The roof terrasse when having breakfast 1- no parking: the parking near the hotel is not friendly. Park under the american embassy. 2- No airco in the rooms there is a central system, I was sweating , sill I had no option except openning the room door. 3- standard double rooms are no value for money. |

excellent location for shopping and sightseeing first room was next to the hotel aircon - unbearable. after change, still to the back was a little bit better but still very noisy. They should not sell these rooms without notifying that you need to able to sleep in a very noisy environment |

The Place of the hotel is excellent. It is right at the Center, so very convenient! The breakfast was very poor and oily! The waiters were not very helpful. We had to wait for utencils while there were no other guests in the breakfast hall. |

Good location, responsive service, comfortable room with a good view. Probably the best hotel in Thessaloniki. The gym opens too late to be of use, the food in the main restaurant is average and the pool is small. Wifi expensive. |

Perfect location, great view from the roof garden. I also guess that if you haev the "superier rooms" facing the squery you like the view. Ifyou live in one of the standard rooms, then the rooms are small, but worst of all, facing a construction site where they start working at 7am, and I can assure you: no sleep after that. Reason enought to avoid it by itself. The breakfast is not very impressing. The worst part is the "swimming" pool, which is more or less a fraud. Looks great on pictures, and one of the reasons I choose this hotel (other star hotels in Greece have pools where you can actually _swim:). The pool in this hote is just the size of a couple of bath tubes, and with the same depth. You can do sunbathing there and pretend you are at a real pool, but forget swimming. Expensive internet. Advice: choose another hotel! |

very good location (central and sea site), wonderful view from the Restaurant, roof garden nicly decorated, quite good breakfast We were very unhappy with the room, arriving at 3 a.m the only thing we wanted to do was sleeping, which was not possible after only 3 hours! because we were next to a building area. That was absolutly ineccaptable. After complaining in the morning at the reception the only thing what was offered was a 15% discount. I could not believe my ears, beeing tourchered for many hours you still have to pay 85% |

The room is too small and not well equipped. The swimming pool closes too early (at 18:00) and my room faces the construction site, which is very noisy in the morning. All in all, this hotel does not deserve 5 star. |

Best location in Salonica, Beautiful architecture of the hotel, Room decoration, roof garden with panoramique view of the Gulf, variety of breakfast tiny outside pool, noise coming from a construction area at the back of the hotel, club sandwich should be served with french fries instead of ready made potatoe chips |

location was perfect and the breakfast area was very nice service - very poor, breakfast staff - bellow every expectation; big construction place behind the hotel - very noisy and unpleasant; with this service the hotel does not deserve its 5 stars |

Perfect location in thesaloniki If you get a standart room with the view to kitchen and contraction workers on the side is bad, but when I asked to change it to the street view, it was better and I get it free of charge :o) really small wellness!!! - it;s even not a wellness, just a small 5x3m pool, 2x1m sauna, and 2x2m turkish bath |

they have a nice swiming pool for children.I mean is nort for children but suitable for them .Nice restaurant on roof,great wiew.Very good breakfeast. Small room.I book a standard room for two...big as a single in a 3 stars hotel.Clean but..not 5 stars. |

No better location in Thessaloniki. Good room, although I doubt it's really worth a 5 star (not very big, and small bathroom). I also enjoyed the swimming pool. My room had a view on the back street. Some construction noise in the morning. |
