Clean and confortable room and facilities, friendly staff, breakfast included, close proximity to the city of Ioannina. A bigger parking lot would be preferable, although street parking seems not to be a problem. |

This is a lovely hotel, I have stayed in many hotels in Ioannina over the last 2 years and this is by far the best.Excellent location , very kind staff and the rooms were very nicely built . The quality of the breakfast was also excellent freshly squeezed juice ,ommelete with farm fresh eggs and the cakes and pastries were just baked.Keep up the good work. |

Super hotel at a great location with private parking.Iam abusiness traveller and I would be very happy if could find a hotel like this everywhere I go.Also the breakfast was top in quality, in all I rate this hotel with a 10. The women cleaning the rooms must speak english. |

Nice accomondation facility for visiting Ioannina. Quiet, short distance from city center, clean and very friendly staff. i had to ask toilet paper because housekeeping always forgotten to or didnt check. |

The rooms and common areas are finished superbly using high quality materials. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very obliging and left a good impression despite the breakdown of the air conditioning which made sleeping very difficult despite the comfort of the beds.They provided us with free soft drinks to compensate. |

Hotel is well situated to visit the caves and lakes of Perema. We liked the hotel and the staff tried their best, but read below. Our room was supposed to be air conditioned and as the A/C was not working and there are no screens on the patio doors the heat was stiffling. It was impossible to sleep as the night temperature was still in the high 80's |

The staff is very nice, helpful and we leart a lot about Epiro and Ioannina just speaking with them. For us, the hotel personnel was just fantastic. The rooms very confortable. We like very much the hotel situation in this peaceful area near Ioannina. Ioannina is a very nice city and we strongly recommend this hotel. Nothing. It was perfect for us. |

we arrived a day earlier and the staff where very accomadating and helpful. being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the parade of people strolling by the water a truley lovely hotel. |

The breakfast was incredible, wonderful choices and high-quality food. I found the decor to be quite lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was a great value for the money but by no means felt like a value hotel. It was quite impressive. When we were there, there were issues with the air conditioning which were out of the hotel's control. Fortunately the nights were cool enough if we kept the windows open. |

One word says it all excellent.From the welcome drink when I arrived to every small detail they know how to treat their customers.Last month I stayed at a 5* hotel in Ioannina the room was ok but the service was terrible,never again.I dont know how they give stars to hotels but this should have 5*. |

Very nice hotel, close to Ioannina, but far enough away. Excellent staff and breakfast. No A/C, so the room was uncomfortably warm even with the window/door open. We were not informed of this problem at check in. This hotel would be great if it had A/C. Make sure to call ahead and ask about A/C before booking. |

I am a doctor and my job bringsme to Ioannina twice a month, this is one of Ioannina's best kept secrets.It is anew super design hotel, the staff is great,the breakfast is excellent and very close tothe city center. I have found my hotel in Ioannina. I can't imagine why anyone would rate this hotel under 10.The hotel must change the photographs on the site, it is much nicer . |

Very clean, very modern hotel which was very comfortable except for the room temperature. Excellent breakfasts and the frıendliness of the staff The rooms were far too hot. The heating was centrally controlled and when we complained we were told that the heating was still set on winter mode and they could do nothing about it. They suggested that we sleep with the windows open. Apparently many other guests had registered the same complaint. |

This hotel was just magical, not one thing but all things put together made our stay unforgetable.The hotel is new and very clean, we had our 3 month baby with us so hygiene was important.The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was also good everything was perfect. |

Excellent and very friendly staff. The hotel is so recently refurnished that you can still smell the new furniture.. The rooms are very elegant.. It's really worth to be mentioned that the hotel is dominated by a fantastic minimal and modern style which makes it unique.. |

Before I had made my reservation I looked at trip advisor which helps me alot when I travel, and that's how I decided to book at this hotel.I have visited other hotels in the past 4* AND 5* In Ioannina and I regret to say they were not at all professionals.This hotel was an excellent choice with great service and a very beautiful design. you need to change your photographs in your site, it's much nicer up close. |

To ξενοδοχειο ειναι εξαιρετικο, με διαφορα ενα απο τα καλυτερα μπουτικ ξενοδοχεια στην ελλαδα.This is one hotel I would truely be proud of when tourists from another country come to visit.It has greek hospitality and luxury at a great price. Ask for a room with a view of the lake. It needs a bigger parking lot. |
