It was a very friendly relaxed hotel, were George the owner was always willing to help as much as he could and making us feel so welcome. He had a wonderful young lady working for him called Natalia, she was very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast served every morning either continental of English, lots of tea, coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice, jams and honey. There was also a bq night which was brilliant. The apartment was good, we had cooking facilities, fridge air con, everything we needed. (2 adult and 2 children). Oh yes a devine rooftop hot tub!

It just needs a little tlc here and there.

It's good value for money. You have a room with kitchen facilites plus brekfast (quite good). Just 5 minites from a beach but it's quiet green place. There's place to park your car nearby too. There's small tv plus plenty of satellite canals in a room. Stuff is friendly.

Bathroom facilities looks bit old, water is smelly. But for this money it's ok.

It is a wonderful, heartwarming place with eveything you need to have a lovely holiday!

מקום מדהים, ביתי עם כול הדברים שצריך וצוות שפשוט אין מספיק מילים לתאר אותם! ממוקם 5-7 דקות הליכה מהחוף ומהטיילת של החוף. נהנו מכל רגע: מהחדר, הבריכה ובמיוחד המפגש אם הדיירים האחרים בערב בבר. ללא ספק שנרצה לחזור שוב. Amazing place, domestic with all the things you need and with an amazing staff( there is simply not enough words to describe them!) Located 5-7 minutes walk from the beach and beach promenade. We enjoyed everything : the room, the pool and especially the meeting with the other gests in the evening at the bar. No doubt we want to return again.

La chambre était très propre et très calme. Le lieu est beau et verdoyant. L'accueil est excellent. Le breakfast est copieux, frais et très bon. Je recommande cet établissement pour tous les points évoqués ci-dessus. Enfin, la petite ville de Agia Pelagia est très charmante et dispose d'une plage magnifique et une mer turquoise. (séjour effectué début septembre 2012)

Giorgio, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo con noi, ci ha dato consigli e informazioni per raggiungere i luoghi più belli dell'isola. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. L'appartamento era davvero carino, vicinissimo al mare ma in posizione tranquilla, e poi c'è anche la piscina... Se volete soggiornare ad Agia Pelagia è il posto perfetto!

Bella struttura semplice ma pulita ed economica. Ottima accoglienza il proprietario ti fa sentitre come in famiglia.

το δωμάτιο στο οποίο μείναμε ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο, καλαίσθητο καθαρό και όμορφα διαμορφωμένο με ρομαντικό στυλ. το μπαλκόνι είχε θέα στην πισίνα και η πισίνα των διαμερισμάτων πολύ ωραία για το μπάνιο μας! ο κύριος γιώργος και η οικογένεια του ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι και όταν χρειαστήκαμε έξτρα δωμάτια για φίλους μας που ήρθαν μας εξυπηρέτησαν άψογα. περάσαμε τέλεια!! θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα!

Voor deze prijs kunt u niet veel beters vinden! Een gezellig hotelletje met een gedreven eigenaar George die alles doet om ervoor te zorgen dat zijn gasten een fantastische vakantie hebben! Hele lieve mensen, zwembadje, bar, 200 meter van het strand en van de winkeltjes. Als je wat van de omgeving wil zien, moet je wel een auto huren. Wij hebben o.a. het Arkadi klooster bezocht, wat echt de moeite is. Een avond organiseerde George een BBQ, was super! Als wij ooit nog terug naar Agia Pelagia komen, willen wij hier zeker weer boeken!

Cordialita' e disponibilita' del proprietario e dello staff. Ottima posizione vicinissima centro della localita' e alla spiaggia e nello stesso tempo defilata dalla confusione e silenziosissima.

Struttura un po' trasandata, in evidente stato di degrado, pulizia delle camere e dei servizi sufficiente, ma si puo' trovare di meglio allo stesso prezzo.

Un accueil formidable de la part de Georges le patron, gentil, de très bon conseil et toujours à notre écoute ainsi que de sa maman et de Nathalia son extra. Un petit déjeuner bien plus à la hauteur que la plupart des hôtels bon marché français, jus d'orange frais, oeuf, fromage, café, confiture faite maison, miel crétois, pain frais, pas une fausse note. La piscine était également très agréable et non bondée puisque l'établissement ne compte que 10 chambres. L'hôtel est à 100 m de la plage environ et de beaucoup de restaurants (nous vous conseillons l'Acropolis tenu par Jean (prononcer Yanis), accueil chaleureux, sardines délicieuses et un très bon raki). De plus le ménage était fait tous les jours dans la chambre et nous disposions d'un petit jardin arboré à l'ombre. Enfin Agia Pelagia est plutôt pas trop mal situé pour visiter une partie de l'île. Un super séjour !!! Merci Georges !!

grand studio avec 2 chambres et coin cuisine, 2 terrasses; l'air agréable de la mer toute proche. petit déj avec que des produits frais, jus d'orange, gâteaux secs crétois, café, miel, pain, jambon, fromage ; tout était parfait !!

