The hotel is family owned and the family made us feel very welcomed. They gave us great recommendations of places to eat and beaches to visit as well.

Really the best family hotel in Malia! Very nice couple well run hotel and spend almost all their time here.The best staff, very polite and kindly. Very-very charming barman Antonio! Everyone loved him and crazy about him! We came late in the evening on Sunday and at the moment were invited on BBQ party. It was really great! A lot of jokes and fun! Very nice friendly atmosphere everywhere! The beautiful sandy beach is very close to Drossia. We have really great holiday and recommend the hotel to all!

The Drossia Palms Hotel is in an excellent location, just off the main road and easy access to all the shops, restaurants and beaches. We took our 2 daughters with age 24 and 21 and the night life for them was great, they could party and be safe.

Although breakfast was included in the price, unfortunately yoghurt and bread is not suitable especially if one comes from another country where you are used to maybe egg and toast etc. However, after telling the owner that we preferred something more substantial for breasfast he agreed to give us an english breakfast, but the next moring when he served us, his attitude changed towards us and was no longer his friendly self and we no longer felt comfortable in his Hotel

We stayed at Drossia Palms Hotel Apartments during 8-17 July 2012 (2 couples-30-35 years old). We loved everything about the place. The location was perfect, very close to the beach but at the same time away from the noise of the busy street. The rooms were very good, clean, spacious and very beautiful. But the most wonderful thing about this place are the owners (Manos and his beautiful wife) and of course Antonio, the smart, handsome and extremly nice-talking-to barman. These people made our stay very pleasant and we still miss them a lot. Apart from making us feel at home in the hotel, they have also hepled us discover the beauty of Crete. Drossia Palms is just a perfect hotel for a great vacation. If we ever go again to Greece this is certainly the place we'll chose for our stay.

The Hotel is just perfect! I would like to thank Manos, Antonio, Maria and others for the best service we've got! Hotel location is the best in Malia. Very close to the beach and to all bars and clubs. But at the same time very quite. If we will come back to Crete, will definetly stay in this hotel! No doubts!

Drossia Palms Hotel is well located near to the beach and covered from the main street of Malia where everything happens (restaurants, bars and discos). The room is amazing, like the hotel, extremely well decorated. Congratulations to Manos, the owner. Free Wifi. Nice place to rest. Manos was always very kind to us, offering a drink and a lift to the bus stop when we left.

The bathroom seems that doesn't belong to the room. It's completely different from everything else and it's not that functional. Needs to be restored.

Location: The location of the hotel is the ultimate: The hotel is located between the sea and major entertainment centers. Staff: The hotel staff was very efficient, fast, cheerful and sympathetic. A hotel that most employees are of the owner's of the hotel itself, from Manus, froso, sophia and the lovely and Maria which gave us gave a solution for every need arose.The atmosphere at the hotel was very warm and well to recall that when we left the hotel we parted with hugs and kisses. Bar: There is also a nice bar that works 24 hours a day that is Recommended to visit. Cheap prices to the hotel guests. in addition there is also a big screen showing sports by request. Hotel: The hotel is amazing, very well maintained, large and spacious rooms. Their standard room is good enough. air conditioning worked well during the vacation. Cleaning staff comes at least once a day.The hotel has a pool depth between 80 centimeters to 260 centimeters and around the pool there In summary, this is an amazing hotel in terms of cost effectiveness. Definitely return to Malaya and specific to the hotel itself for it's caring attitude and kindness provided by the owner. Still, only an hour and a half flight from Israel.

Great staff, sympathic, and very helpful. Calm environment and clean and comfortable rooms. Location is perfect near the beach, yet not crowded. Very advised for all!

Excellent location, very tastefully decorated and very much feel-like- home hotel with really great personnel. The best place for stay when in Malia.

Le confort de l'hotel, chambre spacieuse et très accueillante , terrasse privée. Endroit très sympathique à 2 pas de la plage. Petit dèj très convenable.

