We were amazed by the proximity that the hotel had to the center and all the shops, bars, restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This hotel gives the visitor the feeling that he is in the past with its traditional decoration and furniture. Also, the breakfast was very satisfying. |

The Doge Tradiitional Hotel is in an excellent location close the port, taverns, shops and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The sheets on the bed were of poor quality and my daughter who has sensitive skin would wake up in the morning with a rash. The bathroom would benefit with a bit of a renovation as it was very small and tired looking. |

Hotel is very good. The host and all other staff were very, very friendly and homely. The host, George, gave good tips to and 24/7 help. The breakfast was delicious, maybe toast was a bit dry, but everything else was good. Room was big enough (3 pers) and clean and pretty. Location exalent in the midle of everything. Would absolutely recomended this hotel. |

Nicely restored Venetian building, good location - short walk to the local bus station and very near to harbour & resturants in the area. Very nice breakfast consisting of breads, croissants, yoghurt and ham/cheese panini + tea, coffee & fruit juice. |

The owner George is a gem of a person. Fantastic service, lovel big rooms, incredible breakfast and perfect location. Great hospitality. I was checked in 6 hours ahead of time. The bathroom is tiny but in a traditional hotel this can easily be overlloked. |

A beautiful 15th Century Building, lovely 4-post bed, very clean rooms and plenty of in-room ammenities. Location was excellent as it's in the heart of the Old Town, and easy walking to shops, restaurants, and museums. The owner and his staff were very gracious hosts and eager to please. AND the breakfast option is well worth the money and you can eat on the l'esplanade right outside the front door of the hotel. Note about the location, although we simply loved the location, and did find it very quiet at night and handy to venture out during the day, the cabs are only permitted to drive to the door before 11am, so if you plan on arriving after this time, there is a short walk from the drop-off point, (which is actually the local Starbucks) so plan accordingly especially if you have a lot of luggage! |

Nice spacious rooms, central location. Even though there was no buffet, breakfast was great. Relatively to the room size, bathrooms were small. Facilities in the bathroom were minimal (no shampoo for example) and could have been better. |

It was well located, but that is all. It's not worth it. Horroble hotel. There is no one in the reception and if you need any service, you don't have it. I needed to check out early one morning and I had to get the reception phone and dial for a taxi myself. In greec! Than I couldn't pay for the hotel, becouse there was no one there. After 2 hours doing nothing but trying to find someone, a friend of the owners showed up and I payed him. Horroble, horroble... don't stay there. |

Doma Hotel
Doma Hotel is centrally located in Chania, enjoying a magnificent view of the Gulf of Chania and easy reach to the Venetian harbour.
Most recent booking for this hotel was yesterday at 12:42 “Doma is a quaint older builing with lots of charactor. Located just to 1 side of the older part of chania, it is close to all the businesses without being to near the noise, with a stunning view of the harbor and the Agean on 1 side, and a lovely garden on the other. This was my first trip to Crete and was only for a few days, but the hotel staff was extremely helpful in finding what I needed and helping arrainge transportation. I will be staying there again and would highly recomend it.” Robert, Norwood |
