As everyone has said, Yannis (Γιαννής or "John") was friendly and fantastic--exactly what you expect from Greek hospitality (and which we found little elsewhere during our 10 days in Greece). As we walked up to the hotel, he heard our luggage and came out to greet us by name. He took the luggage up to the room, asked what we wanted to do/see in Aegina and Aegina City, and then used my Google Maps print-outs to direct us to the beach/supermarket/restaurants downtown. The insider information was great, since Aegina City has a main harbor strip that is perhaps too touristic. I emphatically recommend the Electra Pension to anyone staying in Aegina City. It's also very close to the bus stop that can take you all across the island. Not a complaint, but a nota bene: the Electra is cash-only, so make sure you have some extra Euros with you when you check out. I had to run down to the nearest ATM at the harbor. |

Peaceful, charming little hotel. Very friendly owner, very clean and tidy en-suite rooms with fridge, TV, and AC. they also have a small balcony. Excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from the quayside where the ferries and flying dolphin dock and a minute's walk from the town centre, where there are loads of places to eat. Ideal place to stay before or after a sailing holiday from Aegina. |

The surrounding of the pension is very quiet exect the clock of the church. Only a short walk to the habour with a big variety of restaurants and shops. In my opinion this very colourful pension is typical greek with best value for your money. The boss of this clean pension is very helpful! |

Very friendly helpful owner and extremely clean well presented simple accommodation. The rooms are in a quiet part of town not overlooking the sea but in an excellent convenient position to walk to the many tavernas and cafes on the waterfront. |

Absolutely gorgeous place, beautifully cared for by very hospitable owners and a short stroll from the port through a typical village street. Great value for money and everything you dream that cute little pension on a Greek island to be. Loved it! |

Excellent. The proprietor couldn't do enough for his guests, bedding and towels changed twice a week, fridge in room, very clean rooms and outside area. We chose the hotel for its location, close to port, beach, buses and town, but in a back street so very quiet (apart from Easter Sunday when fireworks go off everywhere!!). Would thoroughly recommend it. |

The keeper really gives his whole for the houseguests...also the location is preety much perfect, into the center but so very quiet and though the house is not that luxurious it is 100% clean and genery a very honest deal. It lacked hot water for a moment (although, as we came to know later, the electrical power was down in the whole region at the time for some reason, so the fault was not on the house) |

Hotellin omistaja Mr John on ystävällisin ja avuliain isäntä joita olen matkoillani tavannut.Hän tarjosi mm. illallisen eräänä iltana paikallisessa tavernassa. Hotelli oli pieni ja kodikas, erittäin siisti, lyhyen matkan päässä Eginan satamasta, rauhallisen kadun varrella. Suosittelen lämpimästi. |

Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående värd för pensionatet. Utmärkt läge med ca 5 min lugn promenad till hamnen och stranden. Nära till affärer och restauranger. Luftkonditionering! Plats att sitta utanför rummet och torkställningar för tvätt och badkläder. |

Ο ιδιοκτήτης, κ.Γιάννης, ήταν ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικός και φιλικός. ’Εχει διακοσμήσει τα δωμάτια και τον εξωτερικό χωρό με πολύ μεράκι. Ο κ. Γιάννης είναι σχολαστικός με την καθαριότητα και ασχολείται ο ίδιος σε πολλές περιπτώσεις.Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης και πολύ κοντά σε ταβέρνες, καφέ-μπαρ, παραλίες.
