Breakfast served is very good. WiFi is good. Friendly Staff.
Bathroom is not very clean.
Cold room, no heating, no air conditioner ( no remote control) , rode stuff ( only one nice man), no extra blanket
Rooms in this hotel are in bad conditions. Bathroom was the worst. Dirty shower courtain, mould on the walls. Really need refurbish.
Wifi very good Room good size Staff helpful Acceptable breakfast Near metro station
Bathroom not clean looking and leaked Aircon remote was not given had to ask for it They lost our room reciept
Met Maslow's modern basic needs of shelter, wi-fi and morning food.
The breakfast consisted of dry Melba toast, asst breads, juice, coffee and tea. Location was described by the locals as being generally unsafe with pick pockets, substance abuse issues, etc although we personally did not witness or experience this. Cabs to Syntagma Sq were generally 3-5 Euro's. The rooms and bathrooms are compacted. Maid service did not always replenish towels or soap. Basically there were minimal amenities.
Wi-Fi it was good ,but everything else was disgusting
This one was the war's hotel I ever been,The toilets was broken and dirty ,they wear hair and dirt everywhere ,it's a shame for such a beautiful city to have such a bad hotel ! we had breakfast but there was nothing to Eat. don't go there it's disgusting ,disgusting, very dirty place
Location was good
Bathroom and shower was Nasty
It's very good location!! Just 3 mins walking distance to the metro station Very affordable rate
The bed is not so comfortable
Hot water, balcony, size of room, friendly staff, walking distance to most sites. Omonia is a slightly run down area but I felt safe walking alone after dark and the hotel is on the main road. 24 hour reception. I got there at 2.30am and was nice to see a smiling face.
Noise from road outside most of the night so maybe ask for a room at the back, shower was hand held not fixed to the wall.
friendly personnel, great location
İt was cold during the night and i want to get blanket they told us they can give tomorrow. I can sleep with 2 pillows because i like high pillows they told us there is no pillow. they seems they are not care. they can make better service.
Great location, staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
Staff super friendly at check in and its very close to the central omonia metro stop. Its ok for a night, but better to spend 10 more bucks and upgrade close by, like I did.
Pipe for sink had a small leak and there was a puddle in the bathroom floor. Didnt bother to ask for another room as arrived late and only paid for 1 night. They are fixing the place up, they need to do a bit more though.
Worst hotel ever! There was mould in the bathroom and it was smelly. There were hairs on the sheets and in the bathroom. The breakfast was awful. The whole place is run down and looks like an institution. We were booked for two nights but left after one.
Location was great to the metro. Close enough to wk to the historic sights and shopping. Good value for the price. Staff was helpful especially with bus info to airport etc. room was clean and beds comfortable.
Cigarette smell rising up from reception to the upper rooms. No breakfast or even hot water offered for morning tea. No complimentary waters or anything. Basic.
Old hotel need to be renovated
location is good.. and city view from terrace is really nice though it's not acropolis
bathrooms need to be renovated.. it's old and too small..
Wireless internet decent, though a tiny bit slow
breakfast - only bread, jam and cake. would have been nice with a non-sweet option, even just a simple cheese
Friendly and helpful staff, easy to find location, near to transport and best free map of athens city!
No kettle inside room. Small elevator even for 2 person with luggage.
The wifi is perfect.
At first one receptionist told me that he couldn't give me the remote control for the ar condicionado bcs it wasn't hot. I argue that it was included in the description and he finally gave me. I didn't think it was to honest.
Manager (Owner) was very friendly on our deprture. Location is excellent for the hop on , hop off tourist bus.
We arrived late (2330) due to a late ferry. The receptionist (Youngish , with a beard ) was very offhand, gave the impression he couldn't care less about us
Friendly, helpful, flexible and kind stuff Centrally located Nice view on the 7th floor They speak good English Non-stop reception
Extremely small bathroom and shower cabin (in room 701) Cold room (i was there in October) Very poor bed quality Dangerous district at night, don't go in the small streets
Fast Wifi and located near to Metro and easy access to the Acropoli via Metro. Staff were quite friendly and would keep your bags safe after you check out.
Room looked generally worn down, cracked woodwork, rattling window, grimy bathroom with bugs, needed cleaning. The "breakfast" was hardly a breakfast, it was a piece of bread with jam or butter
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I read the reviews before I went and to be honest many of the negative points were not warranted. There is truth in the adage that you get what you pay for! It was a very reasonable price for what was on offer. If you want 5* then pay 5* prices. I would definitely go to the same hotel again.
I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, but was content not to worry about it. The cost of the hotel was worth it even if there were no breakfast....treat the breakfast as a bonus!
