom
Clean and good location,reasonable price
The hotel is very clean, housekeeping cleaned my room every day and changed sheets regularly. The hotel is very central,it is close to Kos centre and beaches. The staff is friendly, they are always ready to help you,i love them. And the price is very very reasonable for its quality.i would highly recommend the hotel.
the hotel is very old. I think it was build during 1960's but nothing has been renovated. If you open the door of the balcony, the air conditioner stops automatically. They would use their money to renovate the rooms instead of taking absurd austerity precautions. Finally, the breakfast was very poor. There was almost nothing. Actually I don't recommend this hotel.
May be just may be the location, nothing more...
I've been visiting Greece since more than 15 years and stayed almost 30 different hotels in 11-12 cities / islands. This one was the worst of all. I chose this hotel according to reviews here. But what I saw was completely opposite. If you don't care about hygiene, cleanliness etc. this may be a hotel for you. There are lots of dust, hairs and etc. everywhere in the room and the bathroom. There are blood stains (or something red other than blood, which I hoped so) in one of our sheets. Towels are very very old and lots of tears on them. They'd be much more effective if you use them as sand papers not towels. Also, when I entered our room's bathroom, I understood that why they did not put any photo from the bathrooms. It was not clean at all. I don't know if anyone stayed at this hotel used the toilets at one level under the lobby, even public toilets may be cleaner. This gives you a perfect clue for the hotel’s general hygiene policy (?). After we saw that toilets and the bar in the lobby, where they are washing all the dishes and glasses, we did not eat or drink anything in the hotel even our room rates were including breakfast. We took our breakfasts in cafes around the waterfront. So, location of the hotel helped us there. I did not use TV or A/C. So, I don't know anything about them. This is not a new hotel, I knew it before I go. Furniture and other equipment may be old, which is logical and normal. I was not expecting a brand new bed, room equipment etc. for this price while I was booking. But at least it is my right to expect a clean room from a hotel. I'll definitely visit Kos again, which is a great island, just I did before. However, I'll never stay at this hotel again.
Clean rooms, good location and breakfast. Good value for money. The staff are great and you will enjoy their company!
Because of the location it attracts teenangers which doesn't make it a calm place. The rooms aren't soundproof, you might be disturbed from people walking in the hall.
