This hotel's overbooking practice is very very bad. The staff was very rude. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Please stay away from this hotel. Our flight arrived in Athens, Greece almost midnight. So as I expected, I wrote on the reservation that we are going to arrive very late. their over booking system. This is very bad !!!!!!!!!! You can not trust this hotel. |

The hotel is right in the center of Athens and the place is very safe. Everything is near by including the metros station. Breakfast is great! |

The hotel was perfectly positioned. It was lovely to wander straight from the door out into Monistiraki or on to Syntagma. The room was clean and well-equipped. The staff were very helpful, polite and attentive. I never made it to breakfast so cannot comment. Noise was a negative aspect. The windows offered poor insulation from the various street noises and also the noise travelled from room to room and floor to floor. Sleeping was a problem. Having said this, there has to be a compromise for such a good position. |

In the heart of the city, foot access to Plaka & elite shopping brands. Being on the main street, at times, a "bit" noisy, inspite of double insulated windows. |

The location and the staff. The rooms are absolutely smaaall. The website displays pictures of reasonably big rooms but i was shocked when i saw how small the room and the bathroom were. Totally uncomfortable. |

Only the location of it was good because it was on a street were everything was close.. Yes actually the hotel room was way to small and we had to stay there the first night because there wasnt any rooms available then we had to stay in another room which was just a little bit bigger and i just feel we werent given comfort rooms than i expected. |

Only breakfest is OK. Conforts, view from the rooms is in "to the wall"!!!! It was terible.The real ranking of that hotel is 3 Stars. |

The location is very good; central. Shops, Metro, Taxis, Buses...everything is very near. Staff was very polite and happy to help with any inquiry. Very small rooms & bathrooms! Even thought we were staying in the 8th Floor, when we opened the window, their was a smell from the kitchen coming in. Also, the room was too hot! Good thing we visited during Winter time! |

Staff were very helpful. The fact that the internet port connection was on the opposite side of the room where the desk was. Also the room was relatively cramped. |
