That the pool wasn't heated. Children shoukdnt be allowed in the spa area whilst people are having treatments. The buffet restaurant in the evening wasn't very good , if I would of been on haf board I would have been very dissatisfied .

Manager of the Hotel Mr Kostas was marvellous. He organised every thing fır fine. It's one of the perfect holiday for us. Architectural planning of personal swimming pool concept is worth to see. Every people who has a child if wants to spend their holiday in Crete have to stay Domes of Elounda.

Rooms are great, food was very good. Staff is very friendly

The bay was absolutely stunning and the buffet breakfasts were excellent. The views from our room were breathtaking.

The main dining room was very hot and stuffy, and the limited tables outside were mostly unshaded.

The room was very spacious with two balconies with a very nice view over Spinalonga Island and the ocean. The hotel upgraded us complimentary to a pool with private pool and because the room was not ready we were given complimentary lunch as well. The room had two flat screen TV sets with enough channels to choose from. There was free Wi-fi in the rooms. The beach was scattered with beach toys for the kids which was extremely entertaining for our infant. The service on the beach was good as well.

The hotel is a bit out of the town of Elounda and taxis return charge 14 Euros to Elounda and 34 Euros return to Agios Nikolau which makes you feel little trapped. The food was very over priced at 30 Euros pp for dinner and 55 Euros pp for barbeque dinner. We had dinner for two and a child in town for 34 Euros. The Wi-fi was extremely slow. The hotel was probably rated a long time ago as it does not match up with 5 star hotels we have stayed at in the last 3 years. I would give it a good 4 stars!

Excellent location, high standard, friendly and very comfortable

The service was excellent. Staff couldn't be friendlier , our room was upgraded and late checkout wasn't a problem. The place is absolutely beautiful! . we would love to go back!

Dear Georgia Nikitopoulou, Guest Relations Manager Thanks for your letter and for a desire welcome back home. In general, we have pleasure and satisfaction from our stay at the hotel. That's why we want to write about what we think needs to be improved in hotel. Unfortunately, in our opinion your hotel complex has four problems. The first- the situation during the breakfast. In the restaurant was to warm. The Air Conditioning doesn’t work well. Some tables staggered. The chairs are too low, and uncomfortable to sit. Very often we have to wait long time for the water and cups for juice and wine and glasses for champagne. Cups for beverages were hot. Often there was no water and champagne. Generally, the choice of dishes was not rich The second- condition in the bathroom. The bath is very inconvenient and even dangerous for the entry and exit. Taps do not work well and also dangerous when you are sitting in the bath, or even stand in the shower. And of course in 5- star hotel must be a bidet The third- In the fitness complex saunas are in very poor condition, poor sanitation, bad smells, dark. In hama no tap for washing benches. And of course, a pity that as is customary in other five-star hotels, the services of this complex is not included in the fee. The fourth- We think that during the day should be arranged the sale (some kiosk) of fresh fruit, for not to go after them in the Plaka, Elounda In conclusion, I and my husband we thank you personally for taking the hospitality and all staff for kind service. Very friendly, super-helpful, mega attentive and home-feeling! good value for its money

Its quiet location away from the town next to the sea with private beach plus swimming pool options. The service was extraordinarily good and cheerfully delivered. The room format is really good and luxurious.

Only a small niggle. Food menu is not suitable for longer than one week. More themes would be welcome like the Italian/Sushi theme which we experienced amd were excellent. There wasnt a kids menu with lots of options.

Alles war einfach super profesionell und trotzdem entspannende atmosphäre

La chambre très spacieuse avec une grande salle de bains, buffet petit déjeuner copieux et une vue magnifique sur l'ile de spinalonga. La petite palge est trsè jolie et très sauvage

C'est un hotel ou il y a beaucoup d'enfants, la salle petit déjeuner est très bruyante avec une musique de fond très forte. La piscine non chauffée était très froide et il y a peu d'espace autour,et peu de chaises disponibles; Le spa n'est pas du tout à la hauteur, piscine intérieure froide, accès hamman uniquement sur réservation avec des soins. Le ménage est fait très rapidement, les draps ne sont pas changés de la semaine, le flacon de gel douche n'est pas rempalcé lorsqu'il est vide ( sauf si on le demande ) Enfin, beaucoup de vis à vis avec les autres chambres ce qui gêne pour profiter vraiment de la terrase de la chambre et du spa qui y est installé. Les chemins qui parcourent le domaine passent devant les terrasses !

Nous avons été surclassé à notre arrivée dans une magnifique villa avec piscine et jacuzzi, une maison design entièrement équipée.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в конце сентября. Хочется отметить достаточно неплохие завтраки, но они однообразные! Даже торты каждый день одинаковые. Нам дали номер более высокой категории, чем мы бронировали (вместо номера с джакузи на улице - номер с бассейном). Но оказалось, что бассейн не подогреваемый и плавать там вечером холодно. В номере странная синяя джакузи, которая выглядит несколько потертой и пользоваться ей не хотелось, использовали душ. По территории отеля невозможно ходить на каблуках, поэтому не берите с собой туфли. Следует отметить, что некоторые камни, которыми выложены дорожки уже стали скользкими и я несколького раз падала. Номера осень неплохие, просторные. Замечательный русскоговорящий персонал на рецепции. Замечательный пляж из оливковых деревьев. Хорошее обслуживание на пляже, до Рыбацкой деревушки в Плаке пешком 15 минут. Красивый вид на остров Спиналонга.

Нет утюга и чайника в номере. Вокруг номера и иногда внутри огромное количество многоножек.

1. Пляж отеля песочный, отличный вид на остров Спиналога, тихая бухта, удобный вход для детей, мелко и чисто. Можно не волноваться за детей в море. 2. Номера (отдельные бунгало) расположены удачно, отдыхающие не мешают друг другу. По территории отеля ходят мини машины, которые быстро доставляют отдыхающих в номера. 3. Почти всегда на ресепшене отеля присутствует русскоговорящий персонал, который всегда готов помочь. 4. Впечатление об отдыхе очень хорошие и теплые, буду советовать своим друзьям

Very close to Elounda and Plaka, where you can have such a nice dinners!

I did not like this hotel at all. The beach is the worst I have ever seen. On the pictures looks beautiful but when we got there we were so disappointed. If you want to got he the nice beach it is so far away or by boat cost you 100 eur! The rooms are not clean perfectly at all. Just check under the bads. They did not clean it for months, it was disgusting. We ask the reception the rent a car for us they called us back after 20 minutes and told us there is no car available for "today". I called the car rental by myself at Elounda and the car was there in 15 minutes!!!! It is ridiculous! The water in the swimming pool is salty! They should mention it!!!! This is not a five star hotel maximum 3 star not more! At the swimming pool the wood floor is so hot you can't walk on it! If you order a taxi they should mention that they are never on time! We had to wait almost every day 30 minutes extra with a 3 years old girl and when we wanted to take an other taxi which just arrived they did not let us to take it! The "security" lady at the front gate was very unfriendly. We paid a lot for this hotel and stayed 11 nights but we would never come back again! If you have a chance don't choose this hotel!!!

Très bien situé, dernier hôtel avec vue sur la baie d'Elounda, magnifique. Chambre très belle, bien décorée. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Accueil formidable

Le manque d'intimité sur les terrasses. Elles sont conçues de telle façon que tous les gens qui passent dans les allées de l'hôtel vous voient, même dans votre jacuzzi !
