Dionyssos    

The friendly relaxed atmosphere in a family run establishment. All the staff are very helpful. The reception staff are always ready to help in anyway they can with information and advice. You get a warm welcome from Rudi when you arrive at the port as he picks up your luggage and transports it to the hotel (and drops them at the port on your depature) and Pantelis and Elena always have cool drinks at the bar for the hot and weary.

The old traditional building turned into a gorgeous hotel works very well. The staff were absolutely professional, friendly and always did the extra mile/effort. Facilities and People made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

If the bathrooms get some smart renovation, preserving the old traditional style but with new brand new installations of the same the rooms would be scoring 10/10.

The staff were most helpful and friendly, the room comfortable, the breakfast delightful, and the large pool refreshing. Nice poolside setting and bar. A very relaxful environment with easy access to town and bus trips around the island. Our room's A/C worked well in the extreme heat, thank goodness!

Wish that wi-fi was available in the rooms and not just the lobby area.

Sadly we went back to the Hotel after staying three times previously, at these times we always booked executive rooms overlooking the pool on this vist far to many children with families all of whom shouted at one and other hoged the swimming pool, and sat on the steps leading to pool so you had to dodge these characters to get into the pool for a swim and also avoid far to many lilos and rubber toys floating around. το αποχετευτικο σύστημα ήταν κακό και όσο αφορά το πρωινό ενώ υποτίθεται ήταν ανοιχτό μέχρι τις 10.30 αν πήγαινες μετά τις 9.30 τα μισά από τα προιόντα είχαν τελειώσει και δεν γινόταν ανανέωση

Η τοποθεσία, η καθαριότητα και η εξυπηρέτηση άψογα. Το πρωινό, η πισίνα και το parking πολύ καλά. Η θέα και η πρόσβαση στην πόλη άριστα.

Το μπάνιο (χρήζει ανακαίνησης)

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Hotelmitarbeiter, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage (man braucht zu Fuß nur gute 5 Minuten zur Hafenpromenade), Zimmergröße, es ist genügend Stauraum in den Schränken vorhanden (inkl. ausreichend Kleiderbügel!), Frühstücksbuffet war für griechische Verhältnisse gut.

Lobby-Bereich wirkt durch das dunkle Holz ziemlich düster

Rapporto prezzo/qualita eccezzionale. Personale molto gentile. Pulizia ottima. Strutture del albergo molto buone.

L'emplacement central mais au calme. Personnel sympathique et accueillant.

Equipement des sanitaires vétuste (exemple: mauvais fonctionnement de la chasse d'eau des wc). Petit déjeuner de qualité très moyenne.

Comportamentul personalului.

Încep cu micul dejun, calitatea serviciilor de cazare.

μειονεκτεί σε πολύ βασικές παροχές, όπως την αυτονόητη για ένα ξενοδοχείο λειτουργία των υδραυλικών εγκαταστάσεων της τουαλέτας!!!

Good location to town, great pool and poolside furniture, excellent breakfasts, sheets and towels replaced daily, staff very courteous and efficient.

There was a lack of a privacy on the balcony which was virtually shared with the room next door, we had smokers in the next room who smoked continuously on their balcony and the prevailing breeze blew the smoke in our room and therefore we had to keep our doors closed and the a/c on. We noted that ash trays are provided in the rooms but fortunately the previous occupants had been no smokers. Greece appears not to have followed Europe's regulation about smoking in public places. ?

Location and the staff were excellent ! The pool was good too!

The location of hotel Dionyssos is very convenient near the "Chora" (Skopelos city) centre.

First of all, when you arrive at Dionyssos hotel, there is nobody to help you with the luggage. At the reception, the staff doesn't keep discussing together or calling friends or relatives. Of course, it is more interesting than paying attention to guests or providing them with information, but as I know, it should be their work. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable: the beds base is a wooden board with a poor mattress you can count the springs in it. The bathroom is extremely small (also in what is call an "executive" room) with a filthy shower unit. The breakfast also is very poor: low quality industrial products (sausages, ham, cheese...) with a very limited choice and colored water which is supposed to be coffee. In conclusion, Dionyssos hotel in Skopelos is a pure shame. It is really not worth a "three stars". It is at the maximum a poor "two stars".