Siamo arrivati e la stanza non era disponibile, il gestore si è premurato comunque di sistemarci in un altra struttura alle stesse condizioni e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Отель недалеко от пляжа. Рядом с отелем и пляжем есть небольшие магазины. Хозяин отеля Джордж и сотрудник Наташа очень отзывчивые и милые люди. Континентальный завтрак - сок, чай или кофе, сыр, колбаса, яйцо, джем, мед, хлеб, печенье.

Континентальный завтрак был каждый день одинаков. Хорошо бы разнообразить завтрак. Смена полотенец и уборка санузла были не так часто как хотелось бы. Туалетная бумага не всегда пополнялась. Сантехника в ванной была сломана. Заменили без просьб с нашей стороны. Были перебои с электроснабжением и водоснабжением. Рядом нет больших супермаркетов. Автобус в Ираклион ходит редко. Деньги с кредитной карты были сняты за неделю до конца проживания без предупреждения.

удобное расположение, до моря 5 минут пешком. хороший завтрак (входит в стоимость). на кухне имеется все необходимое для проготовления пищи, супермаркет в 50 метрах. хороший бассейн. хозяева отеля - очень приятные люди, всегда придут на помощь. удобно с малышом (стульчик, кроватка, еда) трансфер от ираклиона бесплатный. в целом, отличное сочетания цены и качества сервиса. были в разных более дорогих апартах - тут лучше. в следующем году только сюда.

небольшой размер собственной территории. отель нуждается в легком косметическом ремонте (обещали сделать к 2013г) В целом - всё очень устроило!

отель находится в 5 мин. ходьбы от моря. удобный пляж, подходит для маленьких детей. завтрак соответствует цене.

практически нет своей территории. бронировался номер на пятерых, по факту подходит только для двоих. маленький душный душ-туалет.

Camera da letto spaziosa, bella piscina e vicinanza alla spiaggia

I due lettini per i ragazzi erano in cucina, dove nn c'era aria condizionata, quindi la stanza era molto calda ed i letti erano parecchio scomodi. la pulizia della stanza consisteva nel rifacimento dei letti. tutto poggiava sulle spalle di una sola ragazza tuttofare.

Struttura vecchia da riammodernare.Indisponibilità seggiolone bambini che ci ha costretto a condividerlo con un' altra famiglia.Colazione poco varia.Cucina stile "campeggio" e attrezzatura per cucinare insufficiente.Staff assente per la maggior parte della giornata.

La camera spaziosa, ottima la posizione, buon prezzo. La struttura ha tutte le potenzialità ad essere incantevole, ma purtroppo non è curata. Titolare e simpatico e amichevole, ma non si vede praticamente mai, ha abbandonato la gestione in mano a unica dipendente "tuttofare" Natalia, molto brava e sveglia, ma è impensabile che una persona riesca ad avere tempo a curare tutto. Di conseguenza giardino abbandonato a se stesso, piscina sporca, terrazzo sul tetto molto carino, ma poco invitante, vasca idromassaggio ( con tanto di foto sul sito) era sigillata e visibilmente in disuso da tempo. In compenso è disponibile il parcheggio gratuito lungo la strada; struttura a tre minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia; la camera curata risistemata giornalmente.

La colazione monotona ( mai cambiata in 5 giorni): un uovo sodo, una fetta di formaggio, una fetta di mortadella, due fette di pane, miele, burro e marmellata. Rallegra la situazione la spremuta di arance vere. Il bagno inesistente (per chiudersi dentro bisogna entrare nel piatto doccia), ma bisogna dire che e un problema su tutta la isola, per avere un box doccia e non una odiosa tendina bisognerebbe puntare almeno su un 4 stelle. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre strutture diverse a Creta di simile livello, e purtroppo questa risulta meno curata, ma comunque da persone poco pignole siamo stati molto bene lo stesso.

Le personnel est sympathique et très dévoué. Le studio loué est très vaste et bien équipé. Les installations sont agréables notamment la piscine et l'environnement végétal et floral. L'hôtel est situé dans une partie très calme de la ville.

Il semblerait que l'ensemble nécessiterait un petit rafraîchissement.

Excellent accueil. Personne dévouée et attentive. Grande gentillesse.Petit déjeuneur maison excellent. Hotel à recommander pour une escale.
