I loved the location in Kalamos.It was close to some very nice beaches in Fyri Amos,Kapsali, Melidonis etc. The things we did not like is the apartment needs a lot of maintaining. It looks relatively new buts needs money spent on it.Also the kitchenette needs a lot of facilities more than it already has.The remote location is great but due needs attention to a clothes washing place..

Struttura nuova ben realizzata e curata in ogni dettaglio. I proprietari sono cortesi, sempre disponibili con discrezione. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e tranquillo. La pulizia è ottimale. Buonissimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.Posizione strategica per visitare l'isola di Kythira e per frequentare l'ottima taverna Filio anche senza auto.

Gli appartamenti sono belli, spaziosi, moderni e puliti, ottima la posizione, vicino al porto di Kapsali, al capoluogo Hora ed alle spiagge più belle.

Le cadre et la situation / Le cadre est superbe au milieu des oliviers, vue sur mer au loin. Un mini market dans le village. La plage de Kapasali et le village de Kithira sont à 5-10 min en voiture. Plusieurs plages superbes à proximité.Les propriétaires sont discrets et gentils.

καλο προσωπικο, αλλα οι ιδιοκτητεσ ερασιτεχνεσ, εκαναν λαθοσ στον τυπο δωματιου (αντι τρικλινο εδωσαν δικλινο). το σχολιο τουσ ηταν να φυγουμε αν δεν μασ αρεσε και στην καλυτερη περιπτωση να μετακομισουμε την αλλη μερα. το μονο θετικο ηταν η τιμη του. πολυ μικρο δωματιο και τεραστιο μπαλκονι. οι συνθετικεσ κουβερτεσ γλιστρουσαν και ετριζαν. τα μαχαιροπιρουνα ηταν οξειδωμενα. υπηρχαν μικροσυσκευεσ, οπωσ καφετιερα, τοστιερα, βραστηρασ, αλλα δεν υπηρχε σουρωτηρι για μακαρονια και τριφτησ

η κοπελα που τα καθαριζει προσχαρη,χαρουμενοσ ανθρωποσ,αλλα και αυτοι που εχουν τα δωματια ευγενικοι και καλοσυνατοι απομακρυσμενο 8 χμ απο την χωρα αλλα γυρω γυρω δεν εχει πολλα σπιτια - δωματια(μολισ ενα σπιτι και 2 ενοικιαζομενα).
