The hotel is good for 1 or 2 nights to see Ioaninna. But do not book it for a vacation. The hotel is near the centre and the lake. the breakfast is awful. |

It was clean and comfortable, quiet, and very good value for money. We liked its central location because we did not have to move our car from its parking space to go shopping and enjoy the cafeterias on the lake front which were all within walking distance. The staff were helpful and polite. We could not park our car in the hotel parking because the entrance was too low, we have a large jeep, and therefore we had to find outside parking which was inconvenient but we managed. |

proximity to shops & cafes, the lake and old city, friendliness of the woman at reception, great to have access to parking, great value very sorry, we ended up with one of the keys which we have posted back to hotel from Santorini, nothing to dislike about hotel, great value |

location was exceptional, easy walk to central town, quite clean hotel though an old one. furniture needs renovation as well as plumbing. breakfast was not good enough for the star rating, mostly typical. Walls must have been thin too. |

The hotel is good for families with young or older children and it's an ideal base to visit the most interesting places of the city even on foot. The breacfast was sufficient but I would prefer to be a richer one. |

it is in the city centre, location is good not good money for value, the night shift staff wasn't very polite, not clear indication of the price of the parking, problems with parking space |
