Quite large appartment with very spacious outside area (others have balconies). Clean (cleaned daily and linen changed daily. Helpful staff. 10 minutes walk from sea down steepish hill. Good value. Noisy dogs in surrounding properties. Furnishings OK but a little dated. A few items needed minor maintenance. |

The location of the hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel!!! Maybe it was a 4 star hotel in the 80's ..., now the best is 2 star! The furniture is really old, it doesn't feel clean, the TV is not working well ... So if you thing you will find 4 stars conditions you will be disappointed. |

The hotel was in a quiet area away from all of the noise of the city - and away from all of the graffiti. Not really the hotel's fault, but there are feral cats everywhere in Greece. They are right outside your door, meowing at your window, just everywhere begging for food. It's a very sad situation. |

The nearest lake in Vougliameni and the sea. Some guests were very noisy at night and the staff was not eager to do anything about it. Value for money... The kitchen facilities are very poor. There was not a table for breakfasts, we had to use the newspaper table . The beds were uncomfortable - short and narrow. It was extremely inconvenient to take the shower - there was no holder for the water dispenser. There was a leakage at toilet. |

the bath is so smal, i didn't have space for me and i am not so fat, is a bath for children. You have to mention that ib no elevator and that i had ti climb about 60 sytairs |

It was useful but nothing special about this place.. We reserved before other friends and they got a better one ?!!! The made didn't come everyday. |

It is located on the quiet street close to the beach. My room had a large terrace and sea view. It was nice. The room interior is old, poor and depressive for 4 stars hotel. It has to be renewed. |

It is the second time I am staying in this hotel and I am extremely satisfied. It is in a beautiful location, the rooms are very clean, and the price very reasonable. |

удобное и довольно спокойное месторасположение, близко к морю, хороший воздух, есть возможность для приготовления еды и чая, семейного типа хорошо бы заменить кровати, или хотя бы матрацы, а также телевизор (очень старый и плохо показывает) и подключиться к кабельному ТВ, если это не повлияет на цену |

L'appartamento spazioso e la splendida vista, la spiaggia vicina molto bella, il personale cortese. Un po' spartano l'arredamento e gli utensili da cucina ma tutto molto pulito. Ottimo per una vacanza al mare, non va bene come base per visitare Atene perché la città è piuttosto lontana |

Esta en un lugar muy bonito. La atencion del personal de recepcion fue excelente. El hotel tiene una presencia acogedora. Playa, lago, parque y supermercados accesibles a pie. Queda en una cuesta empinada. Despues de un dia largo de caminar al sol es una prueba de resistencia. El transporte publico es inadecuado para familias con niños. |
