Eden Roc Resort Hotel

Outside area with pools and sunbeds was good location near the beach.Easy to go by bus, nice veiw, nice lobby, great pesonal at the supermarket.

This is not a 4 star hotel! Poor breakfast cold coffe and food, not so much variation, room cleaning was not a cleaning at all, some servicepersonal at the reception was not helpful. If you want peace and quiet this is not a hotel for you. A lot of activites during day and evening with high volume. If we had know that it was a all inklusive hotel for charterguests we have had choose another hotel.

The entertainment at the hotel was delightful. They try very hard.

I have mixed reviews about the staff at the reception area. The daytime staff were very helpful. The night time staff was not. To charge for the use of the internet and not have the ability to print doesn't make much sense.

they charche 50 Euro for late check-out, moving us to one of the old rooms (not renovated at all) at the gorin floor.

In fact, it is located in a nice place with beach. Actually, I am living in the room with new furnished, so it seems that the living condition of the room is not bad.

However, unfortunately, there's no airport shuttle from the airport, which is different from the description of the booking.com. Due to the inconvenience of the transportation, it costs a lot between the hotel and the tourist place, such as the Old Town, as well as the hotel and the airport. Meanwhile, it is very noisy in the Friday night (8/8/2009) when there's a rockn roll concert in the hotel. I can't fall asleep until 1 o'clock when the concert has been completed. Finally, I would like to say that it is not worth of a hotel with 4 stars, but only 3 stars or even less.

Staff very accomodating; werent happy with original room location and were promptly attended and alternative rooms found. Hotel location in Rhodes is excellent

Hotel very quite. Even if we stayed in the non renovated parts of the hotel everything works fine. Air conditioning quite noisy, but great view from the balcony. nice place, 4km far from Rodhes town

the coast and the beach right in front of the hotel are wonderful!!! The location is also good as it's out of the city but only 5 mins drive from there!!!

Services are very poor for a 4 star hotel! Never heard of a hotel like that without room service!!!

Понравилось расположение отеля относительно города, соотношение цена\качество прекрасное, аниматоры большие молодцы в этом отеле, пляж чистый, но много отелей на этом пляже, народа многовато,хотя в гостинице есть бассейн с морской водой, почти все там и купались. Номера лучше брать обновленные, выглядят прекрасно, удобные. В отеле работает хорошая компания rent a car, цены у них приличные. Вообщем отель хороший, ни чем нас не растроил, советую.
