The staff are very friendly and professional giving excellent service.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful through-out our stay.

One of our rooms smelled like smoke which was dissapointing but so many people request smoking I don't know if they have any completely non-smoking connecting rooms.

The staff was delightful! The location was Athens adjacent, but it feels safe, secure, and tranquil (did I say tranquil?)

omg this was A blinding hotel with lixury and service second to none, been to alot of high class but this beats them all

the views are amazing, spa, pools sea and I can go on and on

the services and the attention payed to the guests. small things like free water, fruits , sweets etc show us that they care about comfort.

This hotel is slightly dated, but it is located on the beautiful bay of Athens, has a small private beach and every facility including large outdoor pools and indoor thalassotherapy pool and spa. Whatever it may lack (probably not much), it made up for with the most delightful, friendly and helpful staff. For a 'Leading Hotel of the World' we found the accommodation and extras including drinks and meals very reasonably priced.

Our only complaint was that we found our double bed extremely hard and somewhat uncomfortable.

Location is excellent . Service was excellent. Food was also very good. Last but not least, the Thalaso Spa. Right place & location for a vacation by the sea.

Beach

The sound hotel, but doesn't pull 5 stars. These are sound 4 stars. The beach is badly equipped. Pools not for swimming, and for bathing. All the rest in crayfish of norm, but no more than that. The personnel trained, polite. Breakfast sound.

On a beach it is not cozy. Directly through it extraneous people go. It irritates.

Friendly, Service with smile & results, fast room service, excellent location, not in the busy city but close by, easy to have meetings with, comfortable rooms, good quality food, No "aggrevation" staff are solution minded and show "care"......... It is a very Pleasant Hotel....

Some staf speak very basic english so it is hard to explain them what you need.

The little touches like the complimentary bowl of fruit, water & chocolates in your room. The private beach was idyllic, sandy, clear blue water etc. Professional service at all levels. This is a special hotel and worth paying more for.

Nothing really - it was a fair walk from Vouliagmeni and it was so hot that we ended up getting taxis everywhere.

It's really good for this money! Not so many people, not so noisy!

Beautiful pools and nice dining facilities. The breakfast is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The beach is dirty. They should clean the beach. There is very little esle in the neighborhood. However, there are a few nice little restaurants/bars down the beach.

Like everything. Staff all round were really on the ball and cool. Felt safe with my business and personal belongings at the Hotel. Actually meant to of stayed one night however ended up staying three...Good breakfast as well.

i was in an executive room...nothing special as an executive room..internet was very poor..expensive hair salon..expensive restaurant..

Big room, excellent breakfast, great pools and service, great casual eating around pool and staff very friendly. Location is not that good for dining but restaurant opposite was open all day and good value. Private beach is ok but water was not that clean

Nothing really

From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and pampered thru to our departure. The spa and sauna were great. The poolside restaurant has a small but eclectic menu and the food was delicious. Breakfast was extensive and the staff friendly. Front desk staff were very helpful in making various arrangements. Free internet access was easy. Late night drinks at the bar were alot of fun. Would definitely come again. Congratulations to Divani Collection.

Beach was small and we were there during conventions/conferences so we stayed at the fresh water and sea water pools. Bathtubs were very narrow and keeping balanced while showering was difficult.

Very important that you have an option to use beachfront or sea water swimming pool depending on weather.
