Eden Roc Resort Hotel  

La habitación muy bonita y espaciosa ... Muy confortable en general. Ubicado al lado del mar con una vista fabulosa. El personal muy agradable.

El desayuno era francamente mejorable. Y el cuarto de baño no está a la altura de la habitación. Era justito simplemente. Muy limpio, pero justito. Pero es Grecia, y ya se sabe que allí los baños no están muy cuidados.

The pools & outside space were very good. Close to the sea & boat trips.

The information was not up to date, for instance we received a sheet of paper every day with information & events which stated beach towels could be changed daily from 09.00 at the beach taverna, when we went to change ours we were told should be 10.00 am which was too late for us that day as we were going on boat trip which was departing before 10.00 am. No restaurant/coffee shop where guests like ourselves who were on b&b rate could get a snack or meal & the hotel was not close to a choice of restaurants.The hotel was geared up to guests on all inclusive packages. No individual attention, just get them in & get them out type of attitude.

Location of hotel, the beach, reception were very helpful,the lay out of the hotel.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of stuff,but poor quality. The hotel maintenance not good at all, my children stayed in room number 150 and for two nights they had no ac and the refrigerator did not work.The reception were kind enough to send them a fan, which was not good enough in this heat. I stayed in a bungalow we had a cockroach in the room and the room and wc weren't properly cleaned.AC In Bunglow was very weak it took a whole day to work properly. Also there was a stuffy smell in the reception and rooms. The cleanliness level was rather poor to find insects, cockeroach was really too much!!!

The hotel is located near the town of Rhodos. Therefore it is very convenient as a location for vacations in the island. Additionally the beach was nice and clean.

Do not expect a greek experience - and if you are Greek do not even try it!! Most of the staff is non-greek, and the overall impression is that this hotel targets to international (mostly Easter-European) people. For 4-stars hotel there are many things to complaint: (a) Poor sound insulation in rooms, fair quality of breakfast and dinner, (b) no safe box in rooms, (c) no free WiFi, no WiFi on rooms only at lobby, (d) sunbeds cost 3E even for the customers of the hotel (!!!), (e) the tavern is preposterous, it operates until 18.00 but once we tried it at 16.00 it had only tosts and pizzas (!!!), (f) Some times the sheets and the towels had marks or holes, (g) the reception at nights cannot help you efficiently (we couldn't pay the day before leaving !!!). I can add also that we asked 3 times to give us a TV which can show Greek programs in order to see some news!!!

Animation until late.no fresh fruit in breakfast. Sunbeds in hotel's beach were charged.

Very attentive staff, was early in the season but they were all ready to assist, stayed in a bungalow and very spacious and excellent value for money. Lovely location and plenty of pools and next to the beach. Some building work going on nearby but expected given its a holiday island developing. 20 mins from Rhodes Town by taxi so can be expensive if you want lots of night life.

Wi-Fi must be free. They charge 3eu for 30min of internet and that's unbelievable for a 4 star hotel!!!

Good location, very nice big pool, nice beach. Close to the city. Particularly good and helpful service at the reception from the main clerks. Excellent mini market with absolutely lovely service. All inclusive well worth the price - food at lunch and dinner (or course matter of personal taste) in our opinion was 80% "good" - 10% "very good" (and 10% "not-so-good"). Restaurant staff provide generally good service and the atmosphere is good and relaxed. This is a good hotel at 4* level and provides good facilities for a relaxed holiday. International atmosphere. The animation teams were varying but all ok and humorous as they should. The prices are reasonable with respect to what you get. Recommended.

Breakfast is a little bit lower quality and somewhat limited selection in comparison to lunch and dinner.

Excellent hotel, nice people, next to a beach. Very clean nead more fruits at the breakfast. Value for money. It must be 5 star hotel. Will be back .

τα καγκελα και οι καρεκλες στο μπαλκονι 'οπως και στην πισινα, καθως επισης και οτι στο πρωινο δεν υπηρχαν διαθεσιμα τραπεζια εξω

Kamer was excellent! Hotel mooi en clean! Ligging : perfect om Rhodos stad te verkennen, met taxi ben je zo in de oude stad. Ontbijt: alles wat we nodig hadden om een goed ontbijt te kunnen hebben was aanwezig, niet overdadig maar genoeg.

Klein minpunt is het lawaai van slagende deuren op de gang en je naaste buren, maar we hebben er onze slaap niet voor moeten laten!
