Eden Roc Resort Hotel  

Nice hotel, great and friendly staff! Great food at the all inclusive buffet restaurant! Wouldn't change a thing there. Perfect view from the rooms overlooking the bay and nearby hotels, scenery etc. Loved the view from our rooms N. 352 and 353.

Hotel location is somewhat unfortunate. Other two hotels from accross the bay were too loud! Music and shows were going on until 11 P.M. every night. Too much noise. Sunbeds at the hotel pools were too old, should be exchaned with new ones. Major thing: bigger sun umbrellas should be introduced both at the pool side and at the beach. Sunbeds at the beach should be free of charge.

Nice view of the sea, olympic sized swimming pool. Lots of storage in wardrobe, good for longer stays.

This hotel seems well suited to people with screaming children. I didnt like much other than the room was decent for the price. It is not well situated as it is quite a hike to the main road and the bus service to Rhodes town is atrocious (never runs on time, and sometimes has to pass you as the bus is too full, took us about 1.5h total in waiting and transfer time to get to town usually, when it is a 10min taxi ride) The common areas are not terribly clean (due to all the kids running around.) Breakfast choice is varied but quality is poor. Though the little cliff/beach area it is sited on is nice, you are surrounded by other tourist factory type hotels and there isnt an authentic thing about the area. There is a very good quality Italian up the road though. The people who thought this hotel is awesome have probably only been to Magaluf previously. Definintely not 4 star.

Good location. 15 minutes to the old city by car (10 euros by taxi). Sea is better than the west coast.

It doesn't deserve four stars. The rooms are not so clean. We had bad smell as if someone smoked in the room. It was coming from the ventilatilation system. There were many different things in the breakfast but the quality was very low. The staff tried to help us but most of them did not speak English. The sea is good but usually crowded. This hotel is working mostly with big tour operators.

Very attentive staff, was early in the season but they were all ready to assist, stayed in a bungalow and very spacious and excellent value for money. Lovely location and plenty of pools and next to the beach. Some building work going on nearby but expected given its a holiday island developing. 20 mins from Rhodes Town by taxi so can be expensive if you want lots of night life.

Cheap beach for seeral days. Nothng else to add.

The pools & outside space were very good. Close to the sea & boat trips.

The information was not up to date, for instance we received a sheet of paper every day with information & events which stated beach towels could be changed daily from 09.00 at the beach taverna, when we went to change ours we were told should be 10.00 am which was too late for us that day as we were going on boat trip which was departing before 10.00 am. No restaurant/coffee shop where guests like ourselves who were on b&b rate could get a snack or meal & the hotel was not close to a choice of restaurants.The hotel was geared up to guests on all inclusive packages. No individual attention, just get them in & get them out type of attitude.

The best part bout the hotel is it's location by the beach and the wonderful swimming pools.

The food isn't wonderful but e stayed on a B&B basis so that was fine.

Excellent hotel, nice people, next to a beach. Very clean nead more fruits at the breakfast. Value for money. It must be 5 star hotel. Will be back .

Kamer was excellent! Hotel mooi en clean! Ligging : perfect om Rhodos stad te verkennen, met taxi ben je zo in de oude stad. Ontbijt: alles wat we nodig hadden om een goed ontbijt te kunnen hebben was aanwezig, niet overdadig maar genoeg.

Klein minpunt is het lawaai van slagende deuren op de gang en je naaste buren, maar we hebben er onze slaap niet voor moeten laten!

Die strandnahe Lage, der Service war sehr freundlich.

In den Hotels auf der gegenüberliegende Seite wurde bis spät Nachts sehr laut Musik gespielt. Sogar bei geschlossenem Fenster im 4. Stock war jeder Song hörbar.
