большой по площади номер, 2 бассейна местоположение отеля не соответствует зпрашиваемой цене = несмотря на удаленность в 2 минуты от центра города, я на следующий день нашел за такую же цену отдель прямо на скале!!! и таких отелей было много. естественно я переехал! |

Great layout of the rooms with the kitchenette and utensils etc. Which was very helpful with our 2 year old toddler. Great pools to relax and swim in. Great views from the upper floor rooms. Very warm, and supportive staff - always willing to help and guide during our visit in Santorini |

The rooms were great, it was more like little villas where every 5 ore 6 villas had their own pool and a great view. The location was excellent, away from the busy center but at the same time very close (5 min walking). The staff was very friendly. Great environment. The breakfast could be a little better with more food variety. |

Recently rennovated. Excellent and very polite staff. Literaly 10 mins walk to the centre of Fira. 4 swimming pools. Very very clean, Large rooms!! Relatively reasonably prices for a 4 star hotel! Highly recommended!! Well done people! Thank you for some very relaxing holidays!! One soft spot is Internet access!!! Limited or almost none... But who wants business during holidays!!! |

The 3 different pools were great, provides some variety. The location just outside of Fira was nice too, it was quiet and relaxing. Very comfortable, clean rooms - a shame we only stayed 1 night. We had lunch at the poolside café, and service was quite slow. |

The rooms at El Greco are very large and comfortable but are on their way to needing an upgrade in a few years. The pools and common areas are excellent and the restaurant food quality and pricing is very good. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk south of Fira and has views of the Caldera from the front rooms across a road. The resort is quite large and has a large number of guests coming and going so doesn't have the intimate feel of a smaller resort. |

A fantastic hotel, clean and beautiful. The breakfast is nice. The staff is great at helping out. We liked the location - easy to find and just a few minutes walking from Fira. Do not recommend to book rooms with volcano view. Ypu get to see very little of voclano, but your room will be facing the main road (not much traffic, but still...). It could be a bit noisy. The rooms overlooking the swimming pools are nicer. |

The location was perfect. We were a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Fira. Our views from our balcony were amazing. We stayed in a lofted room for 3 and it was great.Everything in the hotel was beautifully done ie the grounds breakfast was great etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I had read one complaint before I arrived that we were not at the best place to view the caldera but I cannot think of a better place. The value for our money was amazing.We loved it! Would love to return sometime. |

The staff was great, especially the front office gentleman, though I do not know his name. I loved the location, just a 5 minute walk to downtown Fira. The view of the caldera was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and I would chose it again. No. The hotel is under renovation, and will be looking even better when it is complete. |

We had a beautiful room overlooking the ocean.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff The hotel has been refurbished for the new season 2010.The restaurant served quality meals and we ate there several times.It was a five minute walk into Santorini and a few miutes to Taxi's and bus's. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Helena, on our arrival we were informed on upgrades of our room and this was handled in a very enthusiatic manner. All the staff in every area were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the whole atmosphere of the place was fantastic. They are extending and there was noise in the morning of workmen. |

The staff were hospitable and the facilities and services were very good... 3 pools, bar and restaurant were good quality, rooms were very comfortable If you are looking to stay on the cliffs overlooking the Caldera.. this hotel is not up on the hill. It has great facilities and looks over the end of the Caldera but it is not in the location I was hoping for up on the hill in the true heart of the Caldera. |

The frendliness of the staff was impecable. Even when we had to call a doctor for my wife this was handled exceptionally well by Elana at reception.. A nice good sized pool. breakfast was very good. the beds could do with an upgrade |

The pool area was very nice. It was a 10 to 15 minute walk into Myconos town along the main road. The beds were very hard and low ( platform with a thin mattress and no box spring). The bathroom sinks were small with no vanity space...not updated. |

Good location. walking distance from Fira town & bus station. V imp for commuting in Fira if you dont have a car. We got upgraded to the honeymoon suite for one night. That gave us a wonderful caldera view & we got to enjoy a private sunset on our balcony which was fabulous!! Elena was a wonderful hostess & extremely enthusiastic! The other girl at the reception was also very helpful with her tips.The entire staff was very nice & they help you with the bags. The no of pools in this hotel is also amazing. Very spread out with 3 pools in different areas. The toiletries in the bathroom could be a bit better for the rate one pays. |
