Entrance and dining rooms have a good ambience. Meals good, times flexible. Our room 508 had only one easy chair, which made it less comfortable for us to relax in. |

We have experienced many hotels all over the world and this has to be one of the best hotels so far. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean and serviced daily. We had a superior Acropolis view room with a balcony which was perfect. The food in the hotel was excellent. The choice at breakfast was very good also. We will be returning to this hotel next time we visit Athens. |

I stay about 3 times a year and find the hotel comfortable and the staff excellent. I also like the fact it isnot "just another standardised international hotel". |

I liked the location at the center of Plaka, facing the Acropolis and the Partenon, it was impressive. It was also close to the restaurants area. The hotel garden is also beautiful. I found the room a bit small for the prize |

The location was perfect. Right in the Plaka its walking distance to the Acropolis and all the major sites yet was very quiet at night. The front desk provided good restaurant advice, we were pleased that they provided information based on their personal experiences. The service in the bar was indifferent, the staff made you feel like you were taking them away from something to get you service. The quality of the wines by the glass were terrible. The wines at the small cheap cafe's in the area were excellent by comparison. The bed felt like we were sleeping directly on the box spring - ouch. |

The whole experience was fantastic. Firstly, the location is spectacular right in the Centre of Athyens with breathtaking views of the Acropolis and the hotel and rooms attractive and well presented and functional. The staff was friendly, informative and efficient in a relaxed and warm manner-real 'Greek hospitality'. The food (breakfast) was outstanding. Thanks! We will be back!!! |

The hotel is located in a good location and has a great view of the Acropolis. Was there for only one day/night, but the bar/dining area was closed the entire time we were their. The pool closes at 7:00pm. Wanted a room with 2 beds, but all they offered is a room where the two beds are pushed together as one (essentially making one bed with one set of covers/blankets), yet somehow this qualifies as "2 beds". The showers are simply added on to the bath tub with half fold out glass. We had an early flight and were informed that the free breakfast they offer would not be available until after we left, however they would have juice and small pastries out before then. They did not. Really unhappy with the service of this place. Would not repeat. |

The only thing likable about this place was the location It was terrible - air was out in lobby and hallways, tv didn't work no wahscloths, no ice, no clock, bed was hard as a rock. It was a miserable experience, buffet breakfast was ice cold. Plus the other two couples we were with you charged 230 euros and us 280 euros. I have every intention of challenging the charge with amex. This is the first time I have used and we were very unhappy. |

Incredibly accommodative staff, lovely hotel, but the worst mattresses imaginable. If they upgrade their mattresses, they would do their guests a huge service. |

Excellent location, excellent staff. Indeed very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated as well. It is -to say the least- unacceptable for a 5-star hotel to provide a sofa (doubtable whether it was a sofa-bed) for the third person in a triple room. We did not want to cause any trouble as the nature of our trip meant that we spent very little time at the hotel but I was very disappointed and angry at the fact that a hotel of this class could not be bothered to include a third bed for guests paying such an amount of money. The direction should really do something about this as you are definitely losing customers travelling in threes or having a child. Simply unacceptable! I would only recommend this hotel for twin/double rooms. Also, breakfast could be better. |

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I loved the ability to open my hotel balcony and see the Acropolis. Including breakfast was a great option. The food was outstanding and always helped to start our day out the right way. It was somewhat difficult to drive to, but this was a minor inconvenience. |

Good location Standard double rooms very dark and dingy and small. Carpets old and stained and advertises views of Acropolis but this has to be specially requested. We looked at a block of flats. |
