Breakfast and bathromms

The pools & outside space were very good. Close to the sea & boat trips.

The information was not up to date, for instance we received a sheet of paper every day with information & events which stated beach towels could be changed daily from 09.00 at the beach taverna, when we went to change ours we were told should be 10.00 am which was too late for us that day as we were going on boat trip which was departing before 10.00 am. No restaurant/coffee shop where guests like ourselves who were on b&b rate could get a snack or meal & the hotel was not close to a choice of restaurants.The hotel was geared up to guests on all inclusive packages. No individual attention, just get them in & get them out type of attitude.

Location of hotel, the beach, reception were very helpful,the lay out of the hotel.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of stuff,but poor quality. The hotel maintenance not good at all, my children stayed in room number 150 and for two nights they had no ac and the refrigerator did not work.The reception were kind enough to send them a fan, which was not good enough in this heat. I stayed in a bungalow we had a cockroach in the room and the room and wc weren't properly cleaned.AC In Bunglow was very weak it took a whole day to work properly. Also there was a stuffy smell in the reception and rooms. The cleanliness level was rather poor to find insects, cockeroach was really too much!!!

The pool was perfectly located near the sea, The breakfast was excellent. We felt at home in the hotel.

With a room at the poolside, it was some noise from music most of the time. I would have a better feeling if it was some periods without music.

Спокойный отдых,внимание персонала,вкусная но не очень разнообразная еда,что компенсируется тишиной и пляжем. Рекомендую,если кто хочет путешествовать по острову,взять машину на прокат прямо в аэропорту.В целом рекомендую !!!

Нет прямого автобусного сообшения аэрапорта с гостиницей,только такси или через город Родос.

Ottima l'accoglienza. Avevo penotato una camera standard e mi hanno dato una suite, anche se questo può influenzare il mio giudizio. Per pranzare ottima la taverna sulla spiaggia, sia come qualita' che prezzo, purtroppo aperta solo a pranzo. Sconsiglierei invece il ristorante centrale a buffet (all inclusive). Discreta scelta per la colazione.

η ανακαίνηση σε όλους τους εσωτερικούς χώρους και στα δωμάτια. η τοποθεσία είναι βολική ( λίγα λεπτά από την πόλη. η τιμή. η θέα. η οργάνωση για την εξυπηρέτηση μεγάλου αριθμού πελατών στο πρωινό και στην υποδοχή.

η πολύ χαμηλή ποιότητα των εδεσμάτων του πρωινού. η έλλειψη καθαριότητας στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο της ταβέρνας. η κατασκευή της ταβέρνας που δεν ταιριάζει με την εικόνα του ανακαινισμένου ξενοδοχείου.η σχετικά ανεπαρκής καθαριότητα του δωματίου ( κάποια συρτάρια κολλούσαν , η εξώπορτα είχε λεκέδες, το πάτωμα του μπάνιου είχε τρίχες κλπ) . η έλλειψη πινακίδων στο δρόμο.μέρος των εξωτερικών χώρων είναι αναξιοποίητο και δεν σε προδιαθέτει να καθίσεις να πιείς τον καφέ σου ή να φας κάτι ή να χαλαρώσεις στο μπαρ και στον γύρω χώρο.

εξυπηρετικότατο το προσωπικό....πάρα πολύ.....καλές παροχές....ωραία θέα....πλούσιο πρωϊνο.....γενικά πολύ καλή διαμονή κ ευχάριστη...το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα...!!!

αυτό που δεν μας άρεσε ήτανε στο πρωϊνο....οι χυμοί.....παρακαλώ να τους βελτιώσετε.....

στο δωμάτιο που έμενα το κρεβάτι ήταν άριστο από πλευράς ανατομίας στρώματος, το δωμάτιο μεγάλο και ωραία διακοσμημένο και πολύ ωραία η θέα στη θάλασσα. ακόμη άριστος ο μουσικός με το πρόγραμμα κιθάρα τραγούδι στο σαλόνι του ξενοδοχείου την παρασκευή το βράδυ. το φαγητό πάρα πολύ καλό το ίδιο και η εξυπηρέτηση στο εστιατόριο. όλες οι καμαριέρες τόσο το πρωί όσο και το απόγευμα αλλοδαπή και ελληνίδα άψογες στο έργο τους και άψογη η καθαριότητα του δωματίου και πολλά ευχαριστώ. ευχαριστώ γιατί αν και μονόκλινο μου δόθηκε διπλό κρεββάτι όπως και ζήτησα για λόγους μέσης.

η τιμή μου φάνηκε ακριβή για το μονόκλινο. θα την περίμενα γύρω στα 110- 120 ευρώ και όχι στα 140 ευρώ.
