A short walk from the Acropolis, 5-star Royal Olympic Hotel is centrally located by the Temple of Olympion Zeus. The luxurious rooms overlook Zeus’s Temple, or the swimming pool garden.

Location and view from top floor restaurant (and pool) is superbe! Very friendly staff and no problems at all for early check in. Room service is excellent and so tasty!! Good price for a 5* and we will get back !!
Not on a Main Street
Location Location Location ... Nothing else!
The room & specially the bathroom was old, tired looking and in desperate need of refurbishment. Price was very high for a hotel that at best is just a plain 4 Star & definitely not a 5 Star. Service like in most Athens hotels is very poor & very unprofessional. If the price was half of what we were charged, maybe we would have tolerated & overlooked all their inefficiencies. Bad experience!!!
Pool with warm water The view of the Akropolis The breakfast
luxurious and location
Staff, Room and overall Service
really good facilities, clean, spacious rooms, excellent buffet breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful, something that you don´t easily find in Athens. Very well located, and from the restaurant and some rooms, you can easily see the Acropolis. I suggest to have at least one dinner at the restaurant, prices are really good if you take into account location + view + quality of the food (Try the moussaka and the prawns). The waiters at the restaurant are very friendly and kind.
Really poor variety of TV channels. The indoor pool is very small, they let people get in with out a swimming cap, so it is not quite clean.
Location, swimming pool area, view from room terrace/balcony.
Felt a little like a 4* hotel trying to be a 5* but the service was good enough.
great location and facilities, free room upgrade early checkin.
Non worth mentioning.
The service of the staff, the beauty of the hotel, the rich and tasty breakfast, the Acropolis view and the location. a real great place to stay
A lack of live music at the hotel lobby
entrance hall is beautifull and excellent to sit, surf and watch!
Acropolis view from the roof terrace should be open also during day time (would be an excellent place for a bar-drink)
staff, location, atmosphere, facilities, furniture, bed...
Services Room Breakfast
Location is good, short walk to most areas Breakfast was very good Free WiFi Helpful staff Spa facilities
Had a view of St Georges Church hill and not the Acropolis Spa facilities expensive, massage etc
I like the bartender down stairs nice guy...the breakfast was real good ....
I didn't like the pool area 1 seat for all of pool area..The gym had 3 machine and should not be called a gym .MY room I could not control heat so was always 24-26 with not very good sleeps ..Had to keep window open every night to keep a little cool.....
Great position, staff were very courteous and helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had a great selection of food, the view from the room was spectacular overlooking the Acropolis
Poor selection cable television
The staff was very useful, friendly and very sympathetic. The great location. Totally recommend it.
Room was little bit small.
The views were breath taking. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. The staff at the Electra Palace Hotel are all helpful, always smiling and very polite. Breakfast is buffet style, the food is wonderful with an amazing range of food from chesses, ham, fresh fruit, pastries to a full cooked breakfast. Defiantly something suitable for every palate. The bed was very comfortable.
There is some noise due to the walls being very thin between rooms, however this did not detract too much from our sleep as it was quiet from about 11pm.
The backdrop from the restaurant and our room was spectacular. The staff were very friendly.
Couldn't control the temperature in our room. Was too warm Was told there was no A/C. Couldn't leave the window open due to traffic noise.
Breakfast is very good Location is amazing
Room isolation is poor Elevators are little bit slow Room WiFi is poor at least in my room
We were upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise and very comfortable with more room to spread out. We were very pleased to have tea and coffee making facilities and the bed was beautifully comfortable. After long days' walking we also enjoyed the spa bath. The view of the Acropolis was wonderful.
We were here for only two nights and the hotel couldn't have been more perfect for a business trip: the comfortable and spacious room allowed us to unwind, and the restaurant overlooking the Akropoli has just the right amount of choice in the menu. Above all, however, the indoor swimming pool and wellness center meant that we didn't have to go far to relax after a long workday. Will be back as soon as possible.
Simple as that ! Also, the location on in Athens is unbeatable - nothing more to add!
