The hotel staff are very curtuous, the service was excellent so was the breakfast. Room cleanliness is of very high standard. Location on the beach is great and the pools one a fresh water and the other a seawater pool are well set though cold. WIFI is not free and the size of the room is at the minimum of a 5 stars.

The amazing breakfast and dinner buffets. The staff, the overall sense of luxury, the bulgari bath products. My room was supposedly a superior one but I found it very small around 30 sqm. I also found the decoration in the hotel a little "old" for my taste. Though everything was amazingly lux I'd prefer something more fresh.

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, very nice breakfast. Their fitness room and indoor pool is poor. Many of the machines did not work. They expect you to use the beautiful spa instead which is part of the hotel, but very pricy. 40 euros just to use the fitness room.

The Apollo Suites are much better than the main bulding, much newer, flat screens etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great time there but not because of the hotel facilities. The main building needs some renovation work, fast. I paid the same price for a room as others and got a different room size and even a different brand of shampoo etc. The view from the balconies was not good, pretty much just buildings. I felt the hotel itself was overrated and definitely over priced.

The hotel staff were delightful and professional. Nice room (I think I might have been upgraded?) with sitting area and balcony with sea view. Tray of fruit with personal welcome note from the manager delivered to my room shortly after arrival. 5 star service with turn down service, etc. I had a serious problem with the amount the hotel charges for extras. A small beer from the mini bar was €9, I think this is the most expensive I have ever seen anywhere in the world. A welcome package in the spa was an eye-watering €175, even a basic 50min massage starts at €100. I stayed in this hotel at the end of a long trip and was ready to splash some cash on a massage and a drink, but I was just not willing to pay the prices. Food in the restaurant was also expensive. My booking included internet, but €15 was added to my bill, though taken off when requested. Not a particularly good location, quite some distance both from Athens and the airport - a car is essential if you are staying there.

I booked the Divani Apollon Palace & Spa to spend an evening away with my close friends. The hotel was amazing, the staff were very friendly and I would definately go back again for a weekend break. We would have liked to have used the spa area but as we thought it was included in the price, we didnt expect an extra fee of 50 euro's per person.

It's a nice place for a short stay in the summer - by the sea yet in the city- when you have no time for a longer island vacations. But for me it's ideal for a long weekend, or even a longer stay in Athens throughout autemn-spring, as it's location allows for long relaxing walks along the sea with stops for a meal or coffee right at the beach during the walk... SPA facilities are good.

The view from the room was splendid. The staff were very welcoming, spoke perfect English, and were sharp and efficient. The big spa is outstanding but it is paying for guests to enter. The internet access is charged at a hefty fee, and the spa is charged for an entrance. It is somehwat understandable given that it is a full fledged spa compared to a "sad" pool and fitness all clumped together for free access to the hotel guests.

The beach and pool bars closing around 6pm when most of people are enjoying the sun and were left with no drinks or snacks!!! That was really abnormal! Other nasty incident was the day when all employees servicing the private beach and swimming pools were asking too many times the rooms numbers and counting towels...it was quite embarrassing , I think you need smarter management than that Pricing for snacks and drinks are unjustifiable expensive for the poor quality offered

The location on the beach, swimming pools and view of the sea from all bedrooms. Staff were often unhelpful, especially when trying to arrange tours. Buffet Breakfast was exactly the same everyday. Two varieties of eggs were in a heated tray. Both the fried eggs and scrambled were rubbery. I have had better and fresher breakfasts in non luxury hotels. Spa was wonderful but none of it was available to guests without an extra charge. It was empty of guests. This hotel was very comfortable but service was sloppy. Some nights my bed was turned down and other nights it was forgotten. Plenty of staff but a long wait at the bar for drinks or for coffee at breakfast. I have been lucky enough to stay in two or three Leading Hotels of the World and I am at a loss to know why this hotel was included in this elite group. The Hotel was good but not special. I enjoyed my stay overall and went expecting to pay 5* prices but this hotel did not represent good value for money, in my opinion.

The Divani Apollon has wonderful service. Courteous yet friendly staff were so helpful to me during our stay. I haven't stayed at a hotel with that level of service before, and it was outstanding! The pool area could have been straightened and cleaned a little better (it was hard to find a chair/umbrella with no old towels or food service items on it late in the day.

The hotel staff was very professional and very helpful in every way. I would say the food was not really great. Had dinner at the hotel twice first night fish and shrimp was over cooked and the second time the food just was tasteful. With the prices you pay for the food I was expecting better quality. The only other minor thing was at the pool area we ask for help and didn't get it. So we had to put our umbrella up which was pretty heavy and move our chairs around. But it was very minor not really a big deal just felt a little disappointed when I saw other guest being helpped as soon as they arrived to the pool area.

Excellent hotel staff. Polite and attentive at all times. The suites are well equiped and very clean. The hotel is divided in 2 buildings. The main building has all the facilities i.e. swimming pool, bar etc. In the main building the rooms need an upgrade compared to the suites. The suites are located at a completely different building that you have to cross the street 100 metres away. It's not far, but it's not nice walking from your separate building hotel to cross the street to use the facilities of the other building...especially when paying premium price. The rooms here at the suites are much better, but the view is non existant. For what you pay, you expect much more. Furthemore, for the 5*prices you are paying at the hotel restaurants, you expect much better quality & taste. This does not mean it is bad at all but simply could be much better.

The place was excellent. staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was excellent, swimming pool and close to the sea. awsome sun sets. really enjoyed everything. there is a supermarket 15 minutes walking. shoping and restaurant in glafady about 1 hr walk. very quite neihborhood. For what we were looking for it was great. the balconies are nice. the hotel indoor swimming pool and gym are very small. they are not the ones in the pictures. that is the spa swimming pool and gym which you need to pay to enter. there is nothing on the tv channels either. but we werent looking for these things anyway so it didnt effect our stay.

The Hotel staff are very friendly and readily help with everything. Nothing is a problem and they genuinely seem to love working there. My stay was one of the best experiences in my wide International experience. Truly a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel but I suppose a lot depends upon the attitude of the Customer. I loved it. I liked everything, from the reception staff to the doorman, rooms, food. I could not find anything wrong but found many lovely things and many lovely people.
