Scenic views from the two balcony, comfortable and neat room where we slept well. The Hotel seems to me Greek by character and this is exactly what I was looking for. A few bad guys were walking around but it is, of course not the fault of the hotel |

bathtub in room, functioning TV (unlike other small hotels of this price range on the islands.) very nice staff(not the night receptionist - he wasnt) noisy place, weird people in the neighbourhood, raves in the park across the hotel from 10pm to 7am so very loud techno music impossible to sleep. place is hard to find, even taxi driver had to drive around and couldnt find it. |

The neighbourhood is very quiet, there are a lot of bars and restaurants near to Benaki. The room was wide. There were some hairs in the floor. |

Very friendly and helpfull staff,basic but clean rooms,great view of the city 15 minute walk from Omonia metro station and difficult to get your bearings,get a taxi when you arrive at metro station to save a lot of hastle |

We were very lucky to have two different rooms with an amazing view! Great great great!! But some other haven't so choose the ones with the Acropolis view Maybe a tag to advise people where the reception is (it is in the orion hotel next to dryades). But it is not very important. My friend did not like the fact the hotel is on top of a hill so each time you get back to the hotel you have to make a hard climb (for him, not for me). |

I arrived really late (3am) but the check-in was still available. Very friendly stuff. Useful shared kitchen facilities and fantastic Acropolis view from the Orion Hotel terrace. The room was fairly clean and the WC had a strange smell. There was no shampoo in the shower. The air conditioner was really noisy and the remote control was almost broken. The breakfast was really poor, so it's better to save the 6 euros and take the breakfast in one of the nearby cafes. |

Having worked several years in the hotel business myself, I do expect the hotel staff to be more polite, and friendly than what they showed. Not once, in contact with the staff, did I ever see a single smile - which is actually totally unacceptable working in a service business. Your services also needs to improve alot. |

The price was in my range. Although they have said they take credit cards, they tried to get paid in cash saying the credit card machine was out of order. But, it wasn't true. It was my first time to get such a service. At the second day, they didn't clean the room. |

It was a calm place to stay, next to the students-area and not far from the city-center. beautiful viev from the room, also from the back-side, a green park and a beautifull smell of pines. two balconies. |

The hotel is within 10-15 minutes walking distance of Omonia Metro in an area that feels safe because there are always people around. The staff are friendly and helpful; we were able to leave some luggage in their care while we travelled to a couple of islands. Our double room had a balcony with a stunning Acropolis view. Great value. |
