Remarkably friendly and helpful staff at the recession. Situated in a great location with easy access to a wide range of restaurants, public transportation and walking city tour.

It s a pity that SPA doesnt work every day! I didn`t like violet snd grey colours in, the room,- it was too dark .

The rooms were small and dark. The room facilities were not convenient like the hairdryer, blankets, lightning etc.

No variance in breakfast buffet with horrible coffee. Non-existent service at the cafe during the evening.

Hospitable, helpful and kind reception staff. Renovated lobby and rooms. Perfect free wifi system in the rooms. In the heart of the city, near shops, traditional restaurants, monuments and the seaside.

Although the rooms are renovated, the provided tv is old one, not lcd.

The staff were very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, spoke and understood English well - overall very helpful. The rooms were well maintained and are cleaned properly. The location was perfect for attending a conference at the University of Macedonia and is just a stone's throw away from Aristolelous Square. The hotel is also near the seafront which is good for an afternoon/evening stroll.

Sad to say that there was one receptionist that wasn't up to their standards. Was professional but borderline rude - he might be having a bad day but still... Everybody else aside from this specific receptionist was very very nice. The breakfast while sufficient, is the same every day. A little bit of variety wouldn't hurt. I think that they need to invest in a more suitable internet router for the hotel. While the service is free, the range in limited. My room is in the fourth floor and can't get a signal on my laptop. Funnily enough, I got a manageable signal on my Android smartphone.

The location was perfect & the rate was excellent. Staff were completely friendly & willing to do what it takes to please their guests.

There should not be a 10 euro charge to use the pool/facilities.
