The first impression was very good. The polite behaviour of the receptionists, the tranquility of the area although in the center of the city, the accesibility of parking, the cleanness of the common areas, were positive.

The whole proceedure of breakfast was impersonal.

It was one of the cheapest hotels in Ioannina. Hotel was near the main attractions in the city and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Hotel Egnatia in Ioannina had a good impression at first. But my room was small and very basically decorated. There was nothing except a TV in terms of luxury. The room and bathroom was moderately clean. Furniture was old. The biggest problem was that the room was quite cold, especially at night. Radiators were cold most of the times and AC wasn’t enough to heat the room. Wi-fi sign was not powerful in the rooms so I had to connect to internet from lobby. Compared to the service and the general outlook of the hotel I found the price a bit high.

For its price is ok Breakfast is poor but it's not a five star hotel so do not ask too much!! I like the area.I Like that even if it's in the center of town I had a place to park my car because Ioannina is a dificult city The staff very kind Both guys in the afternoon and night reception are hot and kind. Stuff generaly of the hotel is really friendly

The hotel was within walking distance from the bus station and reasonably priced. It was also well placed to walk to the lake and old town area.

The bathroom was uncomfortably small. It was difficult to shower without wetting everything. Confusion over wifi password was frustrating.

Clean, comfortable, good price, nice friendly people. We are absolutely satisfied and come again.

This is a simple hotel for short stay next to the shopping streets and the main sightseeings (lake and castle). We liked to be there for 1 night and we don't understand the complaint of the others: the room was very clean, calm, it had well functioning air condition, hot water, nice bathroom, very comfortable beds, small fridge for own staff. The receptionists were kind. The main attraction of this hotel is that it has its own parking lot as an underground garage, which is right next to the hotel. There is a security lady watching out for the cars. For that price (in high season for a double bed room) in the city centre with breakfast it was just the greatest choice!

The lift was a bit slow and old, and it is true that the breakfast is a bit poor, but as we stayed for short, we didnt mind it. The wifi was a bit slow.

The breakfast was very poor,The room was clean and the sheets and towels too,they did not change the sheets on my bed for 2 days and I must tell the receptionist to change the sheets on my bed,.the painting on the walls all over is broken...and the lock in the room is antic. Plaster Falling from the ceiling.Very disappointed about this hotel with 3 star,I had diarrhea from the breakfast.not going to ever recommend this hotel to anyone.This hotel does not deserve even a star,many things were missing for a three-star hotel,this hotel is joke.

The location was excellent.Also the reception stuff were all very helpful.

Η φασαρία που προκαλούσαν καποιοι φοιτητές

στο site αναφέρεται ότι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1 λεπτού από το σταθμό του κτελ, γεγονός που δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην πραγματικότητα

τίποτα δεν μας ενθουσίασε, έχουμε μείνει και σε άλλα ξενοδοχεία με το ίδιο ή και μικρότερο κόστος διανυκτέρευσης και σαφώς ήταν πιό περιποιημένα.

1) μία λάμπα πάνω από το προσκέφαλο ήταν καμένη 2) Δεν είχε ψυγείο γιά να έχεις τα αναγκαία δροσερό νερό, κάποιο φρούτο κλπ 3) Έχει χρέωση για το παρκάρισμα του αυτοκινήτου 4) Δεν έχει Wi Fi στα δωμάτια 5) Η τηλεώραση ήταν χαλασμένη, ζητήσαμε να την αντικαταστήσουν αλλά ακόμη περιμένουμε. 6) στο εστιατόριο αρκετά επιτύχια φωτιστικά ήταν χαλασμένα ή είχαν καμένες λάμπες. Γενικά υπήρχε μία εικόνα αποσύνθεσης.
