The owners and staff provided wonderful service. The location is great, only minutes to supermarket, beach and tavernas. The pool area is beautiful and the pool bar attendnat could not have provided better service.i highly recommend this hotel if you're planning to stay in Nikiana.

The facilities are brilliant, free wi-fi that works very well and the staff are readily available to help with any requests. I most enjoyed lounging on the sunbeds between the pool and pool-side bar. The breakfast was fantastic - great choice of hot and cold items, choice of teas and fruit juices. The room was incredibly clean with brand new kitchen utensils, air con and jaquzzi bath! Bed was incredibly comfortable with fluffy pillows! Elevator made life much easier for lugging beach stuff around. Could not reccomend this hotel any more highly - staff go above and beyond their call of duty to make your stay the best it could possibly be! Cant wait to return! Best hotel in Greece.

This hotel is beautiful. It is very well laid out and has everything a family needs to enjoy a great holiday on a beautiful Greek Island. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette which is so helpful when you have kids. The buffet breakfast and the pool are excellent as well. The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful. Lefkada has lots to see and many beautiful beaches. I highly recommend the Eleana Hotel for a great vacation in Lefkada.

Fantastic modern Hotel, with impeccable service from Dimitri. The rooms are great value, clean and comfortable. The split level apartments are particulary good value. Highly recommended location and venue.

Die Zimmer waren extrem sauber, die Mädels vom Housekeeping haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Außerdem sind die Zimmer gut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sogar ein DVD-Player, eine Küchenzeile im separatem Raum und eine kleine Whirl-Wanne steht zur Verfügung. Es gibt zwar tv aber leider keine deutschen Sender. Im Bad müffelt es aus den Abflüssen, da stimmt wohl bauartbedingt was nicht. Das hat aber nichts, wie bei den psoitiven Bemerkungen schon dokumentiert, mit der Sauberkeit zu tun.

De keuze op dit hotel/appartement is gekomen door de luxe uitstraling, kleinschalig, mooi zwembad gelegen in een mooi aangelegde tuin. De kamers zijn zeer ruim, en luxe. Het is er heerlijk rustig, schoon. Vriendelijke eigenaar, en personeel. Wij hadden een studio geboekt maar werden geupgrate naar een 2 kamer appt zonder bijbetaling. Het dorpje is wat minder... Weinig tavernes en/of winkeltjes.

The hotel is ok, for a three stars hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the owner, Dimitri. Good location, very peaceful in the night. The breakfast, because of the variety of the food.

Excellent architecture, superb rooms, quite, highly professional and very friendly personal. We will stay in eleana again when we visit Lefkada, definitely. WiFi could be a little more reliable.

Staff was really helpful and polite. We had a great time at the bar next to the pool. The hotel & rooms was clean and had a wonderful smell all day. The buffet had variety and even at the last minute you could find everything.
