The hotel has an excelent location in the very center of this historical town, not so far from the sea. Greeks, common people on the streets are very friendy. Thessaloniki is lokated not so far from the the Mount of Afon ther there are a lot of Ortodoxe monasters.

The staff of the hotel is not so friendly many common things - safe, lite in the bathroom and othrs were broken, the tv was faucost only on local Greek chanels, and it was rather difficolt to explaine to the staff that tv of the hotel must have all major international chanels.

Not easy communication with the hotel and rooms not of equal standard.

The hotel was very centrally located. Easy to walk everywhere. The view from our room on the side street was of a park and an Ottoman Hamam which was very beautiful. The rooms on the other side would face the main street. Our room was on the 5th floo and had an enormous terrace that ran the length of both sides of our corner family room.

Breakfast was average. Carpets were stained. Room had the residue of smoke smell.

the room size, the smell of cigarettes in the "no smoking" room (with an ashtray inside...) , the inability to run the air conditioner (it was very hot and the air conditioner "will start only on Mai")

еVerything was perfekt. The rooms are good size and very clean. The breakfast was ok. They upgrade our room to suitе on the 5 floor and was great.

Sauna and spa even if to be paid...

Location and staff. Very good breakfast. When traveling by car, chances are they will find you a parking spot just outside the hotel (9 times of 10). I always stay in this hotel when in Thessaloniki.

GREAT LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF. Location is very close to the city centre, so there is no need to take a taxi

The rooms are a bit noisy and there is a not a pleasant smell from the carpets

They had not Coffee Stuff like Kettle,Nescafe or Complimentary Water. Service room works till 22:30.

The staff at the reception was friendly and competent. The room was clean. The hotel is situated in the heart of Thessaloniki so that you can discover the city very well by foot from the hotel. The area seemed to be pretty safe. The breakfast is rather simple but good. (Just avoid the orange juice).

Unfortunately, the parking is in front of the Hotel and costs 13€ a day. There are only 3-4 places so you need to be lucky if you are coming by car. The spa was not included in the price of the room, and you need to pay an extra for it, even if nothing is written on the site of the hotel on booking.com. The rooms are very loud. The hotel is located next to a main road of Thessaloniki and you can hear the traffic very well, even with closed window. The rooms are pretty small.

I love this hotel! Its super convenient and cosy. Absolutely best location as you can find parking spots just outside of the hotel, yet you are meters away from Aritstotelos Square.

I did not like the fact that on booking was shown a prive on the first page and than ehen I picked the room thanprice was higher with 20 euros. And I check and this strange thing was shown the entire day when I eas making the reaervation.

Rooms are clean but furniture is littlebit old. Renewing the rooms would be good.

the hotel was very nice, clean and central. the staff was kind and helpfull.

this hotel really needs to be renovated! bathroom is old, the bathtub seems to be 30 years old, the lighting is very poor in the bathroom (it's almost impossible to put on make up). TV is very old, the wallpaper ruined, the third bed very uncompfortable.

the location is good, the price is not too high.
