Hotel Dionysos  

the best site of the hotel is the pool area, surrounded also by food kiosks and restaurants. breakfast was good with plenty of choices. there is also a very conveniently located market outside the main gate with a variety of useful products.

The airconditioning system was not as efficient. Overall, the rooms need to be renovated. Breakfast was served until 10 am which we thought it was rather early. in addition, pool was closed at 6 pm and the staff was not enforcing it very politely. Some of the hotels facilities reminded us of 3 star hotel rather than 4.

The hotel management vere very professional, and had been able to communicate a very good attitude to all the employee. The hotel was kleen and wery well organised.

I liked nothing about this property !!!! I hated it.

This property is about as bad as a decent hotel can be. The staff is rude and cares more about it's ridiculous rules, than it does pleasing it's guests. The hotel actually closes it's pool area at 6:30 and kicks all the guests out rights as they are returning from the beach. The staff is downright mean and condescending in the way they communicate with guests. The are completely unhelpful. Do NOT stay at this hotel...

At the same time it is close to sea-side and down-town

Great pool area and great personel in the restaurants and bars. The location of the hotel isn't the best. If you prefer walking to other restaurants you have 4-5 to choose from within a 10 minutes walk. They all serve similar tourist-food. If you want other (tourist) restaurants you need to walk atleast 20 minutes. The 3-bed room is a joke, we have never been in a smaller room even when we book only for two persons. The third person will in this case sleep on the sofa, leaving only two plastic chairs on the balcony when you are in your room. Really doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel.

Location was good if first time to Rhodes. Close to beach, and Rhodes town. Good location for families, but too busy for older folk. Hotel was good generally, but could make a bit more effort with comfort around the pool, and with the evening entertainment. I do not feel that watching two nights of football, on a t v screen as hotel entertainment. What we saw in the evenings,as regards performers, was of a good standard. Enjoyed our stay in general, but would not go in high season as resort would be too busy.

The hotel was well-maintained. The interior and exterior are well-tended with staff always busy cleaning. The reception was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the breakfast room was very clean and bright with staff happy to take care of guests needs. Room was comfortable, except bed was a bit hard. Taxi ride of 8 - 10 euro will get you into Rhodes City which is an experience not to be missed. There is not much to see around the hotel itself, but it is easy to spend your time at the hotel complex with the wonderful and clean pool, restaurants and bars. The beaches in the immediate area are not up to standards that most people expect in a beach, lots of trash, but people were using them. We were told that there are beautiful beaches on the opposite side of the island, but we were only in the area for 2.5 days so did not get to those beaches. We had a very nice stay at the hotel and if we go back to Rhodes, we would definitely stay here again.

We have never been to a resort where we had to furnish our own pool towels. So if you are planning on any pool time, either pack a towel or plan on spending around 8 euro to purchase one during your stay.

l'albergo è in un bellissimo giardino e ottima la colazione

i materassi veramente duri, cuscini inconsistenti e la climatizzazione inesistente ci hanno obbligato a tenere la finestra aperta con conseguente invasione di zanzare !

Pulizia, colazione ottima e abbondante, posizione servita dai mezzi pubblici sia per visitare il centro sia per l'aereoporto. Consigliato

Se vogliamo esser fiscali l'uso della cassaforte in camera è a pagamento

Struttura molto scenografica in un meraviglioso e curatissimo giardino/parco, con raffinati ed ampi spazi comuni. Piscina spettacolare come dimensioni e forma, con il solo limite di avere profondità massima di mt.1,25. In rapporto al prezzo praticato, veramente basso anche per Rodi e non certo da 4 stelle, nessun elemento negativo può essere rilevato. In assoluto, e con riferimento alla tipologia 4 stelle dell'hotel, abbiamo invece trovato carenza di ascensori (solo due da 3 persone per circa 50 camere), un bagno un pò modesto, lenzuola pulitissime ma un pò logore, parcheggio interno incapiente rispetto alla struttura alberghiera. Buono il resto camera: ampia, luminosa, panoramica e discretamente arredata. Abbondante e varia la colazione, assolutamente consona ad un 4 stelle. Prezzi del bar interno borso piscina estremamente contenuti per la tipologia del posto. Comodissimo per l'aeroporto (15 minuti di auto), è altrettanto comodo per raggiungere la città (10 minuti scarsi di auto). La spiaggia (con lettini) è a soli 300 metri, anche se non certo particolarmente bella, come peraltro non sono particolarmente belle le spiagge tutte dell'isola, caratterizate da ghiaia e sabbia scura e terrosa. Da consigliare a tutti coloro che vogliono godersi una vacanza in una struttura moderna e piacevole sul mare, ad un prezzo veramente vantaggioso (abbiamo speso 60 euro a notte in doppia).

Nous avons séjourné dans ce bel hôtel pendant 6jours et ma foi pas grand chose a dire ; le p'tit déj offert est excellent et tres varié et les restaurants à la carte vallent parfois mieux la peine que de sortir de l'hôtel pour manger dans des endroits trop "touristiques" à bon entendeur salut.

Ampiezza e comodità delle camere; ottima colazione molto abbondante e fresca; bella la piscina e I bar-ristoranti intorno; comodo il parcheggio interno.

Difficoltà a trovarlo la prima volta in macchina venendo dall'aeroporto.
