Very helpful staff: receptionist tried for an hour to book seats at a concert online for us. Rooms amusingly romantic in decoration. Interesting mixed inner suburb, felt safe, good bars and restaurants a short walk away. Frequent trolley buses (numbers 2,4 and 9) only 2 minutes walk from the hotel to downtown in 10-15 minutes. Would definitely stay again. As gay couple we also felt welcome here. only one coat hanger in the wardrobe... |

The price was very good, the room was very "romantic" and the staff was very kind..they offered me 2 ouzo :-) It wasn't a problem to me, but it is at least 10 minutes walking from the nearest underground station,it could be a problem for other travellers |

the photos shown about sofa and kitchen on the webpage about double bed only applies to apartments. There is no lift and it is in the middle of a lane that is far from the main street that taxi driver had no idea where it locates. |

The price is good and no additional charges. The room was ok, nothing special but ok for the price paid. It is a bit far from the subway. There is no lift, and it can be a bit noisy at night. The neighborhood is not the best but we didn't feel that unsafe at night. |

Checking out. 1. The room had a filthy carpet which was patched up and showed the old carpet underneath. 2. we were bitten in the bed I assume by bed bugs. 3. The lad on reception/bar was unhelpful when I complained about the room and hyper active as if on stimulants. |

Great staff. Walking distance from all sights in Athens, if you are not lazy (35 mins from Acropolis), 7 mins from Victoria Metro station. Great selection of restaurants and bars nearby (especially Negri Fokionos Street - 5 mins from hotel - suggesting Faidra restaurant). good value breakfast (€ 6), well provided bar in hotel, markets nearby. Fairly quiet location compared to other sites in Athens No elevator in hotel and narrow stairway. Not easy to get to higher floors with luggage. No fridge in the room (really needful in summer). |

Good value for the money though it seems the only advantage ... Quite location. It takes 10-15 min to walk from Victory Sq. Metro st. Even having luggage (or 24/7 trolley #11); it takes 30-40' to walk shopping streets and by National Arch. Museum to city center (Monastiraki etc.) Leaving to airport, we walked to Victory Sq. And then by metro, taken 1 hour 15 min total. Just 1 greek tv channel (maybe others are on request and for charge). Not new, rather obsolete and not very convenient furniture. The room (a bit brothel style but acceptable) was very small (website photos had been shooted by real master of photography :))) ... a local near the hotel told us that it may be not safe to walk there late eve/night but I didn't see any threats ... |

Firstly, it is not such difficult to find the hotel. Good quality/price hotel. The appartment is a little old. It is a little noisy in the morning when you get a room near the road. Otherwise, we have demanded a no smoking room, but appearently, it feels like a smoking room. |

The people working there are friendly and allways with a smile in the face!!! Well done!!! Maybe the only litle thing is there is no lift but the very strong guy in reception help us with them. |

Hotel Diva was our favorite stay during a 2 week trip through Athens & the islands. The room was impressively decorated for a budget hotel, with nice tile in the bathroom and yards of fabric that created a "four poster bed" feeling in the room. The staff was extremely friendly: the morning desk clerk went out of her way to help us, and the bartender "adopted" us in the evening! It was quite far from the metro stop, although we were able to take the trolley/tram without any major problems. A taxi driver (who was being paid a set fee) had a lot of difficulty finding the hotel because its on such a small street: bring a map! |

The apartment was large and very comfortable, which makes it valuable for the money payed. Although the hotel is away from the center, taxi is very cheap and it is easy to get there. Hotel staff is incredibly kind and willing to help. |

Clean room & good service provided by the staff. The room wa quite dark and the hotel itself is difficult to reach by public transportation (except for the trolley bus), as it's located outside the city centre. |
