The location was fine: only 1 or 2 stops to all the shops, bars, restaurants and main sites. The rooftop pool was small but a great asset to the hotel. Not a bad way to spend the afternoon after hours visiting The Acropolis. :) All the employees were especially helpful and welcoming.
The hotel definitely needs to boost its housekeeping. The floors in the halls were downright disgusting and the general cleanliness of the room and public areas was greatly lacking. Water was dripping down from the ceiling in the bathroom - we HOPE it was only from the airconditioning! In general the hotel could be so much more if it was cleaned properly.
Located less than 100 meters away from the Omonia station and walking distance to the Athinas market where you can get varieties of cheap & fresh fruits.
Located at main road which is too busy & noisy even during mid night.
The view of the Acropolis from the bar at night was lovely.
The staff we rude and unhelpful. The lifts too small to accommodate 4 people and even less when you have luggage. The two lifts were slow and inadequate for the size of the hotel. The rooms were old and run down and the location was too far from the nice parts of Athens.
Swimming pool and bar
The badroom looks bad in comparison to the rest of the hotel. It would need to be remodelated. Old bathroom
The Rooftop Restaurant. There was a great selection and the service and the view were fantastic.
The breakfast was very good and the pool on the roof was very nice.
the location of the hotel was not very good. It was central but the neigbourhood was bad.
very central to everything
very central position, whole essambly restaurant with pool and belvedere from 12th floor, cleanliness of rooms, kindly of staff,
Wi Fi signal quality, very few outlets in rooms, the coffee quality at breakfast, same breakfast dishes for 5 days, large discrepancy between the hotel and the surrounding neighborhood with a very motley population
The rooftop pool was great and the view, lovely meal in the restaurant upstairs
The air conditioning didn't work and it was very hot when we stayed there so was unable to sleep very much. We complained to the staff twice before they came and looked at it and then couldn't do anything for it!
The unobstructed rooftop view of the Acropolis -and the entire city- is unmatched by any view point in the city. The pool is amazing and breakfast was perfect.
The rooms are OK.
The staff was really friendly and the view and food from the restaurant of the hotel was amazing.
The location seems to be not so secure.
The hotel is quite good taking in consideration the price and quality. The staff is quite friendly and most amazing is the view and the food from the restaurant.
The location could be better and more security, although we did not had any problem.
The location was perfect for us as we needed to be close to Omonia Square to catch a bus early in the day. The view from the rooftop was amazing and we had an excellent meal in the evening served by a really helpful and courteous member of staff.
One of the lifts was broken when we arrived and the other broke down soon after and with the hotel full, it was at times quite a challenge. We were also awoken in the night when someone else came into our room as they had been given our room number and key.
Attentive staff, good facilities, disability accessible
Bit noisy from street traffic.
Rooftop pool and bar. Spacious, clean rooms.
The air con only had the one setting- either freezing cold or off. But nothing really bad to report
The breakfast and breakfast waiter were excellent My TV didn't work. On my last night I was woken up by a technician phoning and knocking on the door in the middle of my sleep about 10pm( I had a 4.30am wakeup call organised )
The men at reception were abrupt and seemed to always be annoyed. This really affected the quality of my stay.
Great staff Fantastic selection of food Great views from terrace Superb facilities Very helpful room maid Clean and tidy
Parking (had to pay 13 euros per day) Streets need cleaning Felt vulnerable outside hotel, many Albanian and Pakistani thieves.
Nothing:(. Only the bar on the roof top was ok. The drinks were poor, 9€ and no alcohol.
We looked for a cheep hotel only for one night but the hotel was not worth it at all. We wanted to cancel the reservation as soon as we got there. Not even the lift was working (12 floor). We were wearing our flipflops in the shower. Towels were dirty. At the end we knew it is only one night, so we were standing it. The room was unfriendly with really old furniture. Other guests: school classes and 60+.
We stayed on the 8th floor - triple room was clean and spacious- bed comfortable, aircon, with a balcony e nice views across the city. The pool on the terrace was lovely - not too big but nice and the views stunning - you could see the Acropolis quite clearly at day time and amazing lit up views at night time. Location of the hotel was close to town centre and historical sites. Food at the pool bar was very nice and staff at the pool were friendly. Buffet breakfast was medium /average but good enough to cut on extra expenses if on a budget. Reception staff was generally helpful - but they exceded our expectation on our departure. My friend dropped a pair of very expensive sunglasses (Prada) in the cab that took us to the port to take a boat to Mykonos island - the hotel reception contacted the cab and retrieved the sunglasses for us, however too late to get them back before the boat left (we had only 30 minutes)- so they organised a courier service and sunglasses were received at our hotel in Mykonos 2 days later - at no extra cost for my friend, which we all thought was very nice!
Nothing in particular, though we all thought it would have been nice to have a shower curtain in the bathroom, to avoid that all the floor would get wet everytime we use it.
Roof top swimming pool Roof top bar Acropolis view
Wi-fi only in lobby and roof top bar, to many youngsters playing video games in the bar at night The food was not particularly good
Excellent location. Near metro station. More impressive view of the Parthenon. Pool cooling after the heat of the day. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The pool closed way to early and opnede late
The spectacular view from the top floor, sitting by the pool with a corona. And they kindly gave me a packed breakfast as I was leaving early in the morning.
The seedy location, a group of us went for a walk after we got in from a late ferry from santorini and we could not believe how uneasy we all felt.
Pool, and bar on the roof. Location Clean
Man at the desk, not so helpful :(((((
