The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Helena, on our arrival we were informed on upgrades of our room and this was handled in a very enthusiatic manner. All the staff in every area were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the whole atmosphere of the place was fantastic. They are extending and there was noise in the morning of workmen. |

The staff were hospitable and the facilities and services were very good... 3 pools, bar and restaurant were good quality, rooms were very comfortable If you are looking to stay on the cliffs overlooking the Caldera.. this hotel is not up on the hill. It has great facilities and looks over the end of the Caldera but it is not in the location I was hoping for up on the hill in the true heart of the Caldera. |

Good location. Near shopping area and caldera view. Good pool and dining area. Clean and friendly. Beds were small and matresses hard and not that comfortable. |

The frendliness of the staff was impecable. Even when we had to call a doctor for my wife this was handled exceptionally well by Elana at reception.. A nice good sized pool. breakfast was very good. the beds could do with an upgrade |

The pool area was very nice. It was a 10 to 15 minute walk into Myconos town along the main road. The beds were very hard and low ( platform with a thin mattress and no box spring). The bathroom sinks were small with no vanity space...not updated. |

The hotel had great facilities such as the pool bar and is a 5 min walk to Fira centre which made it good value for money on this considerably expensive island. |

Good location. walking distance from Fira town & bus station. V imp for commuting in Fira if you dont have a car. We got upgraded to the honeymoon suite for one night. That gave us a wonderful caldera view & we got to enjoy a private sunset on our balcony which was fabulous!! Elena was a wonderful hostess & extremely enthusiastic! The other girl at the reception was also very helpful with her tips.The entire staff was very nice & they help you with the bags. The no of pools in this hotel is also amazing. Very spread out with 3 pools in different areas. The toiletries in the bathroom could be a bit better for the rate one pays. |

Very close to downtown.Quiet and independent rooms. Nice and efficient staff. Clean and newi hotel facilitities. Beatiful outdoor swimming pool. Excellent breakfast.It was my wife birtday. Good transfer to the ferry port.The staff sucessfully made the arrangement to surprise her. The shower did not work properly. |

Very friendly and efficient staff, especially Helena, who gave excellent tips for everything we asked. Good location. Overall, a great experience. No free internet access. Breakfast could be better. |

Spacious room and fantastic view from the balcony and the location of the hotel Worn down hotel, some of the interior has seen its best days... The value for mony is okey only when the location is considered important. |

bellissima struttura, sembra un villaggio, con 2 piscine. è appena fuori Thira (10 min. a piedi) e quindi relativamente tranquillo. ottima colazione. la mia camera/appartamento era vicino alla strada e quindi un po' rumorosa. |

Jeg likte hotelpersonalet, servicen, selve hotellet sett utenfra, bassengområdet, og nærheten til Fira. Standarden på rommene var ikke 100 %, men heller ikke dårligere enn normalene på de greske øyene. |

Sa situation géographique.La présence de plusieures piscines. La réalité de l'hotel est éloigné de la présentation sur le site.Nous n'avons pas eu la premiére nuit la chambre que nous avions réservée.Cela s'est amlioré ensuite.D'autres personnes que nous avons rencontrées sur place ont eu une expérience similaire. |
