Nice and friendly staff. The Buffet Breakfast spread is pretty good. The Triple Room we stayed in was compressed. Toilet has an etched glass door, hence no privacy. You need to switch off lights in bathroom when using. |

Incredible hospitality of staff. They worked hard to find a solution to booking a single room (my mistake). Service rates on the top of any hotels we stayed in regardless of location. View from the terrace restaurant is awesome as is the food. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Room decor is old-fashioned and not very attractive. |

The location is great. Most of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but a few were surly. Grand triple room was anything but - very small. Nice pool on the roof. Only one problem. After returning from very hot Athens, the pool closes at 19:00! Pool attendants are rude. |

The hotel is located in the Plaka area... close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. The staff was good most of the time but pretty cranky at times. |

The location was great and the staff was efficient. The restaurant was good but expensive. The internet was a big problem. One day it worked. Three days it did not. |

We were delighted with the friendly, helpful staff and have recommended this hotel to all our Australian friends. The location was perfect for everything that we wished to do in Athens and the view of the Acropolis was magnificent. The manager and staff went out of their way to ensure that we wish to return. |

I've been working really hard recently and needed somewhere ultra-relaxing for this break - the Electra Palace was perfect. Great rooftop bar and the restaurant meal (tasting menu) was 5 *****. |

Excellent location, you can walk to the Acropolis and it is in a lovely old area of the city near many excellent restaurants. The staff was exceedingly helpful and room immaculate. Roof top pool and great views of the city. Tiny gym with one treadmill that was broken. Tiny indoor pool. The bed could use a new matress. |

The hotel was very nice and in a good location. Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful traveling in difficult times (strikes in Greece and volcano in Iceland). The rooftop restaurant was incredibly good. Wireless LAN didn't have range in our room and should be free in this class of a hotel. The restaurant recommendation (Daphne's) by the concierge for dinner was poor and very expensive compared to the quality. The two Michelin-guide recommended restaurants I asked about were talked down as tourist places, but we got a way better experience with those. |

They were very nice I was stranded as a result of the volcano and they were very sympathetic and reduced my room rate for the extra nites. Beds were hard and had plastic over the matress?? |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent (in the middle for everything) both for sight seeing and shopping. Also reasonably close to the subway to get around the rest of Athens and to the airport if you wanted. It was a bit on the expensive side but the rates were standard for a large city, other than that there is not much wrong with the hotel or its location |

The location was excellent and we were able to walk around to places of interest, shoping and cafes were also nearby. The room was small and the view was poor. The next door hourse were in a bad state and it wasn't good to see this from the hotel room. The spa was open but not staffed and the pool was cold. |

Great Location. Very close to the core of Plaka/Akropolis and Museums. Beautiful bar with a view. Staff very professional, serious and extremely helpfull. just a detail: swimmingpool water not clean, above all when hydromassage is on. That makes the bath unpleasent. |

It was very friendly and noble , we had as service up grade from junior Suite to Suite . The view of acropolis and balcon . It was fine.Thank you for everthings. We`d like stay the hotel wenn we one to go Ahen. Sorry , this time were many meny children , they make nois . |

The location is excellent! Very close to both the main square and the Plaka area. Great view from the room balcony overlooking the Acropolis! The hotel is not 5 star, I would rate this hotel as a 3-4star hotel.The breakfast is ok but not great. The outdoor pool is closed in March even if it´s quite warm outside. The staff is a bit apathetic. Finally, there is no ventilation in the room. They have closed down the AC for the winter time, you will only get hot air from the system. This means that in March the room will get hot and you will need to sleep with your window open.. |
