The hotel staff are very curtuous, the service was excellent so was the breakfast. Room cleanliness is of very high standard. Location on the beach is great and the pools one a fresh water and the other a seawater pool are well set though cold. WIFI is not free and the size of the room is at the minimum of a 5 stars.

The amazing breakfast and dinner buffets. The staff, the overall sense of luxury, the bulgari bath products. My room was supposedly a superior one but I found it very small around 30 sqm. I also found the decoration in the hotel a little "old" for my taste. Though everything was amazingly lux I'd prefer something more fresh.

I liked the location - directly by the sea, and only 20 minutes away from Athens. Expensive drinks at the bar/poolbar, very expensive haircutter, and ubelieveable expensive spa-area: € 45 for a hotel guest to use the spa!

Freindly nature of staff and the shuttle service to the city. The amenity we tired and poorly presented (heated pool and the general surrounds of the fitness area, tennis court and equiptment) the significant litter on the beach and the roaming dogs and their excrement. Although the hotel is of a certain era the rooms are generally comfortable but If Divani are serious about wanting to be considered as a true resort they must provide the amenity travellers expect of a resort. That is,clean surrounds, including the beach, and equiptment that is not out dated or poor quality. The staff are good but if you have no eye for detail I suspect you won't get much repeat business or indeed clients recommending it to others.

It was a quiet spot with beautiful grounds and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to city helpful. It was a bit farther to city than I hoped. Hotel itself older than I expected. The spa is great, but expensive and actually quite a separate operation from the hotel.

The Service is excellent, people are genuine and helpful and not snobby. The quality of the food was noticeable, fresh, well presented and no waiting (I do not know if still the same in the summer). Comfortable suites, most pleasant decor (not aggressive colours), views are so soothing. Parking facilities, location is ideal, not in the middle of the city but not far either. 24 hour services, excellent room service... Nothing wrong...

The hotel staff were delightful and professional. Nice room (I think I might have been upgraded?) with sitting area and balcony with sea view. Tray of fruit with personal welcome note from the manager delivered to my room shortly after arrival. 5 star service with turn down service, etc. I had a serious problem with the amount the hotel charges for extras. A small beer from the mini bar was €9, I think this is the most expensive I have ever seen anywhere in the world. A welcome package in the spa was an eye-watering €175, even a basic 50min massage starts at €100. I stayed in this hotel at the end of a long trip and was ready to splash some cash on a massage and a drink, but I was just not willing to pay the prices. Food in the restaurant was also expensive. My booking included internet, but €15 was added to my bill, though taken off when requested. Not a particularly good location, quite some distance both from Athens and the airport - a car is essential if you are staying there.

I booked the Divani Apollon Palace & Spa to spend an evening away with my close friends. The hotel was amazing, the staff were very friendly and I would definately go back again for a weekend break. We would have liked to have used the spa area but as we thought it was included in the price, we didnt expect an extra fee of 50 euro's per person.

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, very nice breakfast. Their fitness room and indoor pool is poor. Many of the machines did not work. They expect you to use the beautiful spa instead which is part of the hotel, but very pricy. 40 euros just to use the fitness room.

The free inner swimming pool & spa are lousy: all the equipment for gym was out of order; a subtle invitation to have access to the very expensive services provided by the Hotel ? Not fair !!!

The view from the room was splendid. The staff were very welcoming, spoke perfect English, and were sharp and efficient. The big spa is outstanding but it is paying for guests to enter. The internet access is charged at a hefty fee, and the spa is charged for an entrance. It is somehwat understandable given that it is a full fledged spa compared to a "sad" pool and fitness all clumped together for free access to the hotel guests.

The location is nice. The beach although very small is nice and the water is great. Very warm beginning of september. There are some rooms with front sea view. All other rooms are with side sea view. Anyhow there are other hotel options as well. The hotel although advertised as "directly on the sea", there is a road between beach and hotel garden. You have to pass via a tunnel under the street to reach the beach (is is not a necessary a negative thing). The staff was friendly. The hotel is not at all a 5 start hotel. I paid 310 euros per night and I felt it deserves no more than 150 euros per night. I paid an executive room which supposed to have 40 sqm and I had a regular room (no more than 25 sqm) with sea view. Breakfast ok but expected more. I would not return here.

The beach and pool bars closing around 6pm when most of people are enjoying the sun and were left with no drinks or snacks!!! That was really abnormal! Other nasty incident was the day when all employees servicing the private beach and swimming pools were asking too many times the rooms numbers and counting towels...it was quite embarrassing , I think you need smarter management than that Pricing for snacks and drinks are unjustifiable expensive for the poor quality offered

The Divani Apollon has wonderful service. Courteous yet friendly staff were so helpful to me during our stay. I haven't stayed at a hotel with that level of service before, and it was outstanding! The pool area could have been straightened and cleaned a little better (it was hard to find a chair/umbrella with no old towels or food service items on it late in the day.

The hotel staff was very professional and very helpful in every way. I would say the food was not really great. Had dinner at the hotel twice first night fish and shrimp was over cooked and the second time the food just was tasteful. With the prices you pay for the food I was expecting better quality. The only other minor thing was at the pool area we ask for help and didn't get it. So we had to put our umbrella up which was pretty heavy and move our chairs around. But it was very minor not really a big deal just felt a little disappointed when I saw other guest being helpped as soon as they arrived to the pool area.

The place was excellent. staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was excellent, swimming pool and close to the sea. awsome sun sets. really enjoyed everything. there is a supermarket 15 minutes walking. shoping and restaurant in glafady about 1 hr walk. very quite neihborhood. For what we were looking for it was great. the balconies are nice. the hotel indoor swimming pool and gym are very small. they are not the ones in the pictures. that is the spa swimming pool and gym which you need to pay to enter. there is nothing on the tv channels either. but we werent looking for these things anyway so it didnt effect our stay.

The Hotel staff are very friendly and readily help with everything. Nothing is a problem and they genuinely seem to love working there. My stay was one of the best experiences in my wide International experience. Truly a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel but I suppose a lot depends upon the attitude of the Customer. I loved it. I liked everything, from the reception staff to the doorman, rooms, food. I could not find anything wrong but found many lovely things and many lovely people.
