The very polite, friendly and helpful staff; their efficiency in arranging/making changes to accommodation; the room's facilities and furniture; the variety of food on offer for breakfast; being located at the heart of the city - on this occasion being close to the people demonstrating for economic changes - which was quite exciting. A small room to have business meetings would have been very useful.

Customer service was tops. Room a fair value. Location excellent. Free breakfast excellent. Overall I was very satisfied with our stay at the Electra.

The staff were helpful, which is why I returned to the Electra Hotel. The room, food and bar services provided were good. The hotel is central and suited the needs of business meetings as well as visiting family and friends. We had booked non-smoking rooms, but were initially placed in smoking rooms. My own room smelt strongly of smoke. However, I was transferred to a non-smoking room, which was fine, as soon as I mentioned the problem.

Staff were very friendly , with great local knowledge. Free internet in the lobby or if you want for a reasonable fee internet access in your hotel room. Centrally located in the heart of Athens' business, tourist and shopping centre. Close enough to walk to the the top of the Acropolis/ eat in Plaka and of course shop in Ermou Ave.

The location in the centre of the city,very close to Syntagma and metro station.The staff was very nice and friendly.Big breakfast and tastefull food during lunch,very clean room. The room was unexpectedly small and therefore quite incovenient.

I just like the location only. The keys for the room doesn't work for all our 3 nights stay at the hotel. We have to ask the hotel staff to open our room's door everytime we back from shopping. The bathroom is ridiculously narrow. I wonder how big and tall people cope with it when they use it.

Central location, but in part of the pedestrian precinct, so no passing traffic. Double-glazed and airconditioned throughout. Very good buffet- style breakfast; the tables were cleared regularly; the hot food was hot. Very good fresh orange juice. All public areas were quiet, clean and well decorated. All staff were very attentive and did their best to make our stay enjoyable.

The reception staff, the excellent breakfast, the room itself and the location It would be a lot easier to have access to the internet throughout the hotel- only limited to the reception area which is also where refreshments are served
