Parkeren was goed geregeld. Personeel was vriendelijk. Voor de sauna moest je betalen, dit stond niet duidelijk op de site. Bij andere hotels die ik heb geboekt was dit inclusief gebruik van de sauna. De ventilatie op de hotelkamer werkte niet, hierdoor was het in de nacht 26 graden op de kamer. De persoon achter de receptie vertelde dat dit werd veroorzaakt door de overgang van het weer. Slechte zaak!!

this hotel really needs to be renovated! bathroom is old, the bathtub seems to be 30 years old, the lighting is very poor in the bathroom (it's almost impossible to put on make up). TV is very old, the wallpaper ruined, the third bed very uncompfortable. the location is good, the price is not too high.

Location The price 65 euros for double room is really fair for hotel in the center of Thessaloniki with a small spa center....but if you put 15 euros for parking and 20 euros for the spa( which is normally public noticed...for extra value) here this prices are calculating when you check out ..... For 100 euros per night you will get five star hotel...much better hotels in Thessaloniki Egnatia Palace has...small rooms...not enough breakfast for all the guests....I Don't think this is not good choice for these money.....

Great location, next to the city center. Easy access to transportation, shopping, eating places. Very close to many historical sites. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms need renovation to be at the required level for a four stars hotel. The access to the spa is charged separately.

The "non-smoking" room smelled of cigarettes and although I was told that it would be cleaned the next day, it wasn't. By that time it wasn't worth the hassle to change rooms. They should have done it when I first complained

The staff was very polite and helpful. They even helped me with an issue I had with the internet connection in the room. They were eager to answer to any request we had. The hotel location is perfect if you want to be in the city center, at an easy walking distance from all sites and leisure places. The view from our room was a bit disappointing, however, the room was very quiet, and we could have our window open without listening to the noise from the street. It seems that the previous visitors used to smoke in the room, and I could sense the tobacco smell (I don't smoke and I have a very sensitive nose). There is room for improvement regarding breakfast.

Location and excellent price of course! The rooms were a little bit small for 2 persons, especially women who carry a lot of shopping bags.

Staff, lady at the reception desk was very kind. Since we firstly got very bad and small room, she has shown her willingness to change it tomorrow morning. Firstly they have gave us a very small room, where you couldn't move at all, with two small windows, very dark, no look out. I believe it was room 110, so try to avoid it. Secondly, there is swimming pool in hotel, and that was main reason why we have chosen this hotel, but no one said that you have to pay extra 10-20 eur to get into pool. Booking site does not have any information to let people know that spa is not free (as usually is in hotels). Apart from the fact that it has spa area with swimming pool (but keep in mind you have to pay extra), there is no need to take this hotel rather then any other 3 star hotel.

It s a pity that SPA doesnt work every day! I didn`t like violet snd grey colours in, the room,- it was too dark .

Just in the city centre. The hotel staff was helpful. The rooms were small and dark. The room facilities were not convenient like the hairdryer, blankets, lightning etc.

The location was perfect & the rate was excellent. Staff were completely friendly & willing to do what it takes to please their guests. There should not be a 10 euro charge to use the pool/facilities.
