Good location - not far from the port. Good breakfast. Friendly and very helpful reception.
WiFi needs improving greatly.
The hotel is close to all the attractions in Kos town but is itself pleasantly quiet. It's good value for money
The hotel was very near the port so for an overnight it was brilliant.the staff very helpful and the breakfast very good Good value for money
It was a bit outdated, cracked sink etc however it was clean which is what we want.In our opinion it is not the sort of hotel where you would stay for a week but very good for'travellers' whatever age
Clean, and good located.
The location was perfect very close to everywhere, breakfast was very good, especially home-made jams and pies.
The bathroom was very small, the furniture was old. Not enough storage places for your stuff. But never mind, you only use the room for sleeping.
great location for access to ferries pleasant and helpful staff rooms a bit tired but reflected in the price wonderful breakfast
The localization, very near the Marina. The breakfast, simples but good tasty.
The staff are not helpful and the room very simple.
We stayed in August 2014 for 2 nights. Great location in the town city and near the port. Friendly and helpful staff (if you need it you can leave the luggage there in advance). The room was clean and bathroom was new. The breakfast was really nice, plenty to choose from.
The mattress was not comfortable. The towels were not soft. The fridge in the room was really noisy. There was no lift. The reception/hall is outdated and could do with a refurbishment because doesn't give a good first impression when you walk-in
La posizione centralissima
really helpfull friendly staff, a great place to stay over night when catching a ferry. Nice quiet part of town and yet short stroll to the harbour and restaurants.
beds were rather hard
Location,staff,breakfast and friendliness of owner.
Good Staffs, Very Friendly.
Breakfast is very good, home made cakes, jelly, good coffee. Comfortable beds, WiFi worked well. Good value for your money. Bathroom is small, but recently renovated and the facilities worked well.
Very good buffet breakfast Clean rooms and very good location to the main area of Kos Town
To be honest not a lot ! Breakfast was ok. Initially we were giving a room that was laughable and we nearly walked out of the hotel. We were then upgraded to a Slightly better room although extremely basic was just about acceptable .
Cleanliness was poor . Everything about the hotel is tired and in need of renovation .
Location,close to everything
Place really needs a face lift, shoddy/grubby
Clean, comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Air conditioning was lovely after a delayed flight.
Maybe a place
Everything, especially cleanliness and facilities.
Super breakfast. Close to center.
Room with view to courtyard very bad
The hotel is very well located, helpfull staff, nice bakery and cafe right next door, quiet street on the other side of the hotel.
The air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep and got very warm.
Location is perfect
Rooms are very small and old
Location. Staff. Breakfast.
My overall experience was quite mixed - I had a feeling of 'neither here, nor there'... e.g. They have new and modern looking doors, bathrooms, mirrors, but the rest of the furniture is from the 60s; automatic-release soap dispenser in the bathroom and no wall-fixture for the shower (so you need to hold it in your hand all the time)... Also, the towels were really rigid, they felt like sandpaper the first time you use them. The staff however was very friendly and present, which is a great plus.
they offered us the richest breakfast buffet of our holiday
location is perfect, the hotel owners are very kind and helpfull, breakfast is good
the rooms are extremely primitive and old, should be renovated
Location Breakfast Nice Owners, really hardworking people
Towels, they have to use softener. no wifi in rooms
