Score from 6 reviews Excellent
Breakfast is good. Beach is clean and beautiful. 10 mins by bus and you are in the city. Great for families.
Wifi is poor.
main pool proximity to beach buffet breakfast ocean views helpful desk staff friendly cleaning staff wifi sun Greece
excessive noise at the front of the main hotel during concert nights. loud stereo music in the pool area in the morning. Surely most just want to relax with a book. Bathroom amenities in the rooms dated, drains blocked. limited food and snacks from main bar
The hotel complex has masses to offer, with great swimming facilities, both pool-wise and good access to a fine beach with good snorkelling opportunities, and excellent entertainment and dining possibilities.
Some of the decor needs a bit of refreshment and the bath plug mechanism didn't work necessitating the use of a knife to let the water out. No mattress protector. Small matters compared to the benefits offered to guests.
I requested the Manager of upgrading the room which he did very promptly to a Suite and without any additional charge. Apart from this all the staff we dealt with were really helpful and we're going out of the way to assist the guests.
I booked the standard room which was not comfortable. Specially the washroom. Therefore. I requested to change the room.
Paid a bungalow to sleep 4people only 1 double bed. A hard single sofa to sleep on.The other couple left the hotel.
The beach is nice, pool as well. We had a very nice large room with a wonderful view on the sea.
Breakfast is all the time the same, it's a buffet, but sometimes it should be changed a bit. Pity that we were given a room oriented towards the pool, even if the view was great. It was too loud until 23h and being with a small baby that goes to sleep at 20h it wasnt very convenient. The hotel should think about these things when assigning the rooms.
The staff is welcoming . The food is quality and good. Room is confortable . Location is quiet not fare to Rhodes .
the location was good if you walk about 10min.every 15 minutes you can find bus for 1,80 € to old town,or prefer taxi 9 € . . . the pool was good, also staff was helpful.but only one choice for Turkiye(bed+breakfast).
1st night a water from upstairs come to our room.they changed our room but more far from sea.we rent a scooter from hotel's rent a car company.they want 20€ for 8hours.i didnt accept then the rent a car company accept 24 hrs.

Wifi is not the best but seemed to be like that everywhere in Rhodes
Nice things: area, beach, facilities, breakfast, swimming pool
Not much really: wi-fi was bad but there, too much noise on the night but windows well soundproof
Pool was nice and breakfast was full.
We were put in the wrong room and when we complained we were told it was an 'upgrade' (if it was they surely would of told us when they did it!). The floor hadn't been cleaned; sand and hair everywhere and even a toe nail on the floor at the couch. Zero wifi in room. Maintenance man showed up at 5pm unexpectedly and said he had to fix the shower - not nice when my girlfriend is relaxing in bed. When they finally moved us the next night to the room we actually booked we didn't even get an apology (manager included). Definitely the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed.
Location of the resort is good
Needs refurbishment Unless you have all inclusive package, it is almost impossible to have a dinner with a la carte menu. Very poor wi fi connection
- stinky toilet-drain - junk quality of breakfast - big size swimming pool with saltwater (beside the sea nobody needs it) - wifi...forget it - noisy evening cabarets after 22.00
Facilities were good, great for young children, nice view!!
Wifi very poor, the pool is salt water which is worse than the sea :-/!!!!!!! The dinner could be improved! No entertainment for adults!! Hotel did not offer any information in English of where to visit!! Only one tv channel in English with no DVD player so very boring in the room.
.I did like that the workers where great, everywhere. The place is beautiful.
1.The wi-fi is real bad 2.the Beach was full , no place to seat 3.The Breakfast was bad, for me look like is only for Russians not for Greek or Mediterranean people 4.the hotel was full of Russians, I do not like them because they are not friendly people, I did see this.
Great swimming pool next to the sea. Beach is small but the bay is nice. Room was comfortable and spotlesly clean. Good coctails at the pool bar :)
The wi-fi is very poor. Most of the time it didnt work in my room or in the restaurant. I got a room in a pool view boongalow. The room was spaciaous but, the bungalow was more than 5 mins walk from the beach and the main restaurant. The hotel is circa 12 mins from the main road and the bus stop (15-20 minut to Rhodes town). It is only 7-10 mins with the taxi but the fare is 12 eur when you book through the hotel.
Great comfortable resort for all type of travellers especially for young families. Wonderful outdoor area with nice pools and lovely beach . breakfast was fabulous. Very large variety to choose from . Would definitely recommend Eden Rock Hotel and would definitely like to visit again . Had a wonderful 2 night stay.
Poor wi-first in the hotel room
I loved the whole look of the resort. The pools that overlooked the sea. Plenty of sun lounges and space. Reception staff were especially helpful as was the lovely Dutch lady in the gift shop. I preferred the area to the old town but only a short bus ride if you felt the need to seek out more restaurants. I would definitely come back again.
The room was large and bathroom was clean.
Breakfast was not good at all. We had to wait to be seated every morning, plus the guy cooks the crepes was horrible. He was so rude it was unbelievable. He actually got in a huge argument with one of the hotel guests because she wanted an extra crepe. The hotels elevator was so small where you can barely fit in 3 people, so we had to wait a while to go up each time. And it wasn't working one whole day during our stay. Wi-fi sucked within the hotel premises and there was no coverage at the hotels beach which is ridiculous. The hotel was rated 5 star but in my opinion it would be barely a 4 star. It wasn’t worth the money
Good location as a start point for traveling by car. Varied continental breakfast and some Greek cakes and biscuits. Beautiful view from our balcony to the sea and green lawn. Avis car renting corner available. Cosy taverna on the beach for romantic dinner.
The bath was not cleaned enough, wash bath was not cleaned at all. Nosy early morning due to kids running through the corridor every day. A ventilator in the bath did not work. Narrow beach, not enough sun beds.
The staff is great
The beach was full no chairs available anywaire to seat and the pools to
The room was excellent
1.Bad service during breakfast. 2. Difficult to find the hotel due to no signs on the road
