We stayed here at both the beginning and end of our trip to Greece. For the first stay they upgraded us to a suite, which was really, really nice. We made good use of the rooftop pool (a rarity in Athens). Also, loved the housekeeping and turn down service in the evenings. Very comfortable bed.

The prices for "extras" are outrageous-- 15 euros/day for Internet (wired or wireless), a cup of coffee is 6 Euros, the breakfast buffet is 29 Euros (and not worth it). If we hadn't gotten a good hotel rate, I would have felt totally gouged. Tip: There is free wireless internet at the restaurants in the square next to the hotel (E.G., Pita Pan).

Some problems with bathroom

Staff kindness. Attention to the details. Feel at home

No daily newspaper at room. The roof garden has to be used differently. It has to be the focal meeting point of the Hotel. Now it is just a place where you can spend only few minutes.

Fantastic rooftop pool with a view of the Acropolis that is open in winter. As far as I know its the only one like it in Athens and we had it to ourselves for hours! Nice spa with free sauna and exercise equipment. Very big and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast included. Didn't charge extra for an additional child (third person) in our room.

Charged us 4 Euros for a bottle of water from the mini bar that we didn't drink.

The prices at the mini bar were high.

Great hotel !

It's a bit far from city center like 20 min walking but the metro made it easy !

For not knowing anything about where the hotel was, it was in a great location for our needs - Special Olympics World Games. We were just two blocks from the main bus line and a short walking distance from the Metro (subway). There's a variety of restaurants around the hotel that take either Euros or Visa - you do need to ask. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful in booking extra side trips, or acquiring a taxi for you.

The website doesn't indicate that you have to pay extra for the use of the gym facilities. This would have been nice to know before going. A suggestion would be to post on the website the additional costs to the gym, computer use, etc. The hotel restaurants were pricey.

Just the hotel we were looking for.It was clean,comfortable,relatively inexpensive,great personnel(especially a waitress,Roula),good food,and very good location.It will be our first choice always if the prices do not change.

Çok rahat sessiz ve merkezi oluşu, her türlü ihtiyacınızla anında ve gülümseyerek ilgilenmeleri harika!

^gün kaldım, bir 3 gün daha kalmak isterdim ama fiyat konusunda yardımcı olmadıkları için başka bir oteli tercih ettim sonrasında.

Η πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και ευγένεια του προσωπικού. Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου και οι παροχές.

καθαριότητα και extra προσφορές ( π. χ. διαδίκτυο ,γυμναστήριο ,πισίνα ,καφετιέρα , σαμπάνια, πρωινό )

εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα την ευγενική και φιλική συμπεριφορά όλου του προσωπικού, τόσο προς τους αλλοδαπούς επισκέπτες όσο και προς τους ελληνες, κάτι το οποίο δεν συνάντησα σε άλλα ξενοδοχεία του ίδιου επιπέδου, όπου η ευγένεια του αντίστοιχου προσωπικού εξαντλείτο μόνο στους ξένους τουρίστες.
