Electra Palace Hotel Athens

Hotellin uima-allasosasto vastasi täysin ja ehkä hieman ylikin tarpeisiimme kaupunkikävelyiden jälkeen. Iltaravintola ylitti odotuksemme, todella korkealuokkainen ruoka ja jopa yliystävällinen palvelu. Huonepalvelu nopea, ja kaikki toiveet täytettiin.

Kylpyhuoneen ulkopuolella sijaitsevaan lavuaariin kesti hieman tottua.

Huone (junior sviitti) oli tilava ja kiva, perveke puutarhaan. Aamiainen puutarhassa ihana ja kattoterassilla oli uima-allas, mihin oli mukava pulahtaa.

Alkuun tavallinen huone, mikä oli ahdas ja kuuma. Uima-allasalue turhan pieni.

Erinomainen sijainti, kävelymatkan päässä kaikista keskeisistä nähtävyyksistä. Kattoterassin uima-allas näkymineen oli hieno. Ystävällinen, asiantunteva ja avulias henkilökunta. Erinomainen aamupala.

Huone ei mielestäni avain vastannut sitä kuvausta ja kuvia, mitä booking.com:n sivujen perusteella olisi voinut odottaa. Huoneessa luvattiin olevan näkymä Acropolis-kukkulalle; nyt kukkula näkyi vain kun katsoi ulos aivan ikkunan toisesta reunasta, ts. huoneessa oleskellen ei pystynyt nauttimaan em. maisemasta.

Hotel is very conveniently located for walking to major archelogical sites, restaurants within the plaka and shopping. The room we had had fabulous views of the acropolis from the balcony.

Can be difficult for buses to access, therefore a walk was required to if doing tours. This is not difficult, just a point to note particularly if you have luggage.

The hotel was excelent, incredible location and staff was incredible nice. Perfect hotel for a trip to Athens.

It was OK - location is very good - in the center of Athens and nearby a central metrostation;

Entrance and dining rooms have a good ambience. Meals good, times flexible.

Our room 508 had only one easy chair, which made it less comfortable for us to relax in.

Location in the city and helpful staff

Wsa ttold that my Credit card was nt accepted and resevations canceled but, the non functioning card machine was not working. Desk Manager tried anther Machines and My card was ok. Embrassing ,But Maybe you should have informed me before I arrived or remind registration staff to try another machines to confrim if you were incorrect.

Good location - nothing spectacular - just fine

The whole experience was fantastic. Firstly, the location is spectacular right in the Centre of Athyens with breathtaking views of the Acropolis and the hotel and rooms attractive and well presented and functional. The staff was friendly, informative and efficient in a relaxed and warm manner-real 'Greek hospitality'. The food (breakfast) was outstanding. Thanks! We will be back!!!

The hotel is located in a good location and has a great view of the Acropolis.

Was there for only one day/night, but the bar/dining area was closed the entire time we were their. The pool closes at 7:00pm. Wanted a room with 2 beds, but all they offered is a room where the two beds are pushed together as one (essentially making one bed with one set of covers/blankets), yet somehow this qualifies as "2 beds". The showers are simply added on to the bath tub with half fold out glass. We had an early flight and were informed that the free breakfast they offer would not be available until after we left, however they would have juice and small pastries out before then. They did not. Really unhappy with the service of this place. Would not repeat.