Porte de la douche pas très pratique ( plein d'eau partout) , pas d'accueil en français , comme la plupart des hôtels en Crète. Fin avril, ville très calme , bars encore tous fermés

המלון ניראה מאוד טוב מלון בוטיק כזה השירות של מנוס ואנטוניו מצויין כל דבר הסבירו ועזרו לאן לנסוע ואיפה לטייל המקום נורה יפה ונקי אפילו ביום האחרון כיוון שהטיסה הייתה בלילה אישרו להישאר עד הלילה במלון במקום לצאת בשתיים בצהריים ללא תוספת מחיר

את המקלחות הייתי קצת משפץ והמיטה לא זוגית אלה שניים מחוברות לא ממש נוח לזוגות צעירים

המלון מקסים, אוירה נהדרת מלון אינטימי מעוצב בצורה נעימה, המיקום שלו אידאלי ממש במרכז העיניינים אך עדיין מעט נסתר ושקט, הצוות של המלון מקסים ואדיב בצורה בלתי רגילה ללא ספק בחירה טובה לשהיה במאליה גם המחיר יותר מהוגן, מומלץ בחום!!!

Klasse Hotel mitten in Malia, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sehr schöner Pool und Lounge Bereich - 24 Stunden besetzt! Nett eingerichtete Zimmer mit Garten und Balkon/Terrasse....für die Lage in Malia nahe der Vergnügungsmeile wirklich sehr ruhig - ein Hotel für etwas ältere Gäste. Nur etwa 1 Minute zu Fuß zum Strand oder zur Beach Road. Immer wieder gerne!

Очень приятный семейный отель с дружественными хозяевами и персоналом. Тихий и красивый (не зря называется "Прохлада под пальмами"). Находится в 20 метрах от главной улицы Малии, но шума с нее не слышно! В двух минутах ходьбы хороший песчаный плаж Малии на котором куча кафешек. Нам отель очень понравился. Рядом с отелем есть классный семейный ресторан "Sirtaki" в котором мы постоянно ужинали.

Завтраки слабоваты. Нет инета в номере. Телевизор из прошлого века.

Nous avons passé une séjour de rêves dans cet établissement absolument parfait,tenu par un couple Manos et Frosso ainsi que Antonio au service bar.Ici c'est simple on est chez soi...tout est magique,raffiné,calme délictueux..Chambres spacieuses décorées avec le maximum de goût et de soins.La piscine est magnifique et l'on peut se baigner à toutes heures.Dans cet hôtel on est " chez soi" et nous y retournerons dès que possible...De plus 30 Mons de l'aéroport et prix exceptionnel pour la qualité donnée.A Faire absolument

Nous avons tout aimé,que ce soit la décor,le calme,la sérénité..Attention la ville est une ville qui est le paradis des jeuns( rien a voir avec la qualité de l'hôtel..) donc pour les amoureux de villes calment il faut y aller en Juin ou après le 10 Septembre. à proximité plage ammenagées( petit chemin direct de l'hôtel) ou plages de rêves à 5 Mons en voiture...

La cortesia dello Staff e la simpatia di Antonio!! La vicinanza con la spiaggia e I locali per chi vuole divertirsi la sera, colazione di buona qualità e abbondante non a buffet.

Nel bagno manca il phon, lo shampoo e prese elettriche. Le pulizie sono un pò superficiali e inglesi/russi fino all'alba al bar a ridere/urlare.

L accueil, le service

Отличное расположение, до пляжа 5 мин., рядом супермаркеты и кафе. Сам отель очень уютный, хотя и требует уже ремонта.

В комнатах с видом на бассейн до утра бывает слышен шум из бара . В номерах требуется ремонт. Завтраки однообразны, много булок и один бутерброд с колбасой. От таких завтраков лучше отказаться.

Bardzo urocze miejsce. Przestronne pokoje - nasz miał osobną sypialnię. Pomimo to, że jest na końcu najbardziej imprezowej ulicy w Malii było cicho I spokojnie.

Jedyny mankament to czystość zasłon pod prysznicem, ale jak się jej nie rusza to poza tym wszystko jest ok :)

Buon hotel a gestione famigliare buona la posizione per esplorare la parte est di creta, ma malia è praticamente um ghetto per inglesi, ma il villaggio vecchio è molto carino e si mangia bene.

H φιλοξενια των ιδιοκτητών αλλά κυριώς του αντώνη. η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά κοντά σε πολλά μέρη. είναι κοντά σε σουπερ μάρκετ και σε εστιατόρια. ήταν ήσυχα αλλά και συναμα μεσα στην διασκέδαση. το ξενοδοχείο ηταν αρκετά κοντά στις εικόνες που δείχνει το site. θα ξαναπηγαινα σίγουρα.
