Food is good. Beach is very nice. The staff is friendly. I expected a better impression of this hotel.Very poor sound insulation in the room and especially on the terrace. No bowl for water heating in the room. The floor is laminate flooring which is not likely for a luxury hotel. Elevators are very small.

The restaurant has very gourme dishes great for those that like great food and good living. Very good staff helpfull in every way they can and much more. This hotel is a trully 5 star hotel. The room is not bad but needs a little improvemet. A new better bed maybe and new decor.

The location is great and the facilities fantastic. But above all we ejoyed the friendly, helpful staff and the sea cruises with Inna and Captain Thanasis. This is hotel I would greatly recommend.

Beautiful lobby, cafe and restaurant, friendly staff. Thne beach is nice, clean and with enough space. No isolations between the rooms and balconies, extremly noisy, when somebody is on teh neighbour's balcony it is as if in your room and you can hear everything. The breakfast is not very high quality.

Parfait, absolument rien à redire....Allez , en cherchant bien , peut être la température de l' eau de mer un peu fraîche en cette fin de saison pourtant très ensoleillée . On ne s' y attends pas! Et en plus, vue sur la mer offerte. Par contre , mis à part les petits déjeuners, excellents, je ne pourrai pas qualifié les restaurants car nous avons délibérément avantagés les restaurants typiques extérieurs . Petit problème sur l' aile droite de l' hôtel au droit du spa: une odeur dérangeante d'eaux usées, par moment..Quelques travaux de plomberie devraient y remédier pour la réouverture en avril 2012...

מיקום נהדר על מפרצי חלדיקי הנהדרים אולגה האחראית על קשרי לקוחות נפלאה. יועצת בסבלנות ובטעם, לפי צרכי המטייל. לא הוסברה דרך ההגעה למלון. ולא צוין כי בסביבה זו GPS מתבלבלים. יש לצרף מפת הגעה מסלוניקי והסבר מיוחד וטלפון להסבר בסביבת המלון. להוציא דף טיולים מומלצים בסביבה.

מחווית השירות המפנקת והמעניקה של צוות המלון 1.אווירת החדר לא היתה מאד נעימה. 2.בערבים הגן של המלון הושקה במימי השימוש של המלון ללא התפלה וגרם לריח רע וקשה לסבול שבגינו לא ניתן היה לעשות שימוש במרפסת והיה צורך לסגור את כל חלונות/דלתות החדר. 3.לא ניתן היה לעשות שימוש מנוחה על החוף בהעדר צל מספיק-השמשיות הקטנות יצרו נקודות מצל קטנות ביותר.4. בעקבות ההזמנה דרך בוקינג לא זכינו להנחה של חדר יחיד ושני החדרים היחידים שהזמנו שילמו בדיוק כמו שני החדרים הזוגיים בהם שהו שני אנשים בכל אחד.

Nous avions décidé de faire une étape dans un bel hôtel ! ....Un vrai bonheur..ce palace. Accueil impeccable, agréable surprise lorsque nous sommes arrivés..Nous avions été upgradé dans "une suite junior" avec une immense terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer. La plage est extra....A Conseiller !!! Reçus comme des rois ..même pour une nuité.

Ce sa zic?Totul a fost super.Daca in alte locatii, mai ieftine,cateodata plangi dupa bani, aici chiar daca nu este ieftin,experienta traita merita toti banii pana la ultimul cent.Totusi in final e o chestiune de gusturi.S-ar putea ca altcineva sa nu fie de acord cu mine. O singura problema as dori sa pun pe tapet.Atat in baie cat si afara din camera chiar , exista un miros de canalizare.

Отлично местоположение, превъзходен плаж и много чисто море ( с изключение на няколко метални кутийки от бира по морското дъно). Чадърите и шезлонгите са разположени на по-голямо разстояние един от друг. Закуската е много добра. Персоналът е добър и отзивчив. Стаята, в която бяхме настанени не беше голяма, мебелите бяха обикновени, нямаше никакъв комфорт, терасата е не по-голяма от 1,5кв.м. Гледката беше към покрива на входа на хотела. Престоят в стаята беше много подискащ, затова прекарвахме по-голяма част от деня на уникалния плаж. В сравнение с другите пет звездни хотели, в които сме отсядали, стаята не отговаря на тази категория.
